We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Ladek-Zdroj. The staff and owners were fantastic and we had so much fun with them during our stay. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you have the choice of stitting on the terrace to enjoy the view whilst eating a delicious meal. Thanks to everyone for making our stay a memorable one. "A wonderful room, the design of the room is designed in the style of the beginning of the last century, the room is clean, the spacious of the two rooms, the mattress meets the highest requirements, in the room there are three windows - two overlooking the park, the third with a river view, the hotel has a spa: sauna for 2 people, sauna has a salt wall, very professional massage. restaurant in the dining room with a varied menu. Very sensitive and attentive attitude from the staff and owners, any order is carried out on time and qualitatively. The hotel is located several hundred meters from the treatment centers with mineral water, on the river bank and at the same time in the ancient park. The price is very moderate relative to the level of the hotel. "

-Very nice decor, a lot of attention to details -there was more than one free apartment, and the staff allows us to choose which one we likes more -very quiet and peaceful at night, and also very comfortable beds! -amazing breakfast with great choice and quality -great dinner at the on-site restaurant (duck to die for) -friendly staff (both on reception and in the restaurant) I wish to stay here again as I really feel relaxed there!

We decided to spend our days off in the Grawert Residence. For sure it was a good choice. Very comfortable room, tasty food and nice crew made our stay incredible. Spa area is just the breath taking. Zanetta thanks a lot for your perfect massages. Highly recomended.

Rezydencja Grawert is scenically the best situated hotel in the historic Polish Silesian spa town of Ladek Zdroj. Janina Olszewska and her staff are charming, caring and efficient. They used to run a hotel in the USA, so they know about service. (For history buffs, the building is itself historic: it was where the Prussian Kaiser met with the Russian Tsar in 1813). The food is excellent, international while representing the best of Polish cuisine. Reflecting its centuries of history, Grawert has a lovely calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and for taking treatments, both at the hotel and at the spa a few minutes' walk away in Ladek. A true find.

Well, this place is just perfect. We got spacious one bedroom with living room apartament. Great arrangements in room, super friendly owners and the rest of the staff. Even if they are not 24/7, as most of the work is done by the owners, they didn't mind me waking them up at 4 on sunday morning to let me out, so I can climb some hills in the area before the day really starts - even if they really thought it was weird. Big thank you for that! Great food, both for the dinner and at breakfast - we were the only guests that day, but the whole table and breakfast room was perfectly set up for us. I read some previous reviews, and I must agree with some of them, like the one about lack of aircon - it might be warm on hot days, and there's no solution to that; or that one that the hotel is at the one way road - yes, and if you miss your turning you got to go round in circles, basically drive around the whole town center to get back to their private car park. But that's all nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.…

After two days I was totally relaxed. Great place, well kept victorian style with very friendly and helpful staff. The very best atmosphere. Nice room. Relaxing terrace. Good food, good massage. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

We stayed this hotel more than a week and felt at home all the time. Kind hotel staff, delicious food, amazing rooms etc. The location is also very good and 3 minutes to Zdroj Wojciech. In addition, as I can’t speak any Polish this hotel was the best as staff could speak English and they have English menu as well. In total, I really enjoyed my stay in Rezydencja Grawert and want to visit again in Summer. Dziękuję bardzo!

Must state that we did not stay here. We initially selected hotel for its appeal and most importantly zircon. We had been experiencing 38 degrees and where prepared to travel and pay for the luxury.hotel is difficult to access being on 1 way road you need to go out of town and over a bridge to get back to it. Hotel is beautifully and proudly decorated but was oh so so hot.we had a room on the second floor and we just couldn't,t accept the temp. The "aircon" was ducted ceiling vents but there was no air passing through hence no cooling. Appreciate it was hot and any aircon might struggle but that's what we needed most Lovely looking spa town but had to give it a miss
