Had to recommend this hotel to you if you are looking for a great staycation experience in Macau. My girlfriend and I decided to look for a hotel with nice swimming pool for our anniversary celebration. I got in touch with the hotel staff ahead of time, and they offered tailored amenities.
Our main thing here is to swim but unfortunately my girlfriend was on her period just right before the arrival. We were so upset and inform guest service manager Merci regard the situation. She then figure that the hotel staff can assist to buy tampon in the sands property. We were again amazed by the prompt and considerate action.
The hotel staff wasn't seem to be affected by the pandemic and shown professional service. I was impressed that they will guide you to the destination whenever they are asked for direction.
If you are like me who are looking to swim in a not too busy pool, FS macao could be your choice. There are total of five pools in total and two of them are heated pool so it's family friendly as well. It was the dragon boat festival however majority of the time, only 3 - 5 persons are swimming at the same time at each pool. Nevertheless the dryer ice cream is complimentary there.
In order to make the guests feel safe here at FS, the F&B outlers will have alcohol towerlette, hand sanitizer ready for you. As a in house guest, a welcome kit contains face mask, mask case, hand sanitzer, wet towelette can be found inside of the room.

De A à Z, as we say in french , we had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. We choose to stay in this hotel for our wedding anniversary and Merci Leung the wonderful guest relations manager helped us to have a unforgettable stay. She was so nice and caring , making sure that we were having anything we needed at anytime.
We were upgraded in a junior suite . It was decorated with balloons , flowers, very nice orchids , rose petals around the tub and photos of ourselves when we arrived. Ms. Merci had sent me an email previously to ask for few photos. I didnt expect that they will frame some to decorate our rooms. What a nice attention! A bottle of sparkling wine was set in an ice bucket for our arrival , as well as a fruit platter, cookies and delicious chocolate .
The entire staff was so friendly and so concerned, making sure that everything was fine and that we were having a great time. Indeed that s what we had. These two days were like an escape in an other world. The time we spent at the pool made us feel like we were in a tropical garden on an island . We were over spoiled with , fresh fruits, ice cream , ice water... Anytime we wanted something, the staff was there to help and serve us.
We had lunch at the splash restaurant and the dinner at the windows. Both serve delicious food , western and asian style. As it was our anniversary , we each time had a complementary glass of champagne and some cakes. It was really hard to leave that wonderful place . For sure, we will definitely come back.

My fiancee and I have decided to spend his birthday at Four Season Macau this year. Staffs immediately greeted us upon arrival, explained the circumstances given the coronavirus situation and led our way to our lovely room after a smooth check in.
The room was well decorated for the occasion with complimentary food and beverages, they even prepared some hearty gifts for us to take away for this special day! Needless to say the atmosphere was indeed very sweet and romantic with rose pedals all over the room. Later on, the birthday cake was delivered to our room just at the right timing to finish the night and the cake was delicious!! We mostly spent our stay at the pool side to enjoy the nice weather and staffs were so friendly and passionate, also complimentary ice cream and cookies!
This was our first stay in Four Season but i have to say it's the best experience we have ever had! The services were exquisite, the room was beautiful, the staffs were very polite and it was like a honeymoon to us. Therefore, we would like to share this fantastic four season experience to you all and four season Macau will always be at the top of our recommendation list!
Lastly, I would like to thank all staffs who have shown great enthusiastic during our stay and massive special thanks to Merci Leung for all her warm and hearty gestures!

Fabulous stay with Four Seasons Hotel. I have chosen to stay at Four Seasons to enjoyed my staycation.
Staff are friendly and warm welcoming me during check in. Ms. Lulu explaining everything what I can explore during the stay. She also assigned a nice room for me which facing to Galaxy Macau.
Another compliment to Joel who taking care my daily housekeeping service. He very attention to my needs and preference. So lovely. He knew I would need to use the bathtub and he well prepared a disposable bathtub cover for me just in case I need it. That is Four Seasons Service! Big applause for them.

