We are looking for a hotel to celebrate my sister Birthday and one of our friend recommend this hotel which is the worst decision we made. They don't have any consideration the fact that we book the suite room for 2days. After 12mn they told us that our friends and family have to leave because only 3 people could stay. We are not those type of people who are noisy and party like in the club . We just what a place we could stay to eat and drink with our family and friends. With no place to go, We tried to book to another Hotel nearby and we found The Harbour View Hotel and I'am out of words how kind, considerate and helpful the staff there, Plus they let all my friends and family to be in the room with no person and time limit. I am planning to celebrate my Birthday next month and this Hotel won't be on our list ever again.…
Out of all the good and amazing hotel in macau i chose sands to celebrate my birthday and im very dissapointed with their very strict rules. No privacy one of the housekeeping staff just open our door without permission. Im very frustrated that i need to book to the other hotel nearby just to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for ruining it. Waste of money. very wrong decision that i booked my 2days here. Terrible Experience!!!
We would like to thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel staff was professional and eager to see our needs. They went as far as to extend our check out until 14:00. From the door man to front desk we were immediately cared for. The room was spacious and elegant. No expense was spared. The room opened up to a beautiful skyline view of the Macau. We also appreciate the large TV's and timely deliver from the staff on all of our in house orders. With wide open swimming pool area the emenities were very relaxing. The view while swimming and relaxing was breathtakingly beautiful. I will always recommend your hotel and look forward to my 3rd visit. Thank you for catering to our needs and treating us so well
October 22-24,2020 October 22 my birthday. My bestfriend surprise me on this hotel staycation. It was an awesome experience the room was big and the staff are all polite, courteous, kind, friendly and very professional. During check in Kent assisted us politely. He is kind as well. October 23 Wei helped us cleaned our room. Since we stayed for 2 days we usually go out to eat and Eden the door man is very friendly and helpful especially when we asked him where to go. When we checked out Alpha the bellboy helped us on our luggage and he is so kind. Thank you Sands hotel for this experience. We had a grand time on our staycation.
Lost for words. Empty place, desperate faces just everywhere. Unfortunately the faces are also absolutely not interested in any kind of service. I would think that during a period of desperation, the least you can do, offer some level of service to the few gamblers willing to spend their money. I've been here so many times and even during absolute packed nights you could get a drink at some stage. Not so right now. Service staff is just either not able to understand what service means or is just completely useless。 Sand what has happened to you? Dealers at the table don't even care if you play or not. Floor Managers just shrug and walk away if you ask a question. Sorry but that is not even close to any acceptable standard. Unfortunately I can't give Zero or a minus score here.…
On the afternoon/evening of the 31st July 2019. My girlfriend and I became stuck at The Sands Macao. I would like to note that we were not guest at this hotel, nor were we gambling at the casino. We were visiting for lunch when all local transportation was shut down due to a typhoon. We became quite frantic as we had a late night flight from Hong Kong and our mobile phones had no roaming ability to contact our airline. Nevertheless we were treated like first class guests by the concierge services at the hotel who helped us and made us feel very comfortable during this time. I would like to pay particular mention to Mr Christopher Thar (Head concierge) who allowed us to use his personal phone to make long calls to call centres…this is exceptional service!!! If this is the level of service for non-paying guest, I can only imagine the lengths this hotel and its amazing staff would go to accommodate their real guest. I would highly consider staying at The Sands if I am ever in Macoa again. Thank you!…
Fair golden view in the hotel sight. Easy to access any where, and good transportation connective in the basement floor. Food is good and delicious, but the staff not serve well even the management try to control their attitude. The gym is so far away on the other building. FO staff did not mention that ticket should be effect to use the gymnasium, even I present the room key card. Swimming pool is so small, not suggest to do lap here. 酒店裝修豪華,交通接駁方便到澳門各景點。 餐廳美食可口,但員工服務一般只有經理才達標。 泳池太少,健身中心不方便到達而且需買票。
Did not stay at the Sands, but did use the Starbucks there. The staff were very friendly and simply following instruction but the Croque Monsieur was over $4 for only half the usual sandwich you get at any other Starbucks in China or Hong Kong (though they did try to claim that half a sandwich was normal practice).
My family and I did enjoy the nice night with Sands Macao at Golden Court, no matter the service and the cuisine! It was an awesome experience, especially the staff service. They took care us so much! Thank you!
It’s only a round trip at night just to visit Macau. I entered three different casinos when I landed the from the ferry. It nice to walk around the area. But Sands has the spectacular view from the outside specially during at night. I tried to play bacarat for almost 30 Minutes and I won 21,000 Hongkong dollars. Will come back here again.
