Typical Soviet-style hotel with mile-long hallways, small rooms, tiny bathrooms, outdated design, etc. Cheap windows don’t block street noise. Appliances are not working properly. Location is the only advantage. And yes, it’s cheap. Hilton nearby looks like a no-brainer alternative.

Very good surprise with this hotel. Very good quality for the money. Lets just say that if you come to this city you want to be outside. This hotel is very well located on the embankment. The hotel is old. But very clean. And what to say about the service.. the front desk are very helpful and that a big plus. Bad point would be the breakfast.

We stayed two nights in this hotel close to the Black Sea. This is a popular holiday resort for Russians as well as being a major port. Both the bedroom and bathroom were small. The room had a fridge, wifi and air con. The staff were super helpful, spoke English and also provided us with a kettle for making tea. Good breakfast.

I had stayed at this hotel in 2012 and now, and must say that the place has improved in appearance and quality of the food especially the breakfast served. I was looking forward with trepidation before staying, but can now say that the stay was comfortable (although the rooms are European size- tiny) and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.
