Review Updated. Hotel Manager and Front Manger dropped by while we were having lunch to discuss the problems listed in previous post, content updated and reorganized. Check in related issues Over promise: was told rooms will be available soon (1 in 20 mins, another in about an hr), but we didn't get the room keys until 3 hrs later. Also, if we were offered or given suggestions to have rooms in different levels for earlier room access, we would take it for sure as same level was not a criteria for us, unfortunately this choice was not given to us. Long lines: 30+ mins wait to reach counter on a sunday 2pm. No one offered anything while standing in line. Same line regardless of hotel membership status. 2. Information sharing Restaurant suggestion: Asked about restaurant suggestion, would be good to share how far it is away from hotel and what would the avg taxi fare be. Taxi Service: Asked front desk to reserve a taxi for us, we told them we have 7 people. They called a 6pax taxi, focusing us to split into two cars and pay double the price, both ways. If we would have known early, we would sought for other alternatives. 3. Restaurant related (The Manor) Services: We ate there for breakfast and lunch, both occasions, we noticed staffs were not attentive, missed drink orders, didn't serve water for 30+ mins after seated, ordered iced drink, but drink came to the table with ice already melted Speed: We ordered shortly after we seated, but food didnt start showing up until an hour later, one of the main dish didn't arrive until 1.5 hrs later. Most of us were not able to enjoy dessert as we rushed to prep for check out. Food quality: The fish that 1.5hrs late was overcooked and been sat on their table before it was served to us (plate was luke warm). All listed issues were reflected to the floor manager, and he apologized sincerely. Hope it will not happen to other customers in the future. There are some positive sides, like a cake, fruit plate and $12.5 USD wine to celebrate the special occasions, baby cleaning package., clean and nice rooms. But, the negatives outweight the positives and unfortunately we were not able to enjoy this trip after spending this amount of money. Note: Expectation was based on equivalent hotel experiences, if I'm staying in holiday inn, I won't be writing this.

I had a great time at the St Regis Macao. I was unfortunately there during Typhoon Saola, but the hotel, especially the team at the Manor made my stay a great one. While the storm raged outside, I had fond memories of sitting at the Manor bar during happy hour and trying cocktails that the bartender, Neil, was experimenting with for his new menu, and Jonathan from the team was always bring around canapes with a flourish and making us feel welcome. I'm grateful to the team who was there when everything around was closed, and even though we couldn't go out, they did their best to make our time there an enjoyable one. 10/10 will visit again!

I stayed at St Regis Macao Hotel from August 28th to 29th, 2023 for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, within walking distance to many attractions and entertainment options. And I loved the location is so perfect that it is only 5 mins walk to my workplace. The butler and concierge service at St Regis Macao Hotel was exceptional. The butler team greeted me with a welcome plate of fruit and a welcome card, they even offered me a plant of cheese cake to my suite in the evening. I would like to express my thankfulness to butler Mia who was always attentive and responsive to my requests, whether it was press my shirt or prepare a coffee. The concierge was also very helpful. Luke from concierge team helped me for finding my umbrella left at the reception after I checked in and helped me to get my luggage back after checked out. I can feel the professionalism shown by the hotel staff, especially they called me by my last name whenever possible. The hotel also had a beautiful pool, a fitness centre, and several dining options. I especially enjoyed the breakfast of in room dinning, which I can have my breakfast with the stunning Cotai view. I also love the unnamed mocktail made by the talented Manor bartender, the mocktail was so good and I would definitely recommend my friends to try. I had a wonderful time at St Regis Macao and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury and personalised experience in Macao. I can feel that I was welcomed as a Platium elite guest of Marriott Bonvoy. I would definitely stay here again for staycation. I would say this hotel worth for a Forbe’s 5-star rating.

We initially anticipated that with the influx of tourists returning to Macau, the check-in procedure would be a cumbersome task. However, upon our arrival at the lobby, hotel staff immediately came to assist us. Within a few minutes, we were comfortably seated, smoothly completing all necessary procedures and ready to embark on our journey. Every work post was well-staffed with employees proactively greeting guests. Their roles were clear, and they were well-trained, especially the butlers whose polite and fitting conversation left a deep impression. Furthermore, the hotel offers an eButler service, ensuring guests receive assistance at any time. I recall when we were enjoying ourselves in the pool, as the weather began to turn, the attentive staff immediately invited us to move to a cabana to prevent our belongings from getting soaked in the impending rain. The hotel went a step further by arranging a birthday cake and room decorations for me, creating a joyful experience for my family and me. Regarding food, whether it was the restaurant, in-room dining, or the poolside bar, everything was meticulous and delicious. I must also mention the hotel's fine dining restaurant, The Manor. With its elegant environment, it serves dishes made from high-quality ingredients sourced worldwide, including top-grade Japanese Wagyu, complemented with exquisite wines. The check-out process was equally efficient. Overall, the hotel received guests with the highest standards of service at every stage of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an exceptional hospitality experience in Macau.

We spent a long weekend at St Regis Macao for birthday celebration. Not our first time here. Still a very comfy and cosy hotel with luxurious beddings and Butler service. Special thanks to our Butler Leo and his team for the wonderful arrangement and, as well to Felix and team, for the highly efficient front-desk service. Also, nice pools and gym with friendly and helpful staffs. Perfect food and attentive service from St Regis Bar and Private Dining, too bad didn’t note down their names. Can’t thank them enough for the extended level of personalised service, will definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at the St Regis, Macau with my husband to celebrate his retirement and the level of service from start to finish was exemplary. Special mention must got to the hotel manager Stuart-Wayne Douglas and his equally charming and highly efficient front desk manager, George. There were a number of excellent Filipino staff members including George at the pool and Jonathan in the Manor restaurant, but also several others whose names I didn't note down, but who offered an excellent level of personalised service.
