no reception, somebody from the restaurant stepped in his car and we needed to follow. in front of the house he gave the key and that it was. no further information. the house is an old little bungalow. the car couldn´t be parked nearby. the garden is a dirty dustbin with herbs. no seats to sit outside, no relax beds or something similar. you nearly need a car to go to the pool. this pool is so small you hardly can turn your self in it. overhere just a couple of sunbeds, so never had a chance to use one. at the pool you will need to survive the hard jelling greek music, don´t know why it was this loud. there is no beach in the neighboorhood. they are all stones and very sharp rocks. and near stoupa you need to pay for a place on the beach. never ever i will visit this area, nothing to do or to see.

Individual houses, very calm location with great view. You need a car for the beach or market. The restaurant is amazing. Rooms were not so clean. We wouldn’t choose it again. We visited it with our family and two kids for vacations this summer

We rented a maisonette for 2 nights but decided to stay 2 nights extra. We loved the possibility to sit outside either downstairs or on the first floor with sea view. There is a nice pool and the people are very friendly. Eating at the restaurant is definitely worth it. The village lies up on the hill between Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos which makes it possible to go to both places without a car ( not an easy stroll though! ) On the downside: the apartment was not very clean. I decided to use the broom myself. The stretchers at the pool need to be changed. No pooltowels available. No coffee.

Curated villas near immaculate beaches of the Peloponessos' best region - Mani. Maniatiko staff was tremendous - they upgraded us to a two room villa after our air conditioning had problems. Breakfast daily was rich and unlimited to the guests tastes, incorporating local flavors and produce from the grounds. The restaurant on site, Friagano, was a real surprise - fresh and original recipes made the meal above average and a true value for the price. The house wines were of exceptional quality. All our thanks go to Maria, who curates the grounds and staff, she made our stay exceptional and more than worth the value.

Great location and friendly staff. The food is great and we should have been having our son and partners wedding there today (2 June 2020) Can't travel due to the Covid problem. Maria has been really understanding and has refunded our deposit and issued vouchers for the accomodation. Really excellent and we are grateful. Sad we are not there today but will hopefully visit later this year and enjoy the food, drink and company.
