Everything is bad, The floors are filthy and the lights are not working. The windows probably haven't been cleaned in years with much moss. The chairs were very dirty with a lot of dust and bug poop. Cannot sleep properly because the fire alarm lights are as bright as the sun. Started sleeping at 11:30 and woke up at 4:00 because of the lights. Do not recommend it.

This apartment here is great, the room provides beautiful view on the top of the building. The weather was cold btw, the location is not really convenient because it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to Genting Highlands.

Facilities are quite good. Cleanliness is average. Breakfast is average. The gym needs to be cleaned regularly as there were no personnel at all in charge. Location actually is not too far from Resorts World Genting but the road is very curvy and goes up & and down, which makes going there by foot nearly impossible as it will take long time and waste too much energy. The hotel provides a shuttle bus for every hour with extra cost MYR 8 / person and has to be booked in advance due to limited seats. Taxi will cost MYR 30 - 40 for one way. It's very hard to request bottled water. Nobody answered the call, both receptionist and housekeeping, especially housekeeping. There was a day I needed to go down to the receptionist just to ask bottled water to be sent to my room. There was a day they ran out of bottled water. The receptionist, Crystal, said only 4 bottles are provided for free for our 3 bedrooms unit. It's ridiculous because she was the only one who said that. Other staff members never mentioned that extra bottled water is provided with extra costs. The view surrounding the hotel is good. Sometimes, it was very foggy and it was a very wonderful experience. Overall , it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star serviced apartment.

3 Star hotel rooms are just terrible, tower 2 you smell the sewage bad smell from the lobby!! Dirty rooms, dirty walls, dirty sheets, dirty everything, you can’t sleep as the lights come from everywhere cabinets and curtains, checked out after one night even though I booked three nights, and the reception didn’t even care they just say that nothing is refundable, even the tax they took, what a great way to rob people 👏, it’s crazy thats its 5 stars!

Super terrible trip to Grand Ion Delemon. Please read before booking 1) after alighting from cable car , hotel shuttle bus terminal is unknown to many other staff. Have to pay your own transport private taxi which cost estimate 30-40RM. Do note, grab car and grab taxi is almost not possible at here. 2) upon arrival the main lobby , there is 4 tower , hotel check in reception is not at ground floor , you will need to walk through narrow passage way to another tower, take to lift to either 3rd or ground floor. Not your typical hotel check in experience. Fyi, its quite a walk, pass be the garden , children playground and eatery. 3) room size is big but furniture include mattress , toilet bowl , shower head is mostly budget, mattress is not comfortable for me. My view at tower 4 is full construction side. Its noisy and nothing else. Hard to have a good sleep 4)costing - 5 stars rate but getting 2/3stars services. Staffs not keen to check in for you, prefer you using the machine. Dont understand our language English Keep pushing us to another counter , does not help to book a taxi. 5) shuttle bus is not free ; $6RM per pax , hotel staff booked for us but during allocated timing, bus operator does not have our name. Almost got stuck at Grand Ion Delemon for another hour that would miss our flight back. Will never come back here again

The staff is a little overwhelmed, perhaps due to the heavy number of visitors during Hari Raya Aidiladha. We booked a 2 rooms apartment with queen size bed and another room with bunk bed which is nice for the kids. Only one bathroom available in the apartment, so planned carefully. Small living room with TV and study table made our stay more comfortable. The bedsheet for the bunk bed had stain and smell but was quickly replaced upon request. The apartment has a small pantry with water boiler and fridge. Restaurants are available within the hotel, but be prepared to pay premium price 2-4 times of the food price in KL. Distance from Genting centre to the hotel is around 1.6 KM but Public transportation is scarce (ehailing), but hotel shuttle is available for RM6 per pax. Basically the facilities are fairly new and in good condition and I would give the facilities a 5 star rating. The only dissatisfaction I had was when I booked the shuttle service via online meant for destination from the bus station back to the hotel. I overlooked the destination which is going to the opposite direction instead, and requested for a refund, since I made a new booking with the correct destination. My whatsapp messages was replied with a no, and my email requesting for the same refund was not answered. With the current technology, monies transaction and refund should be easy. Hence the 3 star rating

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay here. We got a room at Tower 2, the hotel side for 4D3N. These are the great things about this hotel: 1. Rooms are big and clean 2. Very good lighting in the room 3. View from the balcony is nice 4. Very convenient shuttle services to and fro First World Plaza at just RM6 per person, per way 5. No chocking of water in the shower 6. Toiletries are provided 7. The hair dryer in the bathroom is strong and working well 8. The sofa and dining table are great to use if you get takeaways 9. Room temperature is nice and cold 10. There is a shoe cupboard in the room 11. There are a lot of empty cupboards for storage 12. There is a sink and a long island to put food 13. There is a security post before entering the hotel so no one can trespass 14. The mini-fridge works well 15. There are a lot of power sockets available Cons: 1. The TV is not a smart TV so you can’t do screen mirroring 2. There is no in-room dining available

Service quality is too low, too far from the main attractions. Locker was not working, service staff did not fix even staying for 2days. Don’t refill water bottles in the second day. Rooms are not carpeted, it’s too cold. The Thai restaurant was good.

CLEANLINESS We booked 3 rooms and saw a total of 5 rooms during our stay. All 5 rooms we saw smelled stale. - 1 room smelled of sewage - 4 rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke One of our parties moved from one of the rooms due to it being so stale. Then, in the next room, which still smelled bad, we found that the towels smelled so badly of smoke that it smelled like someone had smoked while wearing one! So we went down and asked to be moved again and be provided with fresh towels. We found that really strange. Why would the towels smell SO much worse than the room? Eventually we found the answer. We smelled an extremely strong smoking smell while walking down our corridor to our room. Their laundry team left the clean laundry room open and we saw a member of their staff smoking in the clean laundry room. We could hardly believe what we had seen! Also, all the laundry is stained. This is probably because it has not been changed since the hotel was opened 8 or so years ago, which hotels do need to do. HOTEL In general, it is poorly kept and looks like they do not ever clean some areas such as windows, railings and barriers. The pool was green when we went and smelled bad. For example, their shuttle buses are so dirty they are covered with green and brown mildew all over (we didn't go inside them). It has poor attention to detail, with broken wall panels, and the handle of one of our rooms was broken off. As other reviews say, it's a really weird hotel. To get to the lobby, for example, you have to park in one tower, go to level 7 of that tower, cross a roof and a bridge, then go to another tower and go from level 3 to level 0. There are loads of towers, so it's really confusing. SERVICE Lobby staff were dismissive, rude and uncaring. They did not think to apologise for our poor experiences having to move room, and it took them a long time to take any action to move us. Probably goes without saying that the cleaning staff couldn't care less – they smoke in the laundry room (says enough by itself) and appear to do the bare minimum. VERDICT Unless you are happy to accept a dirty, run-down and stale-smelling hotel because you are on a budget (which is of course fair enough), avoid this hotel. It is one of the worst 2 or 3 hotels I have ever stayed in.

Majestic view right at the balcony in front. Surreal feeling of being at the highlands. Beautiful sunrise/sunset. I booked a family room. While the location is right on top away from the main attraction the view was breathtaking. The room is fairly clean though not the cleanest i've been to. Breakfast is fairly decent though the lighting could have been better. Twice i was positioned at a dimmed area because we were given a table for 10. The hotel could consider changing some menus because its the same everyday. The pool changing room wardrobe was in bad shape. The doors cant be locked properly and only a few can be utilised. Overall its a good place with family.
