The location of the hotel is very appreciable, a lot of care is taken with the aesthetics of the place (several relaxation areas), pretty landscaped swimming pool, designer outdoor furniture (thank you IKEA!), calm and serenity guaranteed outside. Very pleasant dinner on the terrace in the evening, friendly and attentive service although a little sluggish and slow at the end of the meal. Delicious and refined dishes for an entry-level menu at 55 euros however (slightly excessive). Good breakfast, all in all very classic, for 19 euros. The disappointment clearly comes from the room, although it paid 205 euros. The handle on the bay window is broken, which prevents us from opening it (too bad for the balcony) but the alert receptionist can't do anything about it until the next day. The black painted walls are damaged, the access hatch to the air conditioning is disgusting, but above all the cleaning has not been done (dust everywhere and apparent dirt on the shower tiles, very dirty mirror and frankly nooks and crannies dirty…). Shy apologies from the receptionist who had nothing to do with it. More like 3.5 than 4. Too bad because the place has potential.

Good stay, pleasant and comfortable room, very pleasant swimming pool area. Quality breakfast. On the other hand, the reception staff are not attentive to customers. My husband called reception to find out if the restaurant could adapt a menu to my diet (pregnancy). The person was unable to answer us and simply asked the question at the restaurant. Too bad you lost 2 customers. Also note that the parking lot is only equipped with one electrical outlet. So we were not able to benefit from it because the person connected remained connected the entire stay. We had to go and recharge our batteries in Auch during the evening meal. Furthermore, at the end of the stay I was surprised to receive an email telling me that the carafe from the room had disappeared and that I had to pay for it. But the bottle was on the nightstand. They didn't do much research... On the other hand, they were very responsive in charging me for it. Despite a good night's sleep and a pleasant time at breakfast, we will not return to Domaine de Beaulieu due to the lack of professionalism of the reception staff.

For this second stay we had the chance to dine at the restaurant in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and the service gives us time to quietly enjoy the delicious dishes served. The room was just magnificent and very clean with a clear view. The bedding is perfect. We chose breakfast in the room which was also made with quality and very generous products. We were once again delighted with this short stay and we will make the detour to return.

Very nice place - spacious and pleasant rooms - very well located. A few downsides. Room not made at 4:00 p.m. - Watering not adjusted so watered anywhere including surprised customers! Very average so-called gourmet restaurant but very good wines. Approximate restaurant service (glass of wine served 10 minutes before dessert) Cinq mondes spa and very good massage. A real moment of relaxation Reception staff in training and therefore not very up to date! To be improved but very big potential.

The rooms are spacious and the staff pleasant and courteous. But there seems to be an overall lack of supervision which leads to small shortcomings whose accumulation becomes a little annoying: beds redone in a hurry, cobwebs in the bathroom, dogs in the swimming pool, beach towels and swimsuits lying around. on balconies or fences, terrace seats not cleaned daily if you do not request it…. Too bad because the place is very beautiful, the site superb and everything could be perfect with a little attention…

A very nice stay with my two children at Domaine de Baulieu in the lodge room with terrace overlooking the countryside. A very beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated room. A very beautiful swimming pool heated to 29 degrees. An excellent dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your welcome and the professionalism, in particular of the two young waitresses of the restaurant, who are extremely attentive and friendly. I'll be back!

The place is quite magical, contemporary architecture perched on a beautiful panorama of greenery. Everything was almost perfect with these slight regrets that crumple the memories a little. The rooms are pleasantly spacious with their small terrace - I still regretted not finding an extra refrigerator. Nothing to say about the swimming pool which fulfills its function nor about the well-maintained surrounding areas. The food is generally excellent, really. The flavors are there, the creative blends and the perfect dressing. Unfortunately, to our great surprise, the service is completely lacking in fluidity, which makes the wait between courses excessively longer and ultimately makes the experience quite... heavy. Presumably the kitchen/room connection requires serious overhaul. What a waste not to honor such beautiful cuisine with appropriate service! In short, the area is pleasant but at this level of services, perfection has not yet been achieved.

Does not deserve its 4 stars given the low level of service: no welcome booklet with the services offered, no telephone in the room, wifi at half mast, no room service, no decoration in the rooms, decent interior finishes of a Sunday handyman. Very quiet location and quality restaurant despite the lack of diversity of dishes. Very friendly and very professional staff.

A great taste experience at the restaurant, a good night's sleep and a heated swimming pool What more could you ask for for a relaxing stay. I recommend the restaurant where the staff bends over backwards to ensure a very good service

The disappointment is linked to the standard room: very poorly soundproofed, no window, only the door is glass. However, the area is very beautiful and welcoming. Note the absence of a trolley to transport luggage from the parking lot to the room. The table is quality, restaurant and breakfast.

"I think Room 10 is the largest and the only one with a terrace on the second floor, with lovely views over the hills. Large French windows in the bathroom looked out on the swimming pool."