We want to start by saying a big thank you to the Four Seasons and in particular the Reservations Team for making our stay so memorable!! You guys really amazed and surprised me with all the arrangements!
My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Macau for our wedding anniversary last week! We booked the Spa Indulgence package which I highly recommend with the stay!
I must say we had an amazing time! I couldn’t have asked for more!! From the time we arrived we were greeted by all their friendly staff and everywhere we went to we felt really welcomed. Ms. Wenslie took great care of us during our stay making sure everything was ok with us all the time. They prepared a lot of surprises for us from the special room arrangement to all those sweet treats, we were particularly touched when we saw our wedding photos and blessing messages hung in the room by the window! That was such a sweet touch!
If you are looking for a place whether to celebrate or just for staycation, this is definitely highly recommended! (Oh and by the way one of the best breakfast/brunch if ur staying during the weekend and the Ambassador suite was so great!)

Four Seasons is without doubt our favorite hotel in Macau! Have been visited almost every 5stars hotel in town, Four Seasons never failed to impress. With classy room design and well maintenance, plus genuine staffs easily make the brand among top tier. We stayed for one night this time, with the purpose of throwing a bridal shower for my best friend, FS went all the way to help making the party wonderful. I want to commend all the staffs from the security for the warm welcome, to the front desk, up to the housekeeping and to the amenities. Thanks to Tiffany for helping us in our check in and for giving us a late check out. To Michelle who arranged our superb room that we didn’t expect even in our wildest dream. It was an Ambassador Suite that we felt like a VIP. Michelle and Ivan even escorted us to our room and tour us around. She even explained in detail all the restaurants and amenities that we can use for free. They also decorated the room with balloons and gave us some complimentary cakes, macaroons,fruits, red wine and japanese tea. So thank you Michelle for being so kind and accommodating. It was a great experience that we will forever cherish. Kudos to all Four Seasons staff! We will definitely come back soon!

First of all, Thank you for Four season Macau. I really enjoy this short trip with you. I'm looking forward to stay with FS macau again. For Front Office, i will say it is excellent performance. With greeting at entrance at my arrival time, Your Manager Wenlise already give a good start at very begining. After my reservation confirmed, she call me very soon to ask for reason to stay. This time i'm celebrating my girl friend birthday. She organize a birthday cake for me. As i book a package with SPA. She also very kindly to send me the menu of SPA, talk to me in detail and make the reservation for me. Also , she really make a surprise to have decoration in room and welcome snack, the Bvlgari amenities is really lovely also. Last but not all, she also send a wine with birthday cake. I make me understand why a five star hotel really is, i stay in many hotel in Macau, but none of them show this kind of service standard. As this reason,if i visit other country, i will choose FS hotel as my first choice. At check out, a male staff call Agostino also very warn to remind to me to make sure every thing are already with me. Bellman Ivan also very helpful to help i give taxi for at least 2 times. one of it is at around 10pm of 31 May, Ivan was very helpful as he see no taxi at hotel entrance, he will actively call a taxi for me. A manger call Cartiera also give me a warning greeting at last night. Once again, thank you for Macau Four Season to give me a such wonderful stay !!!

Generally speaking, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the two most elite hotel brands in my mind. However, Four Seasons Macau is very far away from what I expected. It was to the extent that I even once considered giving up my room to stay at another hotel nearby.
By looking at its room, it is very hard to explain how it can receive five stars on Forbes. From my perspective, it is not even up to the level to be recommended by Forbes! The room is small (given how expensive it is!); the furniture is old and somehow broken; the room design is just standard (imagine something similar to Sheraton's most basic room). However, these would all have been fine if its service had been good. Unfortunately, its service was even worse than its hardware. Its staffs were just... impolite. I would always greet every staff I met, and all of them would reply me with at least a smile. Surprisingly, most of the staffs at Four Seasons Macau simply won't reply to any greeting but just strangely stared at me from the moment I entered their vision... it was thus really uncomfortable to stay at the lobby - no one asked you how they could help but just stared at you.
I am really confused why Four Seasons Macau can even appear on Forbes. Its room is just up to Sheraton's level while its service is even worse - I would have got a more polite service from Holiday Inn.
However, I still need to thanks Edmond for his highly professional reception and warm services. He was the only person reminding me that I was actually staying in one of the most elite hotel brands in the world.

this is a post transaction. but i am really unhappy that i was misrepresented. the check-in front desk specifically told me that i am being upgraded to a Royal suite. But when i checked online, i found out that it was actually an ambassador suite. really disappointed that four seasons will misrepresent their customers.
Cotai will take you the ferry port in Macao very close to the hotel, and they have private 7 seaters luxury van shuttle service from there free of charge. Just waive to their staff and they will arrange a ride for you.
There are more places to choose from in the Macau area.
