Stayed during the Christmas festive. Room size is generous. First impression of lobby is positive, however the sight of barricaded queue system for check in makes it look very cold and unfriendly/ lack of hospitality feel. Understand the high traffic but since Hyatt offers mobile check in for their members, a dedicated counter should be allocated for these guests who took advantage of mobile check in, instead of having to queue up with all the guests.
Breakfast was rather disappointing with mostly “generic” menu and food.. we can’t even find strawberry in the buffet line. Only 3 types of cut fruits ( watermelon, pineapple, honeydew/rock melon).
Perfect location if you are taking the recently operational light rail transit, which stops right in front of the hotel ( exit Cotai East station), 2 stops away from airport. With nice weather, one can walk straight up to Studio City.
Right in front of the hotel is Wynn Palace with the complimentary cable car short ride.
Guest experience and level of service was rather normal and not much of a wow factor.

Modern hotel in Macau that is always kept tidy with the most stunning beautiful arrangements. Unlike other hotels in Macau, you will forget you're in the city of casinos as the hotel is without any cigarette smells or rowdy crowds. The bar/restaurant at the lobby hosts phenomenal band/singer during the evening which adds to the atmosphere of the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern with tech. Excellent service, especially by Randy.

Grand Hyatt Macau Celebrated their 13th year anniversary and they offer a good deal which is stay for 2 nights at Grand Deluxe Suite king with Grand Club Lounge Access and also 200 Hotel credit per night.
When i was booking the voucher it gave me an excitement because in this trip i don't need to think about that much anything and i just wanted to try the facilities and enjoy my off day away from my busy life.
Everything happens during the trip was so smooth and i can say its magical too. Starting with the warm welcome of Cherry and Carol at Front Desk, they arranged everything what we ask for and also they brought us to our room and explain everything clearly about the room amenities and also the hotel amenities. Kudos to the housekeeping too for a small design as i am celebrating my birthday also, the birthday cake with handwritten card (which is a good effort ).
For this trip i was literally looking forward for the Grand Club Lounge Access which gave as Daily Refreshment that offers a small snack and also a good drinks with a good view. They also offer an Evening refresment with free flow of alcoholic beverages with some light finger food served. Lastly we got a Buffet breakfast with a lot of choices from bread, cereals, chinese breakfast and also western breakfast which is superb and couldnt ask for more. The staff also make sure were good and ask about anything we need or if the food is good. Diana and Peggy were so nice and attentive to us.
Everything was easy and good food offered from Club Lounge Access is too good that we forgot that we got 200 Dining coupon which is we used in Beijing Kitchen they were so nice even we go almost closing time they still accomodate us.
Definitely will go back again and try after this 2 night stay.

Our experience in this hotel is nothing but the best! We were warmly welcomed by Yuan, the duty manager. He escorted us to our lovely room.
Before our arrival, we requested that all the amenities for our 3-day stay would be prepared in advance to minimize contact with people. And lo and behold, everything was neatly organized. We couldn’t asked for anything more! And because we really enjoyed our stay, we extended for 2 more nights. ☺️
Carol, the most cheerful front desk I have ever met, allowed us to stay the same room for the next two nights.☺️

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was bigger than I expected and service was just on point. The outdoor pool is very sunny and nice (they could only add more green to the place).
We got a really good tariff because it was the Hyatt 11th anniversary and they gave us access to the “Grand Club”, which made a huge difference on the comfort of our stay. Besides the breakfast there, we were entitled to the afternoon tea and the evening cocktail, with lots of food, natural juices, cheese, beverages... and the space is just great, modern with really cool details.
I will definitely come back, this hotel has a great price-quality ratio and the staff is truly nice and competent. Also, the music selection was surprisingly good.

I was staying at Grand Hyatt Macau for two nights with my family for a vacation. We arrived a bit early, before the check-in time but one of the staff from the concierge, Mr. Sigit, was very quick to help taking care of our luggage and recommended us to return after 3 pm for the check-in process. The excellent service didn't stop there as he gave us lots of recommendation about place to visit and food to try, and also very detailed transport option around Macau and for going back to Hong Kong airport. He took the initiative to arrange some take-away breakfast for us as we had to take the earliest ferry back to Hong Kong on our last day.
We were also impressed by Mr. Reven who were very helpful and quick to arrange our transport option back to the ferry terminal first thing in the morning.
Room and facilities were great, food is excellent!

Grand Hyatt was the third staycation we had in Macau this year. Prior to our arrival, we were contacted via email if we needed anything to be prepared. Upon arrival, the room was set up with all the children amenities and a baby cot as requested, without needing to wait. The staff also provided two stuff toy mouse for our children. My children very fascinated with the fountain view while holding their stuff toy most of the time. Our breakfast was served in the lounge, where the view was very impressive. Because I was with my 4 year old son when having the buffet breakfast, the staff helped him to take his food back to his seat. While I was taking the food with my son, my husband was handling our 1 year old daughter, and was not that free to take the food himself at that moment, a staff recommended some food and helped him bring is breakfast to his table too! After breakfast, my son went to the window (where the seats were empty, of course he didn't disturb anyone) to look at the view, a staff went over to watch him and talked to him, until we finished our breakfast, sort of like a minor baby sitting service that I have only experienced in resorts in Sanya previously. Overall, excellent service and child friendly.

This trip made my friends and I very happy. In addition to the clean and tidy rooms, the scenery outside the window is also very satisfying, and the night view of the whole Macau can be seen, and the waiter cleans up the room very promptly.
