Found this place when our usual choice was unavailable and it was much better. Modern bright loft studio style room. Really comfortable beds. Perfect location for restaurants and bars. Do visit To Tempelxaneio for dinner on the corner. Superb meal. Really friendly hosts at this property too.

Only stayed one night on way north. We didn't arrive until late at night and no-one there, but taverna owner opposite 'phoned and the owner arrived 5 mins later. The apartment has a great situation near to the waterfront in the old city, but isn't affected by noise (at least not when we were there). Good for self-catering - has sizeable kitchen and living area and a good-sized bedroom. We had breakfast at the neighbouring taverna overlooking the harbour with a pre-arranged price. We met both owners in the morning (really charming couple) and they arranged for a taxi to pick us up.

Stayed for a week in June. Lovely room- superior double, spacious, light, and useful cooking facilities. Sofia is a wonderful, friendly host- offers lots of useful advice on Preveza and it's surrounding area- beaches, history etc. Hotel is within a few metres of the harbour and also lots of tavernas and shops in the surrounding old streets. Great base for a holiday. All the locals so very friendly. Fantastic atmosphere. ( and the sun shone everyday!) We shall be back for sure!

A very modern, clean and well equipped apartment. Sofia is a very good host who was very friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. When we arrived she had prepared a fresh food box with a recipe to cook a Greek dish including fresh tomatoes, eggs and olive oil. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook including oven, cooker, knives and pans etc. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bed very comfy and powerful hot shower. With it being my boyfriends birthday she also surprised him with a fresh fruit platter and bottle of wine on the day. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Preveza.

A wonderful room in the region of the historical center, the location is great, close to spacing public parking at the port. the furniture and decoration are carefully selected, very comfortable providing a fully equipped kitchen to cook as well.
