I visited this hotel many times already. Great location, great services and friendly staff. Only small point of attention would be the little bit outdated rooms and bathrooms. They are all very clean, but could have some small renovations to maintain the high quality level of the hotel.

Checked into Room 1019 late at night and was really tired after fight fro SP and the car ride for 2 hours. So I went to bed. After an hour or so went to open the bathroom door and was blown away with the raw sewage smell coming through the drain in the floor. It was obvious that they were aware of the smell because they had urinal air freshener placed over the drain. That night I slept with the window wide open to the street noise and the bathroom door closed. Changed rooms and smell was reduced by 75%. Still using urinal air freshener pad.

I am currently at Mercure Balneário Camboriú, but the service was not the expected for this range of hotel from Accor. The first room I was in did not have temperature control…they offered a heater. The second room is OK. Other thing…my little girl went to the reception asking for a spoon of chocolate for her night milk … the answer was NO … Only on the breakfast … she was on shock!!!Unbelievable the customer service with a loyal Customer. Maybe Mr. Tomas Dubaere needs to go little more around!!!

The internet requires a Brazilian social security number to allow access. The hotel itself isn’t bad, just don’t expect the internet to work. We’ve tried using us ssn, passport number, random numbers to fill the entire expected amount of numbers for the Brazilian ssn (11 digits), tried to ask everyone for help and they can’t. They tried to transfer me to their IT people with no luck. I had to cancel my business meeting because I couldn’t count on the hotel’s internet.

Very nice unit. It has a good location and in front of the beach. I always use this unit when I stay in South, spacially in Itajaí or Camburibu. Congratulations for the general service and the good attention.

We've had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Camboriu! Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel smells wonderfully, once you get in, you can feel it and relax. Staff is very polite and caring. Breakfast is also good.

Very well located with mercure standard service. If you know the brand you know all about the bang for buck that mercure has. The only downside is in the winter the rooms are very cold. No heating system.

Very nice hotel located right across the road from the beach. The people are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection of foods. I stayed on a weekend, so it did get somewhat loud (but not during “quiet hours”) and they could use about two more elevators, but you can’t beat the comfort and location for the price.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel, and as the occasion calls for, we booked the Suite Excellence. And talk about excellence! The room had everything we could ask for: a very large bed, a whirlpool, and a balcony with a wonderful sea view. The day was especially good, the weather was warm and sunny. The hotel facilities are very good. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, they had bacon and scrambled eggs, as well as all types of beverages (water, coffee, yogurt, tea, you name it). The check-in was really fast, as I'd already made the reservation and payment in advance. The valet service was efficient at all times we needed our car, even though most points in the city are within walking distance. Staff is friendly based on what we needed, which wasn't much, to be honest. We stayed a single night, and we felt like staying longer. We'll definitely come back when we have the chance!…
