Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Once you have parked your car your holiday starts, everything you need is around you! The hotel is well kept, clean and tidy and the pool keeps the children busy when you need a time to relax after an exhausting time on the slopes. The room was perfect for our family of five. Well done Family Hotel Andes! A great review from us!

The attention is outstanding! They really take care of every detail and satisy every request. The food, specially at dinner is absolutely delicious. Breakfast could have a bit more variety but it's essentially good. The waitress Monica and the waiter Tiziano were absolutely fantastic! The location is great because it's right next to the entry of the cable car and they have a very coveniently located Ski Room to leave all the equipment. it takes you a minute to get from the hotel to the cable car. It does not get more comfortable than that. After the slopes is great to enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi and the saunas. It ws really the best stay. Thank you for everything

It's our third time at the hotel, we chose the hotel in the first place for its proximity to the Catinaccio cable car but we were incredibly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone from the owners to the waiting staff have always been super helpful and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable and clean, food is amazing and their menus often include superb local produce. Breakfasts are also one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious homemade cakes, pastries and savoury treats, along with the great swimming pool our kids love and the wellness centre for the grown-ups. On a final note, they are very serious about Covid and have protocols in place to avoid gatherings or too many guests using certain facilities - we felt very safe (but not restricted) for the duration of our stay.

We stayed 4 nights in December with our two children aged 7 and 10 and had a fabulous time. It was our first time skiing and the first time our children had even seen snow so the whole experience was very exciting and Chiara and her colleagues on the reception desk were very helpful with all our enquiries. In fact all of the staff were the kindest, most welcoming and generous we have come across and it really felt like we were staying with family.

We especially enjoyed the food and were warmly greeted by Tiziano, Monica and the restaurant staff each evening. The menu each night for adults was very impressive and the children’s menu was very well enjoyed by our kids- especially the gelato. One of our children celebrated a birthday during our stay and they made him feel so special.

After each day of skiing we really appreciated the swimming pool, spa and sauna facilities which were exceptionally clean and very luxurious. Our quad room was spacious with a modern bathroom and great storage to unpack our clothes.

We didn’t want to leave and will certainly recommend to our friends in Australia. Overall it was such a wonderful stay that truly exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was in a great location at the base of a ski area perfect for kids. We thought the hotel food was the best part of the experience with excellent local dishes and friendly waitstaff. The kids club staff were so good with the kids and the pool area was a nice reprieve after skiing. Although the Ciampedie area was better for kids, I was able to take a free ski bus to other more advanced slopes while the kids were in lessons. The bicameral sloped ceiling had character and was perfect to have the two rooms. Language was a bit of a barrier but finding a good English speaker helped to figure out rentals, lessons and lift tickets. Although it was more expensive than we are used to, it was a good value for money. I’d recommend to any families, especially for younger children looking to ski, play or swim.

Regenerating vacation
Great hotel for families with small children. It was our first holiday in 3 On the snow and we had a great time. They are unique moments spent together and the hotel staff has taken care that we have very pleasant memories from this holiday. Already from checkin we felt like family, in the restaurant always ready to prepare fresh baby food, high chair is all that is needed. There really is special attention to the little ones and it is not forced. It may be due to the mountain air but our little one ate and slept well and was therefore serene. We were able to leave him for a few hours with the operators of the free baby club and we enjoyed the regenerating wellness program. We also appreciated the cuisine and particularly the first courses, simple but tasty. The apple-based dinner is for connoisseurs, but if you don't like it, don't worry about making variations. They are all really helpful!
Thanks to Monica, Alina and Tiziano of the dining room and to all the staff for the beautiful holiday.

Dear AlbHbdk4, the satisfaction of our guests is what matters most to us. Receiving reviews like yours is for us the confirmation that we have succeeded in our intent, thanks to the passion and commitment that we and all the staff put into our work every day. At the Family Hotel Andes we welcome people with a smile, in a familiar environment made up of attention to the guest and services dedicated to families. We want you to spend not only a holiday, but a special experience with the whole family, which will remain in your heart even once you return home. This is why we attach great importance to small gestures, such as the welcome gift to our young guests upon arrival in the room: a soft toy of our mascot Andy to take with you as a reminder of the time spent with us. We hope there will soon be the opportunity to host you again. Best regards, Fam. Lasagna and staff Family Hotel Andes.

There are other family hotels in the Dolomiti Superski, but this one has everything - tremendous value for the quality. The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. The kids had blast in kids club. It was a wonderful week.

We stayed here last week and had a fantastic time. The rest of the family skied whilst I used the time to relax. There was plenty for me to do around the hotel with swimming or using the wellness center.
Food was amazing every evening and so was the choices of wine. Staff spoke great English and we miss seeing them every day.
