We booked this Hotel for a family ski holiday and i have to say that this Hotel is probably one of the best that we have stayed in, it may be a bit expensive but worth every penny. The staff ( i can't praise them enough, they are fantastic) and attention to detail is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Even helping with taking ski boots off and putting equipment away in the lockers. I thought that this was because i am getting on a bit ( 70 but still skiing ) but no they help everyone. In the main Restaurant my wife and daughter in law requested leg of lamb which was not on the menu and on our last evening they got a whole leg of lamb each ( small) but cooked to perfection. The whole atmosphere is like a very friendly party . We will be back.

WiFi service needs improving. It seems that the system cannot cope with the number of connections. Also, WiFi suffers from poor connection in some rooms. These days each person uses multiple and speedy connection is important.

We have just enjoyed 4 nights at Eurostars La Pleta and had a fantastic trip, we have stayed in a few other hotels in the local area but haven’t been particularly impressed, well Eurostars was a breath of fresh air! Wow the hotel is beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English, our room was really lovely with beautiful views of the mountains. It was clean and quiet and we loved the fresh water and treats left in our room every afternoon! We had a balcony with chairs which was great but the only thing missing was a little side table for drinks outside? The ski staff were great and helped us with all our gear, and being able to just jump into a shuttle when we are ready to go and two minutes later be at the ski lift is just an absolute winner. The breakfast is amazing , literally everything you could want and set you up for a good day of skiing. The communal areas are so cosy with an open fire and comfy sofas. We are already planning dates for a trip back next year!

I made a reservation to this hotel for our winter vacation. But, when I tried to contact the hotel via phone to confirm if they offer hotel transfers and the rates, the woman who answered the phone told me that the lifts are free and then hung up the phone. I tried to call again a few more times, either no answer or someone would answer and would immediately hang up.
So, I sent an inquiry through email and it has already been a few days and still no answer.
I cancelled my reservation and made a new reservation at the AC Hotel, better customer service for sure!

At the moment the hotel is closed until the 3rd of December, however we are on the phone 24 hours a day. In your call, please excuse us but we ran out of battery in the middle of the conversation. In your question we understood that you were asking for the shuttle service to the ski lift but not the external transfer service, this is why our answer was that it is a free service. Having been to Baqueira before, this was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we were charmed. Service was very kind and helpful at the restaurant and the ski locker/shuttle staff were 5 stars, always trying their best to take you to the slopes in time and helping out at the lockers.
All in all a fantastic experience.

This hotel is perfectly located near the ski lift. Hotel provide a handy on demand shuttle bus up the hill which takes 2 mins and the same for getting back. We opted for half board and glad we did. The food is amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wil definitely be back.

A truly five stars hotel. Staff are amazing, they do everything to keep you happy. From the front office, to restaurants, ski locker rooms. I never needed to go to my locker the staff brought and take my skis and boots they help you put your boots! amazing! Nice touch with juices and candies and the end of the day!!!. Great Raclette restaurant. I had one of the best raclettes i have eaten recently I stayed in a lovely suite 305, located in a top floor with a great king size bed, a jacuzzi for two and a beautiful view to the slopes. I will definitely come back! If you traveling to Baqueira this is the place to stay

I had never heard of Baqueira until my mate booked this long weekend. 4 of us in total and had 4 separate rooms and every one was pristine and perfect. But the main thing i love about this hotel is the STAFF- they simply cant do enough for you and are so very nice. Boot room staff and drivers are great and helpful, Bar staff simply hilarious and so chatty and front of house were FAB.
The resort itself is also a new ski experience as big wide empty slopes and mainly Spanish people and not many tourists.
A proper find and have to say going back to Switzerland or France is going to be tough after this as i now expect so much more.

We had a dreamy week , they were so helping to go ski always on time and helping. We had nothing to do :). Dinners were delicious, the sushi bar is a bless and the whole menu is amazing. They are all so nice especially the nanny who looked after our 9 months old!! And also the rooms are very comfy and luxurious!! Ohhhh and the warm and so beautiful swimming pool and Jacouzi. God !! Hotel is cosy, pleasant, clean and comfortable. The big fireplace is really cool in the winter. Staff is very professional with some speaking really good french. Lots of services with spa, swimming pool, sport, ski locations and more. Really nice food and well located.

The hotel has a pool in the spa, it's not a kids pool but you can use it. I have a 6 year old and we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend the B&B option, breakfast is very good! And there is nothing that close for breakfast, you have to drive to get to another restaurant. Hope this works. I love this hotel!!
