Wonderful trip to the Iberostar properties
This was the first time my kids had been to Mexico and this resort complex was the recommendation of our travel agent. We had an amazing time. My daughter is a picky eater and she had no problem finding food to eat at any time. My son loved the steak house. Always great omelettes to order in the morning and many other things to eat. The pool was warm and having dos equis on tap was a plus for me as many of the resorts we have stayed at the last 25 years did not have that on tap. They always had my room fridge stocked and extras in the room as well. We met many great people at the pool and the beach and couldnt have asked for a better first trip for the kids. Having the shopping area (dont miss the tacos there) and the nightly shows at the Lindo made the trip that much better. Take advantage of the concierge at your building for booking reservations at restaurants. My one recommendation for the hotel would be to ensure at check in the staff tell guests to download the app and notify guests were the kiosks are at for the activity schedule. Once we figured it out we were also telling other guests. Most hotels this is done via a daily activity sheet under the door. Best resort ever stayed at luxurious room fantastic food .Don't even know how many pools so numerous. Great activities day & night lavy river target shooting beach pool exercise but best part gracious staff especially Franco & Gabby dynamic duo making our stay so much fun. Would reccomend this place to anyone.

Are there hairdryers in the room, if not, will my American hairdryer work or would I need a adapter?
Yes, hair dryers are provided (there in the bathroom) and we were able to use all of our electronics there (ie hair curlers, steamer, charge mobile devices, etc..) with standard American outlet/cords.

We visited Dec 2018 and felt the pool water was very cold so kids didn’t want to swim. Does the pool temp get any better in the summer months? We are thinking of visiting end of May. Thanks !
Water temperature in the summer months is great for swimming. Not too hot and not too cold.
