booked this hotel because its location in theme paek area,, what a surprise the hotel doesnt even have Air conditioning even when outside at night only 15 degree celcius, inside room its so hot, if u open rhe window then noise came, and the curtain cant be closed the curtain also have odd design, that at morning sunshine will come through the middle of the 2 curtains. overall if u want a good night sleep after tiring day in the theme park.. just stay at other hotels in area, much cheaper rate and better facilities.. we really regret staying in this hotel ..

Re-visit after years.. The hotel previously known as theme park Hotel. Good: -suitable family with big room and multiple bed -kids can play at lobby with some simple playground facilities. -hygiene very good no matter room or common area. -staffs are very friendly since arrive until check out -nice view from room to genting garden. Bad: - room sound proof need to improve, as some sound from external affect sleeping quality. -no car park with linked to the hotel -no direct access to shopping area. Need some outdoor walk to get there

Family of 14 pax we booked 3 room, room is nice and next to theme park. Kids so happy. Staff is very helpful. One thing need to improve is good to have breakfast. And kids play area. Price is reasonable. Definitely will come back again.

Overall room stay has been excellent. Room is clean. No complaints, except the second floor of the sixer bed cannot withstand more than 80kg.. so that's the only thing that isnt too great. Overall appreciate the stay.

It was a pleasant experience to stay 1 night at skyworld hotel genting highlands, Thanks to all the staff here, especially the duty manager name Mr Book Kai, he was very nice, friendly and did his best to make customer Happy with the stay. Thanks to all the staff for their great hospitality. Kudos team. Hotel is nice, new hotel, perfect for family with small kids. Its clean and overall i would love to suggest to friends and would definitely come back again one day

Wow, the room is so cute with platform design.... i like the bunk bed so much, the room can fit more than 5 person , valued for money. Staff is so friendly and helpful.Encounter a little problem upon check in but problem solve within 10minutes.. thank you so much.
