It was a good stay here. I like the room and balcony, if its not rainy you can see a beautifull view. Check in time is quite flexible and in unique way. My son need to pass the code before get the keys 😅 They have small warm indoor swimming pool. Have daily room cleaning too. You need to book shuttle bus to genting mall earlier, or its gonna full. Overall is a nice stay.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We will endeavor to serve you with our utmost effort for your next visit. The shuttle bus service might have been full during peak season's peak hour. However, there are alternative transportation be it via either the 24 hour taxi service or readily available GrabCar. The distance between our lobby to First World Hotel is only about 3km (~ 6-7 minutes ride).

This must be my best vacation so far. The reservation team was courteous and their housekeeper took care of my suite well over the 2 nights. Temperature was cooling. A great escape from city life indeed.

The room was too expensive regarding what was offered (RM 500/ night), the view was at a construction site rather than the mountain. And when it's cloudy you can see nothing :) as I attached in the photos. I found two cockroaches. No coffee of Tea offered. For two visitors they offered one Milo, one 3 in 1 coffee and one 3 in 1 tea! We stayed for two nights, and the room service never showed up. Another important thing to know, this is not a hotel, it's just a room in a condominium. A Pro is their quick answering on Whatsapp.

Thank you for your feedback. All our One Bedroom suites are located above 30th floor and they have unblocked level views with balcony facing either the genting city or the mountain. The work sites were situated either at ground zero or across a lower adjacent view respectively. We had looked into your complaint and believed it was an isolated case; moreover, our maintenance team had fumigated the area with thorough pest treatment since then. Therefore, the suite had been all well henceforth. Our housekeeping team provides daily cleaning service & will top up the complimentary mini bar items during the routine room service from 10am to 6pm. The strict standard operating procedure requires all suites, even those with "no disturb' sign turned on - be properly ensured and well serviced. The One Bedroom SUITE also comes with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a balcony. The facilities include the concierge, the heated swimming pool, children's playroom, a gym and sauna etc.

Big apartment, nice rooms, free snacks, spacious toilet, many channels on the TV. The staff also WhatsApps you instructions and offers you almost instant help when you need it. I find this a lot more helpful than a phone or a concierge at the lobby. I can even send pictures and ask for help. My only complain is the lift that goes up, it's a high rise, but only four lifts and they are more often than enough fully loaded. You also need to take 2 lifts, because you have to transfer at L6. Other than the lift, everything is really perfect.

The view from the suite balcony will give you the impression that yes you can fly, believe it or not, clouds level most of the time is below the suite level, temperature is wonderful (17 to 22), great equipments, clean and the most enjoyable part that you need to deal with no one, yes no one, you will do self check in and out (just make sure that you have whatsapp account where Fun manager will communicate with you about passwords for elevator key and suite door), it is simple procedures but you need to read the clear instructions which will be sent to you via whatsapp. Free shuttle every hour to and from the 5 stars mall, where I believe it’s the best one among all malls in Malysia. The Sky D’Mont building has many restaurants with different styles, heated swimming pool, well equipped gym place, and kids areas. The price and the value of the suite is really GREAT (located between 31,34 floors). Avoid weekends where booking is somewhat difficult.…

You can enjoy the tranquil mountain view while sitting inside the living room, with balcony slide wide open. Turning the TV music on and sipping the free minibar coffee. For the few nights, we felt like living in cloud nine.

An one night stay at this lovely apartment over the weekend for a concert. Location is a distance away from the venue but shuttle bus is provided till 12mn. Price is reasonable and I'll certainly stay again the next time.

Very new hotel and the room was really clean and comfortable. The mini bar is totally free which means we didnt have to go out to get snacks or drinks. They also have a swimming pool which was a great hangout place for us. This is going to be our favourite place in Genting Highland from now on.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay here especially the free inroom minibar and cleaniless of the room. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The swimming pool was a great place to spend our time and best part was that it was not crowded at all. Will come back again very soon.
