Great holiday, just awesome. Front office - excellent. House keeping - excellent. Pool management, our own allocated sunbeds - excellent. Pool bar - excellent. Great WiFi. Great with indoor pool. Great with fitness center. Great with a spa. We had the body "salt crystal exfoliation". It was very, very nice. Excellent food in the buffet. Tasty and great variety both breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the three, live - à la minute - cooking stations. Very very good. Those breakfast omelettes, sooo tasty. The grilled tuna, the gyros, and the desserts... mmmm. Perfect location with easy access to the little beach. And... if you see a big brown-ish squid, when you stand at the bridge looking down in to the crystal clear water, and the squid is wearing reading - glasses, they are MINE! Yes i some how dropped them in to the ocean, astonished, when we saw three big squid in the water. Very exotic to us Swedes : )

Been going to Malama for the last 20 odd years. It is like going home. The staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent , always plenty of variety. Accommodation is good. Only suggestion I have for the rooms is they need to have more comfortable seating, apart from that they are great.

Just got home from this beautiful place. Visited with a large group of family and friends , total of 18 people. Everyone was more than happy with everything and we didn't want to leave . The service is great and staff is very friendly and serviceminded. Calm area with a lot of things to do for everyone. We had kids and adults in our group and everyone was more than happy with everything. The staff in the restaurant and bars were very kind and funny and did all they could to make us feel welcome and we surely felt like it . The rooms are cozy and the food was very good and tasty. Seems like people mentions the stations and the long lines. Well we thought it was no problem. A couple of minutes in line to get a well composed and high class dish is nothing to complain about. If you want to eat directly well then the buffe was high class to. Only comes to what you prefer and the time you want to spend on getting your food. We have absolutely nothing to complain about other than the stay was to short. I wan't to return again and hope to do so next year. Thanks for everything and especially big thanks to Mr zero zero seven( a very kind , serviceminded and funny man ) in the restaurant that made everything even better each day when me and my family and friend showed up for lunch and dinner every day. We will miss you and all of the other great people in the staff. Big thanks and hope to see you all again.

We decided to go to Cyprus for the first time and deceided to travel with Apollo to Malama Beach Hotell and we are not disapointed! The hotel has en beautiful location right on the beach with perfect sand and warm temperatures in the water. The rooms are spacious, ac unit in both bedroom and living room a plus is that the livingroom has two soffas for the kids. The hotel area is clean and has a lot of greenary wich ads to the feeling. The restaurant has increadible staff who will do anything to make you happy, the food is amazing with a buffe style and three other "live cooking" options and a lovely dessert stations where the desserts are made in house. The pool is awsome with two big pools and a kids area and great temperatures! Here you can alsowe get a snack during the day. And the best thing is that you immediately get sunbeds asigned for the whole stay. The Apollo Kids Club whit Polly & Mino is great whit fun activites and the Apollo staff will allso make youre stay as great as possible. Overall and amazing place for the whole family and we will soon return!

A nice clean hotel with good location close to the wonderful ocean and beach. The food in all inclusive are good, but sometimes it takes a long time until you get your food because they make some of it by orders. If you want to try diving don’t go with the diving school at this hotel. The instructor Alexander is very rude and was making my sons diving experience very bad. There are more diving schools in the area that are better to choose from. At this hotel you have the same sunbeds your whole stay and that is very good as you don’t need to get up early to get a place you want. Overall I am very happy with my stay here and have had a wonderful week!

Pros and cons to this hotel. Pros: Allocated sun beds is a huge positive. It’s really well organised. Every hotel should do this! Staff are very friendly, especially at Reception. The gardens are beautiful. Rooms are smart and clean. Air-con and shower both very good, beds are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean and the slope is so much better than steps. Good mix of nationalities. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Free ping pong was a hit with the kids. The dessert station was well organised, varied and kept clean. Lovely beach bar with live music in walking distance. Mini-market (2 min walk) and supermarket (5 min walk). Free wifi (although it’s temperamental around the pool. Good if you want your family to switch off). Aqua aerobics was very entertaining to watch, especially when one of the more animated members of the team was running it - a daily highlight for us! Cons: We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment, which had very little storage. We had 1 rail, 3 drawers and about 5 shelves between 4 of us. There was no full length hanging space so long dresses/skirts/jumpsuits had to just trail on the bottom next to the safe. It was difficult for a 10 night stay. Around a third of the sun beds are the comfy ones shown on the photos. The rest are those less comfortable metal ones and they are so crammed in that your bed can be literally an inch from the one next to you. Same for the swimming pool. At busy times (which is all the time except midday and early evening) you’re almost shoulder to shoulder with everyone else with balls flying overhead. Lilo’s, jumping and diving are not permitted (which is just as well). There is what appears to be an area of wasteland close to the pool area. An extra (deep) swimming pool there with sun beds would ease congestion and make for a much more pleasurable experience. There is a small beach, but all sun beds are occupied by 7am. The breakfast was basic but ok. The dinner wasn’t good. The salads are made up into weird and wonderful concoctions, so if you wanted lettuce, tomato and cucumber you had no hope. Kids veg/salad options virtually nonexistent (sprouts??). Hardly any pasta unless you like it plain. Most evenings there was no potato choice except for chips in the kids area. The meat at the cooking stations was nice, but we didn’t want this every night. Dinner service is 6:30-9:30, many items had run out by 8:00 and they just weren’t replaced. The areas were simply wiped down and left empty. I understand that food prices are increasing and food waste should be minimised, but we spent a lot of money on a half-board basis and we didn’t expect to come home having lost weight. Food at the pool was nice, but only 1 or 2 options that didn’t come with chips. We just wanted some lunch, not a full-on meal. Thankfully, sandwich supplies, fruit and salad can be bought at the supermarket. The hotel is shown as being in Protaras, but it is actually a €15 taxi ride into Protaras. We enjoyed our holiday but we wouldn’t stay here again because of the food.
