As we can't travel abroad I decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt for a break from "normal" life and to have the feeling that I was outside Macau and enjoy the good weather by the pool. Their pool is really big and nice to swim and there's a lot of chairs around it. I booked the grand suite and it is really spacious with space to eat and to just chill out. We enjoyed the Grand Club and were always welcomed by Ms. Tina and her staff. They were all very nice and welcoming and made us feel really at home. Breakfast buffet was nice for the Grand Club but not with a wide food selection as in a "normal" restaurant but one needs to understand that there are still limitations due to covid. This being said, it is still a very good breakfast with a good food selection, with egg station, Chinese noodle station, yogurt, fruit, chia pudding, muesli, congee, dim sum, cheese, breads and pastries. I've tried the Grand Club afternoon tea and the evening cocktail and it was all very good. I really like this hotel and I keep coming back!…

The room is very roomy and comfortable with a very nice view. My daughter and I can watch the plane take off and landing for the whole day. Also the club Lounge cocktail should be the best in Macau. I have made a reservation for the buffet, but unfortunately, you told me that my booking was cancelled for some reason after a few days when I checked my email. Oh, it was because I didn't pay the deposit. I didn't really pay attention to the email saying that I have to pay a deposit for the buffet. That's why I didn't pay it. Otherwise, I would have paid it already. They just canceled it for me And you know what? I already made the hotel reservation too which is not cancellable. When I contacted the online customer service, this guy just asked me to contact front desk for the buffet thing and rudely hang up on me.

The room was fantastic, with amazing fountain view. It was clean and comfortable, making for a delightful stay. So great the Bose and JBL Bluetooth speakers provided in the room. The Grand Club Lounge service was exceptional, and the evening cocktail was amongst the best lounge in town. The view from the lounge is fantastic 270 degree. It was extremely cozy and relaxing to enjoy an evening cocktail at the Grand Club Lounge. The Grand Club team provided exceptional service, and I want to give a special shoutout to Tina for being incredibly pleasant and helpful. Her expert arrangements and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. While our stay in Macau was not the best, the hotel definately saved our vacation. The grand club and our suite with fountain view was great! The breakfast was plentiful and dirty dishes were cleared immediately from the table!

The teams at the 37/F lounge and ground floor concierge were outstanding. Regarding the facilities, I've heard they are planning renovations. I hope they consider adding a dry sauna to complement the existing wet sauna in the spa area. Even though Andaz has opened, I still prefer this one given that I frequently visit the lounge.

Had an outstanding experience at Grand Hyatt. The staff was welcoming and professional, demonstrating flexibility in their arrangements. The service was, as always, top-notch. The staff, especially Tina, the manager of the Lounge, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Tina's outstanding service made my time at the Lounge a real pleasure. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern, with high-quality toiletries provided. The culinary experience was excellent, with delicious food served at the hotel's Lounge. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight. The selection was extensive, with a variety of both local and international dishes. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt for anyone visiting Macau. Although the suite was very spacious and was a great deal, it was a not so good stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau. The room was on a non smoking floor but it still has cigarette smell and part of the room also has that smell! The condition of the room was quite old, the sofa was scratched and there were some dirty marks on the wall..also the check in took forever even though we requested for an early check in (what’s the point of requesting early check in?) the swimming was huge but on the second day we went, there was no lifeguard on duty.. although we were obviously swimming there (even with a baby)! This was very weird and not safe and we didn’t have the guts to stay longer…😰
