In 2003-2006 I lived in SE Asia and traveled extensively. I used to love traveling to Kuala Lumpur; business associates got me a reduced rate room at the Palace of theGolden Horses. At that time, 2004 and 2005 when I stayed there repeatedly, the hotel was rated the first 6 star hotel in the world. I think base roommate then was over $600 a night. So was shocked to travel again to KL and had lunch at the hotel and roommates around $100 a night and was now a 5 star. Very disappointing to see.

Had injured by the TCM treatment by A Chinese Phycisian on 20Jun 2020. Ankle sprain treatment became upper and lower back had pain. As CP pulled my right leg with extreme strength without telling me, bended my leg with telling me. I still in pain and took painkillers for almost 2 weeks, but the pain still remained. Now I m using wheat wrap hot pad to reduce my pain. Cannot climb, jump, bend and squate. 3rd doctot advised to see orthopedic and do physiotherapy and have booked end Aug 2020. Hope to get well soon. I advise those get invitation card. Do not attend 2 hrs health talk or sign up the GHHS package. Once singed, cannot cancel and tight up 10 years with rejoining fee and need to pay every year.

Poor upkeep of its facilities, infrastructure, basement parking bays,but the current hotel management is doing their improvements compare with last two years.hope its glory came back soon Palace of the Golden Horses .

A peaceful place with very helpful workers :) actually we are quarantine here in this hotel due to covid 19. Thumbs up to all frontliners involved. You guys made our stay here more enjoyable and less stressful and lonely 😂❤️

Hotel was good. But, it does need a minor fix. My room does not have a working fridge , problems with light switches and the bath tub could use some repaint. Overall, the accomodation, service and hospitatility was great.
