I want to rate this as a zero and have horrible comments because I don’t want it being booked up whenever I want to return….! On a serious note this place is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and well looked after, the views at sunset are a wonder. We loved it so much we have rebooked to return in June 2023. iPhone maps bought us straight here so no problems finding the place. There is a Lidl supermarket 5 minutes drive away. There is a sublime bakery at the end of the track near the main road. Drive to main town is 10 minutes at the most. Pool is freezing but welcome after baking in the sun. Only thing I would add to this amazing place is possibly some mattresses on the sunbeds. We are reluctantly leaving this place relaxed and happy.

There are no word to describe this amazing place. Great view of the whole bay, very clean and big rooms, wonderful swimming pool and very cheap. 10min away from Kalamata city, and close to all local beaches, this is a place that we are going to come back for sure!

Wow! The picture online do no justice to this property. It was stunning. Dimitri was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of our booking. We booked the Maisonette, which was two stories, bedroom, half bath and balcony (big enough for a table, chairs and lounger. The floor level has a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room and queen bed, couch that would sleep 2-3 depending on human sizes and a child’s pullout. So plenty of room if you have a big family or traveling as 2-3 couples. There was also a large patio through the massive living room sliding door. The price is incredible for what you get. Honestly you can’t do better for the price. We stayed here while doing a Spartan Trifecta weekend in Sparta. It’s about an hour drive away, but we’ll worth it to have the tub to soak in and the kitchen to cook in. Plus there was free parking. 10/10.…

The only thing I can say is WOW!!! it was way over my expectations! The room was very comfortable spacious, modern, very clean and very well equipped with all kind of amenities! The family that runs the hotel is very caring and friendly! The view is more than amazing especially during the sunset! The infinity pool is a top notch!! This place is exemplary for greek hospitality! A big big thank you for making our vacation so wonderfull!!

Amazing view from all apartments. Clean and modern facility. Kitchen needs an upgrade in equipment and amenities. Lack of wall hangers is a small problem. The drawers of the desk were out of order and the drawers in the closet were full of blankets and pillows so they were of no use.The bed was very good but the extra upper matress was a negative for me. The facility is amazing design wise, with parking. Spacious Apts and lovely garden. Road a bit difficult but if you want the view... Satisfied with management. Discretion and kindness. Had a lovely vacation in general

Out of all the nice places we stayed throughout the Peloponnese and Santorini, this was by far my favorite. The sunsets reflecting off the infinity pool were jaw dropping, the grounds are very well kept and has everything you'd want from your Greek vacation. Please do not let the drive up the road deter you. Drive it once and you will have the hang of it. See picture. Also, the owner took care of our laundry since we had been traveling for over a 1 week. Like most of Europe, be prepared to air dry, so don't be in a huge hurry. I want to go back to Greece just to stay here again! PS - there is a great gyro place just at the entrance off main road to Petra Thea, right next to an awesome bakery!

Excellent place for a short vacations. Breathless view. Quite, Relaxing, Clean, fresh and friendly atmosphere. The pool is new and the view is amazing. 10min by car from Kalamatas center. This place is super and suggested by me. Good for families.

The family that runs Petra Thea does an excellent job in maintaining the property. My wife and I visit Kalamata every other year, and that is our place if choice. The way it is depicted on their website, is exactly the way it looks. Highly, highly recommended!

5 star studio apartment, near Kalamata. Very warm welcome from our generous and kind host Dimitri and his wife. Deluxe studio with unbelievable panoramic view of the Messinian Bay. We stayed at the Polykasti apartment for a couple of days on December 2017, 2 adults and an infant. 10 minutes from Kalamata city, 15 from its center by car. Both the baby cot and our bed were very comfortable with a fat soft mattress cover. The view from our huge terrace which is equipped with hanging bars just in case you want to dry up a couple of clothes which was very convenient for my baby’s shirts, was breathtaking and indeed the photos on the internet site do it justice. Friendly and discreet owners,free parking, free wi if, quality A/C, brand new stylish furniture in good repair, fully equipped kitchen with tableware and pots, pans etc. Further more there is a cozy little corner on the edge of a small hill with the same breathtaking view and a large granite table underneath a large gazebo, which is surrounded by a cute little garden with flowers which is absolutely charming. I would definetly return with a large group of friends on my birthday and have a small outdoor party in that small gazebo! …
