The Venetian Macao stands out for its prime location, which reviewers note is conveniently close to various attractions and supported by complimentary shuttle services. While some travelers find the hotel's value exceptional, highlighting the deluxe breakfast and spotless rooms, others feel it's pricey, particularly due to the absence of in-room amenities such as coffee machines. Guests commend the service and the overall atmosphere, mentioning the hotel's stunning aesthetics and celebratory touches. Despite the occasional language barrier, the staff is recognized for being helpful and attentive. The comprehensive amenities, including opulent rooms and extensive shopping and dining options, receive high marks, although some guests miss specific features. Room cleanliness and comfort are consistently praised, with a nod to the diligent housekeeping.

The Venetian Macao is a great hotel with huge room and good amenities. Thanks to Yutki Mehra for accommodating our requests and upgrading our room.

The location of hotel is quite good since it is near to aiport. Unfortunately, we arrive late evening that’s why no hotel bus is available for transport from the airport. But one thing is good, there is no que when we arrived that’s why we’re able to take good pictures without people on site. Our room is welcoming with nice city view.

We were able to ride the Gondola and it was fun. There are many shops and good to have a bridge to Parisian Macao, which made our transfer so easily.

This is an overwhelming experience.

Be back for sure!

I reached casino city Macao via ferry, upon exiting the ferry station I could see a fleet of hotel buses provided complimentary to pick up hotel guests. A swift 20 minute ride to the hotel. The Venetian Macau resort is truly enormous ! It houses a hotel, casino, several malls and food courts and special attractions for tourists. One section of the food court is built exactly like Venice, complete with a water body and operational boats. We had a booked a king suite for 5 nights. Check in was smooth and quick. The suite was impressive, with an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower area, bath tub, dressing room and separate toilet. The suite also had a huge drawing room with comfortable couches, big screen tv, study desk, coffee maker mini bar etc. and a killer view ! Housekeeping understands basic English and service is fast. Breakfast buffet has many Indian food options to cater the guests. Casino is fun to try entry age is 25. The hotel buses are very convenient for sightseeing and they drop you off to other resorts and hotels free of cost.

On Sep 11th, 2021, after my 14 days quarantine in Macau , I stay behind with my wife in Venetian Hotel. During waiting for our checking in, I was much impressed by the receptionist Miss Amy Shen.
What I could describe her is the warm hospitality, her patience in explaining the details of my 6 days stay there. Besides, I found her even having a warm heart to introduce Macau wonders and places for good food to an elderly guy.
She could focus her attention to our questions and demands for good room floors and views.
A good recommendation for a long holiday stay in Venetian hotel Macau。
For the room house keeping service is also grade A. I order few times during the afternoon for more bottles of drinking water, face tissue boxes, and also ice block for cooling my Rose for a romantic night drink with my sweetheart wife. They are always performing grade A satisfactory service.
Overall is a grade A hotel

Simply loved it. This hotel has everything. It's one of the most popular hotels in Macau.
You'll surely find long queues at the check in counter, but not to worry, they have many check in counters. They have amazing restaurants, my personal favourite is the golden peacock which serves amazing indian food. You can use your breakfast coupons to either have breakfast or lunch at participating restaurants. They also have a mall inside the hotel with various shops. They also have a food court, which gives you a variety of small food outlets offering various cuisines. The hotel interiors are beautiful and they have a massive casino. Rooms are huge, they have all suite style rooms, with all the basic amenities. Staff is super supportive and helpful.
Loved my stay with family, and will be opting for venetian, even on my next visit to macau.

overall experience was good as usual as Venetian one of the most visited hotel in Macao with people all over, everything was good however the stakes at the table has become higher than before there are no more tables of less than HK$500 per bet - unless you like slots !
be prepared for the check-in time taking about 35-45 minutes per guest room as they seem to be very short of experiences and/or fast & smart staff.
restaurants are ample and can get a good variety and for the younger couples they may even like the Food Court on 3rd level which is not to our liking as we prefer dining in any good / clean diners.

I had a great stay during my anniversary stay-cation! Front desk staff, i think her name is Sophie/ Sophia was very helpful and accommodating. She is very patient with my inquiries and the bellman Sam is also very nice to me and very entertaining all the way until we arrive to my room. They sent me a complimentary cake for my celebration which is very thoughtful and sweet. Got an upgraded room as well. I was treated very well and i loved the breakfast too!

Hope to stay again soon!

Service was really excellent, always with a smile. We were upgraded to a huge suite of almost 170m2, rooms were kept very clean and in excellent condition. Suites also came with complimentary Acqua di Parma toiletries, and we really had a great 3 nights here. Resort had everything you need from restaurants, shopping, gambling and nearby all the other tourist spots. Would definitely recommend stay here!

Visited this hotel twice this NY trip and thrice from 2011. It still hasn’t lost its charm. Shops are aplenty, food court is a life saver, transportation is ever ready.

Just to share our experience on the shuttles we took from Macau Peninsula to Venetian (Cotai). We took the City of Dreams and Studio City shuttle buses going to the City of Dreams (just in front of the Venetian Hotel). The station is located a few meters away from the waiting area of the shuttle buses of the Grand Emperor Hotel. There is also the Venetian shuttle bus route (Cotai Connection) which brings you around Cotai. The connection will also bring you to Wynn Palace which also has a shuttle to Wynn Macau located in the Macau Peninsula as well.

enough. AS far as I remember, all rooms are suites. There is sofa which can sleep a person. They have free shuttles that can go to major places in Macau.
