We had an amazing stay! The Hotel room is very elegant, luxurious and spacious. All of us enjoyed the swimming pool very relaxing with the dancing fountain show. Everything is great can’t wait to come back again! Breakfast is great too.

Excellent services from check in till check out. The staff are so friendly there and greeted us with happy birthday everywhere from check in, room service and swimming pool. Feel so warm and welcomed.
We stayed at the fountain suite. The room itself has a separate sleeping area and living area. It's clean with no doubt. Our room is golden yellow in color, giving it a splendid look without over shining tone. It's just a balance of luxury and comfy. We like its setting much.
The fountain view from the room (11th floor) is just too fantastic and romantic. We just keep staying by the window side every hour to enjoy the fountain show till midnight! The fountain view from the room gives a different feeling as seen downstairs like at the swimming pool deck. Of coz, we prefer the view from the room much more.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are nicely designed with trees around. We felt so relaxing at the pool area. Water temperature of the pool is also perfectly set so we are able to swim at this time.
In room breakfast is included in our package, and there' re a number of choices from chinese, japanese to western.
Finally, we would like to express our appreciation to Ms Sharon who has arranged the room and some surprises for us. We had a great time at Wynn Palace.

Staying in a hotel you need to find your orientation, specially in a large hotel having 1706 rooms.Shops and restaurants are very well distributed within the square shape corridors surrounding the Casino inside. Hotel guests who have children will not be offended in unable to reach a restaurant located inside the Casino area. Everything was great except one thing. They have a policy whereby if the room's "Do Not Disturb" sign has been on for 24 hours, and they cannot get in contact then they'll come to check on the room.
However, my wife and I were in the room with my in-laws enjoying our time together. Thank God that we were just talking and my in laws were just about leaving, and we were not, for example, taking a bath or walking around in our underwear and two staffs came in. They apologised and tried to leave.
I was so disappointed that they didn't even think of their actions before coming in, and did not give us a simple explanation until we started asking them why they were coming in.
There's a few things that can be improved which is the following:
1. If they are calling the room and there isn't anyone picking up, I think it is more than appropriate to call the mobile number that's been provided. What is the point of taking the mobile number if they're not going to call us if there's an emergency.
2. Make one last call when arriving to the door as sometimes when you make the call guests may be away. They can be back to the room when you come to the door. It is worth the try to make one last call at the door before coming in.
3. Knock on the door before coming in since the bell is disabled because the "Do Not Disturb" sign is on.
As a guest I don't need housekeeping every day and I don't really like being disturbed. But I do appreciate the policy Wynn has in place. However, it would make the stay much more pleasant and not so disappointing if they do those 3 points I've mentioned above.
For the quality of this hotel and the other parts of their service, I'd definitely come back to stay. But I'm reconsidering otherwise unless they will change this or have the 3 things mentioned in place.

We stayed as a family in Wynn Palace. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Everything from amenities to room service just out passed our best expectations, You're not just in a hotel, you are in a Palace with all that comes with it, We were upgrade to a suite and it was enormous with a large Livingroom area. the living room had two fridge, one with the mini bar and another one empty which is very useful for a family with children or if you want to enjoy a bottle of wine and keep it in the fridge. Besides that they are plenty of dishes from coffee, tea cups and small plates as well as a range of glasses from water to white/red wine. Really amazing. The amenities are fabulous as well and they give you plenty or as desired, The bedroom comes with a pillow selection (paradise...) and all plugs for electronic devices. The decoration of the rooms is exquisite and the bathroom was really spacious and beautifully decorated, all details have been well taken care of. For restaurants, you have a best selection of the finest restaurant from chinese, western, japonese and more, it's a delight for food lovers. The Japonese restaurant is just out of this world with literally one server for your table that takes you to the history of japonese food and ingredients, very unique... The swimming pool is great and has a fantastic jacuzzi that you can enjoy while listening to the music show (water shows every 30 mns). Well staying at Wynn Palace Macao is just an amazing experience. But besides all of this what makes the uniqueness of your stay is the service, perfectly trained staff, that treat each customers up to the detail. I just loved it! This is the kind hotel you are sad to live!

