If you want a place that spacious, free parking and reasonable price, this could be the one. We stayed as we need 2 beds king and single for our stay. Booked last minutes (i.e. afternoon to stay at 6pm). The lobby full of ornament related to Fensgshui. Check in is easy with the booking from Booking.com already in the hotel. Need to pay deposit of RM50. Walking distance are restaurants, mainly chinese and shop lots for &-elevem 24 hours store.
Location: Fine. Lobby looks very dark very dim lights, receptionist was ok. Room: 1st room given was extremely dirty with spider webs and bird nest outside the window, door lock was damage does not feel comfortable & safe in the room. Requested for a room change 2nd Room only slightly better not so dirty but still do not feel comfortable. Bathroom was very small with quite dirty towels Parking area was dark we have to on our torchlight when walking back to the lobby. Will not be staying here ever again.
The WORST hotel that we have ever stayed in! I would advise all to consider 9388343993398 times or not even consider to think to stay in this hotel. The room & pillow really smells bad & the cleanliness is really astonishing BAD, refer to the images. The interior of the hotel is really bad, old looking/smelling carpet, wifi is caveman type I think, keeps disconnecting...
The stay was really unpleasant. The bed is dirty and I can still see yellow stain on the bed sheet. It was just one night and I was in a hurry hence I did not make complaint or request to change room. I didn't sleep well as I can feel something was crawling on my hands and legs. Luckily my friends bought bug repellent and I slept on top of my shawl. I will never go back again.
The receptionist was okay, not friendly but tolerable. The room smelled so stale like the woods have begun to rot. The room walls were “decorated” with boogers - see pictures. The shelf was dusty and housekeeping did not even clear the rubbish. The sink had mold. The toilet, oh my god, MOLD!! The toilet window, it’s dirty beyond words. Staff working there were not dressed in any uniforms, no identification that they are the hotel staff. Bad experience. Not worth the price you’re paying.
