Best place for inspiring sex. You can feel a very special energy in the room. I loved the finger prints of previous users on the mirrors, showing the good time they also had in this room. The breakfast tasted weird though, too much poor quality meat.

The attention of the staff was excellent, especially because we were staying with my daughter who has special needs. Very attentive staff. The rooms for disabled people are very spacious and comfortable. Everything clean and in order. The hotel restaurant has a very varied menu and first-class staff attention. Very varied breakfast. Without fail we will return when we return to Milano.

Receptionists wasn't the nicest person, charged us €25 for an earlier check in even though I could see in their previous reviews that people were early checking free of charge, so I guess it depends on who you run into instead of having a strict policy. Room was spacious but definitely needs some repairs, also no trash bin in toilet which wasn't very convenient. Personally, 4 stars is a bit overrated, but for a quick stay it was alright

The only positive aspect of the hotel was its convenient location and the availability of a free parking spot. However, it failed to live up to its price tag and its supposed 4-star rating. I also felt that the hotel displayed a somewhat greedy approach to pricing. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during the booking process by reserving the room for only two adults instead of including our 4-year-old child. Curiously, I discovered on the hotel's website that this oversight didn't affect the price. I contacted the hotel three times to rectify the error, but each time I received a different response. Initially, they claimed they could update the booking at no extra cost. Then, they mentioned an additional charge of €15 per night to make the necessary adjustments. However, when I followed up with an email, they suddenly demanded €30 per night for a correction that should have been complimentary. This behavior came across as both greedy and unhelpful. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, it was far from impressive. Each day, the options were limited to a monotonous offering of eggs and ham. It certainly did not justify the cost. Additionally, the room itself appeared worn and damaged, as evidenced by the attached pictures. I am genuinely perplexed as to how this hotel managed to attain a 4-star rating. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its lackluster service, questionable pricing practices, and underwhelming breakfast selection. The condition of the room further diminishes its credibility as a 4-star establishment.

As with character references, I normally don’t give a negative review and get on with life – but for this place, I will make an exception. Travelling with a work Colleague and Friend, who speaks fluent Italian, we found ourselves forced to pay over 200 euros to stay “in the Hotel” for one night. The price is normally around 90 euros but - from my four week travels - 55 would be more appropriate. The excuse for doubling the already inflated price was that “there was a design show in Lombardy”. That’s a bit like a car driver hogging the outside lane because he “needs to turn left” in 200 km. On arrival, we were greeted by the perfectly pleasant receptionist(s) who informed us that we were “in the Motel behind the property” and not the hotel itself. My Colleague asked to speak to the Manager who was – surprise surprise - “unavailable”. We speculate that he/she was in the south Pacific attempting to buy an Island on this year’s profits. Thankfully Australia is not for sale. On entering the room, I was greeted by a smell that the French would call “indescribable” – not terribly unpleasant but grounds for divorce if one’s Partner reeked of it. One wall next to the bed and the false ceiling were both one big mirror and the indirect lighting a somewhat garish violet. Most other fittings and the carpet were tatty and dark coloured. Summarising, I was reminded of a Victorian novel where such a room was described as a “Tart’s Boudoir”. For a fleeting moment, I did wonder whether the outrageous price we were charged included “fringe benefits” but apparently not. One has to make the best of things so I thought that I’d have a nice walk to a local restaurant or bar but there is nothing that one can reach without two days on a good horse. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and a plentiful supply of hot water came out of the shower. Breakfast was “decent” but nowhere near as good or as varied as the one in the splendid 60 euro two star hotel that I subsequently stayed in in Frankfurt. On checking out, I was asked if I’d had anything from the minibar. I was tempted to say that it was still full and fitted nicely in the back seat of our Car but restricted myself to muttering “No – I didn’t see it and, anyway, the Bank wouldn’t have given me a Loan”.

I booked a HOTEL room but I was given a MOTEL room; unbelievable!!. It wasn’t only this what I regret; but also the state/condition of the “motel” room; horrible; dirty and soo missing maintenance; like walls, carpet; you can tell they somehow fix things just to carry on putting people there but without caring about the real condition of the place (like silicone showing; yellow stains, wall patches; front door didn’t close properly, etc, etc. I paid € 215 for one night; for a room (in a Motel) that it should cost no more than € 50-80 per night (like a 1 star)

This hotel is a good choice, but it falls short in some aspects. The reception service was good and welcoming, which was a great start. However, the room itself was not up to par. Although it was clean, there were some stains on the towels and it gave a somewhat unclean feeling. Furthermore, the room's proximity to the elevator made it a very noisy stay. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel still offers decent accommodations, but improvements are definitely needed to make it a truly exceptional experience. Furthermore, while the room was equipped with shampoo and shower gel, the quantity provided was disappointingly low and did not meet our needs.

The staff is very friendly; the hotel was clean; The food is not of a high standard. The room facility offers good value for money, but it needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The PC station is very small ... it needs to be overhauled. The hotel is in a good location. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this place.
