Had an overnight stay here in a Deluxe Room. At 60 sq m this was very spacious and comfortable. My room overlooked the inner courtyard with its greenery. The bathroom was large, and housed the closet as well as luggage rack. Very luxurious-looking decked out in white marble. My only complaint was that in lieu of an iron, the hotel provided a small, hand-held steamer which did not do a good job... or perhaps I am just too dumb to use it.

Wonderful hotel with extremely hospitable staff. The staff are very friendly and attentive. the servcie from from every staff member I come into contact with was outstanding (save and except the receptionist of Buffet Room) My room was amzing and high quality. The hotel offers an amzing breakfast buffet (but the receptionist is poor) My experience was absolutely exceptional. We have some booking issue with Agoda (double booking but Agoda refused to refund) , Front Desk Manager of the Hotel Mr. Lam is ver pro-actively help us to have the case sorted out. He even called us to follow up the progess after we checked out. Their attention to their guests' stay and comfort is superb. Overall the stay was remarkable and we will likely be back. It’s glad that Macao have reopened for the overseas tourists again. And this is my first time staying with Grand Lisboa Palace. Anyway, the experience is quite good! First, I would like to thank for the very warm welcome greetings from the front while check in. And also, I’m really love their architectural style and patterns from anywhere inside the hotel. That’s full of art styles and makes me feel comfortable. For the room, it’s really grand and gorgeous. And also it’s very clean and comfortable. Special thanks for the efforts from the staffs. Highly recommend!

疫情完之後第一次Macao住上葡京酒店 糸因為想慶祝周年紀念日同去自助山餐廳食飯 CHECK IN時有同事好好，建議我地去東冀因為少人，需時用左20-25mins完成所有程序(都好有禮貌) 上到房間好開心同事幫我地準備左蛋糕比我哋。 去到自助山晚餐太多人了，都用左大概25-30mins先可以就坐，嘢食方面都充足，有不同選擇都好驚喜。 到第二日早餐非常之失望，門口同事態度非常之惡劣同不懂得尊重別人，事源女同事已經拿著我們的房卡記下號碼，之後走去幫助其他客人，ignored我地要企足5分鐘。 然後到返我們呢邊，再記多次號碼，那位女士說我們的房間已享用，但我們早上沒有出去。如果要再食就要再收費。 她的語氣和態度讓我們感到不舒服，不尊重。 第二，佢沒有面對她的問題，也沒有為我們說對不起或道歉。 她說：咁你哋而家咪照入去囉，我比早餐你哋食？咁糸咩意思呢？並把問題交給我哋？ *原來你哋酒店的員工服務態度咁樣招待其他客人* 這是我丈夫的問題。 及門口同事責任應該是引導客人找到座位*而不是*客人找位置。 最後，我哋享用完早餐之後我哋記底同事嘅名牌及員工號碼，向酒店作出寶貴嘅意見。 其實我哋過嚟糸享受酒店嘅設施同埋服務，加上酒店標記luxury Hotel而唔普通嘅酒店。我好希望酒店同事你糸代表公司同酒店，而唔係代表你自己一個人的。 如果大家去上葡京酒店的話，其實所有野都好好even房同room service，但餐飯真係有所保留了。

- 要去氹仔坐車大概15分鐘
- 如果去氹仔碼頭建議提早25分鐘去排隊，因為太長龍

Location is a bit far away from the Taipa city, it is quite difficult to walk to the hotel, but the hotel provide quite a lot of free transport to the city, so it is great. I think the down side at this moment is they are short of staff to due with the overwhelming flood of tourist. I was checking in on Sunday, which should be already better than on Saturday, but I waited for around 1 hour to check in. However, the staff is quite helpful. Great choice at the buffet breakfast, but again the short of staff and the large number to tourist made quite a chaos in arraging the seats, but again the staff are quite helpful and considerate. Rooms are large, new, beautifully decorated and clean, nothing to complain inside the room. The garden is great for photo taking! I will recommend this hotel to others, just choose a better timing for check in and breakfast, or be prepared to queue up for them. Other areas are excellent.…

I recently checked into the hotel and was impressed with the level of professionalism and consistency of service provided by the front office staff, especially Benjamin. Despite a very long queue during check-in, Benjamin remained calm, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that each guest was attended to promptly and with a smile. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable truly stood out. I would like to commend Benjamin for his outstanding service and for making my stay at the hotel a memorable one.

Very nice customer service by the front office. The room is huge with very new and modern design. Room is very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff are well trained and very polite (always greet guests). There are also lots of shuttle service to around Macau which is very convenient for hotel guests. Will definitely stay again.

16/5慶祝女兒正日生日，一早計劃要住新酒店，而且船票買一送一，看評論決定訂上葡京酒店，抵達前見到建築物歐洲古式外型已經好開心，前檯職員梁先生熱情友善招待，耐心詳盡介紹各項設施和酒店住客各項優惠，而且免費升級豪華園景房間，安排我們119122房間，面向綠茵勝境花園景觀如詩如畫，娛樂場在地下，穿梭巴士在-1層，超級市場和新八百伴在2樓，自助山自助餐在3樓，一定要去！食物種類多不勝數也非常美味！。晚上職員送來4吋朱古力生日蛋糕，非常驚喜，十分多謝上葡京酒店，下次一定會再來！

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Love the kids menu for in room dinning. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Our group consisted three families, we got a connecting room side by side. I received a call from the hotel a week before our stay, checking our details and our needs. On check in day, we were early, I thought we will drop down the luggage and wait until standard check in time. Moreover, our room was ready and immediately we can get our room key. The other room wasn’t yet available but guest could take the key card and wait for an sms to advise further, which is convenient.