This is my first time staying in Wynn Palace. Check-in was handled by a very polite gentleman name Louis. Once he was aware about my enquiry to the pool, he immediately suggested to include my wife and my daughter details into the room registration for a seamless experience at the pool. Pool was amazing and my 3 year old girl simply love it! Staff were helpful and attentive. Both size and depth of the pool was able to cater to both adults and children easily. Since our room was at the south side, accessing to the Sky Cab was most convient. We were lucky to catch the right timing and enjoyed the show of the performance lake as to descend to station. My daughter also loved the Faberge Egg floral display at the south lobby (watched it for 5 times). Lastly, the speed of in-room dining was also something to comment about! Although we have forgotten to order breakfast the night before, I was very happy that it took around 30 minutes to arrive! Overall, the whole family was very satisfied with the stay! Definitely will be back again!

For the past few years my husband and I have been staying at the Wynn Palace Hotel at least 3 or 4 times a year and usually for about a week or so. Usually the staff were very helpful and friendly but this time we encountered a very rude and unhelpful bellboy! Back in January we stayed a total of 10 days and we also got friends to stay there for a few days too. While my husband was checking out my friends and I were standing to the side of a doorway with our luguages not blocking anyone. When my husband came out we got ready to push our 6 luggages out to the front entrance. A bellboy walked over and told us in Mandarin to move aside with our luggages. I told him back in Cantonese that we are moving out to the front entrance as we have checked out. . Instead of doing his job of helping us with our bags out to our transportation he told us to move aside again? This guy really needs to go back in training in customer service. I only wish I have taken down the name and reported him. I hope management take notice of this and better train their staff.

This was the first time we tried wynn palace and never disappoints our expectations. From the restaurants to rooms are incredible. The staffs are Amazing. Cant wait to post it on my vlog!
First we take our snack in pool cafe the ambiance was so relaxing and very calm. Thank you to manager Andrea for giving us a refreshing drinks she is very nice and pretty always ask what we need. Its awesome.
We decided to check in and this girl helped us because my mom is using wheel chair. She is very pretty and smile all the time her named is Moon if im not mistaken thanks to her we didnt wait for long time to get our room. The lobby was luxurious and elegant amazed us a lot. When we are going to our room we met a housekeeping staff who is good looking also, his named is Patrik he helped me to push my mom’s wheel chair going to the room he is very gentleman. He also helped us to carry my mom to the bed it was a big help for us thank you very much. We never forget our stay with you guys. We will comeback again soon. 🎉🎉🎉

I booked Wynn Palace for my girlfriend’s birthday due to a friend’s referral. Everything here is top notch quality. Every staff we encountered from the moment we arrived at the entrance were friendly, polite and professional. Front desk was very helpful and thorough with giving recommendations, and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room which is much appreciated as the lake view was marvellous. We enjoyed going by the window to watch the fountain show whenever it occurs. Also, our room was Tiffany blue theme coloured, great for really good photos if you’re into photography.
Our room is in the south wing which is near the cable car exit that travels to the entrance, across the lake, super convenient and fun way of heading out if you need to go visit neighbouring places such as MGM Cotai or City of Dreams.
I especially love the birthday cake I requested. It was simple yet elegant, the box design is a plus. They also are able to provide a mini fridge up to your room for storage if you feel like you cannot finish the cake right away.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, memorable albeit short (only one night). We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future for other celebrations and anniversaries.

This is my first time to visits Wynn Palace, when I step in the hotel, I feel resplendent from everywhere inside the hotel, the staffs are very nice and so welcoming me and my spouse, especially the FO staff Cindy Ng and Tommy Wang, even though they are wearing mask but I can feel warm smile coming from their faces.
I am pleased that they know we are coming for celebrating our anniversary, we got upgraded the room and have cake, so appreciated what they did for us.
The hotel staffs explain the facilities and restaurants to us in very details with patient, it shows they are in well train and professional. In addition, the cuisine in Wynn Palace are also very tasty and various, the service and foods are unforgettable, we are happy with this trip and will definitely come back again because of the great service and great staffs.

Am afraid you need a taxi. However, it is possible to walk from the Galaxy foyer across the road to Taipa Village. Considering the humidity and cheap costs of taxis, it is better not to endure that heat.
In consideration that it is not the regular hours and if it is true that the taxi had waited hours for a "fare" , $100 would be deemed fair under the circumstances.
Alternatively, if the passenger had missed their flight, they would probably have to fork out more for an air ticket assuming it is not the open ticket.
Sorry, just trying to be objective here.
There are more places to choose from in the Macau area.
