Amazing hotel near the maxau outer Harbour. Amazing checkin with the front desk people. My room was very comfortable modern and the housekeeping staff took care of my every need. The swimming pool and resort facilities are awesome. The sands casino is next door so you can go to casino there. Food is good. Overall very enjoyable stay.

It was good to see the course well from the room. Both breakfast and the bar tasted and the service were satisfactory. It's a pity that the business hours of the souvenir shop were short and not posted in an easy-to-understand manner. The staff's response was very good.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel during Macau grand prix. I could watch races in my room and there were various events the hotel held! The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean and quiet. I would definitely consider staying there again.

We came initially with a group of 4, and then an additional 2 other family members joined a few days later. We all felt that our stay at Artyzen was fantastic. The staff was all very professional, courteous, and kind. The rooms and lobby area were spotless and very clean at all times! As for specifics, the beds were comfortable (not too plush and not too firm), the shower had good water pressure and temperature, room service was convenient to use and basically perfect each time. The outside noise was basically nonexistent and was never an issue for us even though we were close to a casino. There was also no cigarette/smoking smells from any of our 3 rooms. The front-desk staff spoke English quite proficiently, so that was really useful when I needed to communicate with them for any questions or issues since my Chinese is not too good. …

I went to Macau after business in Mainland China. The Artyzen Grand Lapa was suggest by a friend that had stayed there before 2020. I was not disappointed. The organic massage was the most complete massage I’ve ever had. The food was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious. My sleep was deep and complete. I felt safe and well cared for.

My hotel of choice in Macao. I like staying at Grand Lapa because of the hotel heritage. The staff are well trained and served with a personal touch. I also like the beautiful open swimming pool and resort facilities where i usually spent the whole morning. Then I dine at the Cafe Bela Vista before going out.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel also has wonderful facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi, where you can forget about everyday life and relax. Access to the center of Macau is also very convenient.

We stayed for 3 days after arriving early in the morning. Even though it's late, I'm so kind👍 Ariel, thank you for being so kind until the last day to see if you've been well or if you need anything🥺 The room is neat and I like the bedding. Especially, the view outside the window is crazy👏 I checked out late because the flight back is also early in the morning, and I am satisfied that I can swim leisurely. If I go to Macau next time, I will stay again✌️

I highly recommend it for the family with small kids. Our son is four, and he loves it. The pool was perfect, as well as the kids' play areas. We stayed at the family room as we traveled with grandparents and it was very comfortable for all of us.
