AVOID. Doors slamming all night, poorly managed, drug addicts and drunks loud at nights, and rubbish left for days in the stairwells. Staff rude and disrespectful and refused to deal with smoking in rooms and smoke drift and noise at 12:00pm.

Very neat and clean really nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle, undercover secure parking. Nice view. If you are unable to walk far you would need to let them know at booking as it was a little walk down stairs to get to the room.

Went to the bar /restaurant Two Friends I am happy to pay for good wine and food. However when I get charged $45.00 for a bottle of wine that I pay $7.00 at 1st choice I am not happy. I did mention this I was informed that they didn't pay that price. No surprise because you are a restaurant and would no double be paying whole sale price. Won't be back and also a local. As we know bad news travels fast

The absolute best holiday I have had for many years. Going in the off season gave great value for money. Shops just over the road. I enjoyed it so much I could live there. I love nsw but it was so fantastic I could be sold on qld .

We had a sandwich with chips, multi grain bread, avacado, cheese, chicken, beetroot & mustard pickle. We were in the restaurant, table cloths, white linen napkins, for two of these sandwiches $18. Water on table. I would recommend this restaurant.

Hope Island Resort (34 precincts) and Sanctuary Cove (28 precincts) both have gated communities and are a part of the broader Hope Island suburb, as is Hope Harbour and Northpoint. There are more golf courses per capita in this suburb than any postcode in Australia. Along with this you will find a few beautiful low rise apartments condominiums Azzura Greens and Stillwater. There are many lovely waterfront or golf course frontage homes. There are lovely commercial precincts at Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove marinas. You will find international hotels Intercontinental at Sanctuary Cove and Ramada at Hope Harbour. This is a lovely part of the world. BT Group provide super fast very high speed internet to many of the gated communities and BT Utilities provide wholesale power (40% less than retail) to the same areas.

Place: the resort is beautiful. Apartments are family friendly with lots of space and comfort. The pool is beautiful and is open all day and even late at night. The people who live here or the temporary visitors are always very nice. Staff: The staff are very nice and will always listen to you with negative or positive feedback. People: There are a lot of Australian families as well as a few Asian tour groups who I think go to the Hope Island Golf Club. Transport: Unfortunately there is not a lot of public transport. Taxi's are easily accessible. If you want a quiet place to stay instead of the busy Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise) this is the place as it is close to theme parks and other attractions.
