The overall experience were excellent. However, we have the following feedbacks for consideration:-
Room: While our stay was comfortable, we did encounter an issue with the sliding door of the standing bathroom. During the turndown service, the housekeeper unintentionally pulled it towards them, requiring us to seek assistance later in the evening.
Welcome drink: I was shocked to see that the lounge offered a choice of two alcoholic drinks, unlike other W hotels in Asia and Europe where they offer a full drinks menu with a fixed selection.
DIVA: We thoroughly enjoyed the great atmosphere and excellent service provided by Annie, Ivy LIU, and Chef Edden Yap. It would be even better if they could promptly replace the display plate with a fresh one and provide cutlery alongside it.
Fitness Centre: I was advised by the talant that the use of inbody analysis machine is chargeable, suggest to have clear notice for that.

Can’t wait for our first stay at the brand-new W Hotel in Macau. The convenience of the scheduled shuttle bus from Cotaijet outside the pier is certainly a great option for reaching the hotel. We would try the Macao LPT system as well next time as it is close to the LPT Lotus station.
We had a wonderful stay and relaxing weekend escape with the phenomenal staff here. A young mate Tony (If I am right) who assisted with check-in at reception was professional and responsive to our inquiries about surrounding information. My wife was so surprised by the room arrangement and the amenities presented in the room for her birthday. The suite was even spacious with the room size, trendy design, and awesome views facing the Eiffel Tower and it was especially gorgeous when the lighting was on at night. Special thanks to Ray Chan who showed genuine care and his kind arrangements during our stay.
A great experience at the Blind Tiger Lounge on the top floor bar is provided with a panoramic view of Coloane. The combination of relaxing music and a live DJ sounds like a perfect way to enhance the ambiance of the venue. Carina who reserved us a nice table and Elle (please correct me if the name is wrong) were so attentive and friendly during our visit. They did a personal touch to us and ensured that everything was set up to our satisfaction and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. That's the reason I would like to share my review and kudos to the exceptional staff.
It's delightful that having an indoor pool with a range of additional facilities like a sauna, steam room, open rain shower, and jacuzzi can create a luxurious and relaxing environment. The open rain shower provides a refreshing and invigorating experience, while the jacuzzi offers a therapeutic massage with its warm, bubbling water. All facilities can greatly enhance our overall enjoyment and well-being. During the morning swim, I met Michael who provided us warm greetings and arranged our pool loungers as well as offered his great help on my video production.
We received great hospitality from Mr. Joseph Kim, Director of Welcome and turns out he has managed the excellent team, all of them are truly an asset to the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay here when visiting Macau again and the hotel under the Marriott brand is always our choice!

First of all, I’d like to thank W Studio Macau’s management treating their Ambassador Elite members with great hospitality.
I received a complimentary upgrade to a very nice and spacious room to enjoy my stay with friends!
The breakfast buffet is also one of the best ones I have ever had with so many varieties and I especially love their black sesame ice cream.
At night, I discovered the hotel is connected to a casino so I did have some fun playing slot machines.

On 5/18 afternoon, there was an incident that my friend checked out the room but he forgot his belongings at the room which he just checked out.
Supposedly, I am the person who made the reservations so I have to authenticate my identity in person to the concierge to reopen the room.
However, I was already long gone from the hotel on my way to Hong Kong so I couldn’t help my friend on-site to authenticate my identity directly.
Ms. Victoria tried to reach out to me via phone several times and understood the situation so she helped my friend directly to grab his belongings after speaking on phone with me to avoid unnecessary processes to resolve this minor issue.
After my friend got his belongings, Ms. Victoria demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and let me know in message that my friend got his stuff and the room is checked out successfully.
It is a minor matter to others but I can sense the seriousness of how Ms. Victoria wanted to make sure the issue is resolved smoothly and kept me informed on key moments.
This is the reason why customers will keep on selecting W Macau for their stays and associates like Ms. Victoria’s professionalism and attitude is the foundation of W Macau’s success.

We stayed here for one night over the Easter weekend. Due to our Bonvoy status, we got upgraded to the Marvelous suite which was extremely spacious, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. The view that we got wasn't the nicest as we were facing away from the strip but the suite was bigger. Everything was well-maintained and clean, the interior design and decor matched the W vibe. We briefly visited the gym and pool facilities which were both nice and properly equipped. The hotel is also conveniently connected to Studio City, where you can walk comfortably indoor through and directly out to the main Cotai Strip. The breakfast buffet was good, and has a good amount of variety and offerings, food in general caters to Asian taste, we especially liked the juice station and their coffee was pretty decent. The service overall was acceptable and up to standard, but nothing exceptional.

I had the pleasure of staying at the W Hotel in Macau from April 28th to April 29th. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk staff member named Kerry Siu, whose service was nothing short of excellent. Kerry demonstrated an outstanding ability to understand guests' needs, actively assisting with any issues and making the check-in process both comfortable and seamless. He was very responsive to my questions, thoroughly explained the room options, and patiently helped me select and check into the room that best suited my needs. I am extremely satisfied with Kerry's service; his warmth and patience left a lasting impression on me. His exceptional customer service is the reason I will not hesitate to choose W Hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

Setting. A short walk from the Londoner and other more centrally located hotels

Rooms. 557 rooms. Got upgraded to a gorgeous suite with a late 4 pm checkout ( 1518 ) with fantastic views. Fully stocked mini bar included a bottle of Veuve
@ the hotel. Checked in at ten pm yet still had to stand in line. As I had to rush to a restaurant, and as especially at the Cotai ferry, there is always a shortage of taxis, I asked for a car transfer and they quoted me via email MOP4025 (US$500) for a Toyota Alphard for the 10 minutes 4.5 km ride (which no sane person would pay for) ! For my 2nd night in Macau, I arranged an alphard for my departure via St Regis for MOP470
Food & drinks. Went to Blind Tiger bar. Took 16 minutes from the time I ordered to the time my gin tonic arrived
Prices. US$139 for the room
Rating. 4/5 a superb bargain because of the room upgrade. At this price point, the slow bar service/check was irrelevant but still think the car transfer price was insane

We enjoyed our two-night stay so much! Our room was on the 29th floor and we had amazing views of the city lights. The room was clean, organized, and complete with all the amenities.
We especially want to appreciate the breakfast buffet — it went well above our expectations on variety, taste, and presentation. A special shout-out to the Filipina waitress, Jeanelle, who treated us so well, making sure we had everything we needed.

After finishing my business work in Zhuhai, China, I checked into this hotel. Ms. Constance, the front desk staff, was very helpful. Because I am a Gold Elite member of Bonvey, she upgraded my Wonderful King City room to a Mavelous suite so that I could fully relax and have a rest. She also introduced dining discounts, travel assistance, etc. in detail. In addition to the good service, the buffet breakfast is very good value, and the transportation location is better, the hotel is a hotel worth staying.

Hello there. You can take the studio city shuttle from the cotai pier to the second or last stop. You can then walk to the hotel in a few minutes in the mall. So it’s pretty easy.
I think 2 adults and 2 kids are usually allowed but 14 year old maybe considered adult, I suppose. So you can try 3 adults and 1 kid or just stay as 3 adults, I think the additional kid may have to pay breakfast or additional occupancy.
