My husband, 2 year old son & I had an amazing stay at Ikos Olivia. We stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow which allowed us room for our son to sleep and nap while we could watch telly or sunbathe outside. We were originally in a room near the theatre, but we moved after the noise was too loud one night. The bedroom was a large size even with the cot. The bathroom was also large with a separate bath and shower. They provided baby bath products and a bath mat on request. The living room was a large size with a comfortable sofa. We couldn’t get our phones to connect to the rely unfortunately. I didn’t like the liquor in the minibar so on request they provided a litre bottle of dark rum and Bombay Sapphire for me husband. They also provided milk for my sons bottles. The patio was large with a sofa and sun loungers. My son enjoyed kicking a ball around the garden. We hired bikes for one afternoon and had a trike for my son for the whole stay. He loved this and we’re now getting one for his birthday! The restaurants were really good quality. I wouldn’t say Michelin star as advertised, but a hundred times better than any other hotels we’ve eaten in recently. The cocktail were also very good. The service in the Asian restaurant was great, but the French restaurant wasn’t as good. Same with the buffet. We loved the pool especially the splash pool for my son. We found the service around the pool a bit hit and miss depending on where you are sitting. We loved going out for a day with the Tesla. I would highly recommend to families, but not couples. Overall an amazing stay and we’ll be back to another of their resorts

Our first visit to an ikos resort and we were very impressed. On arrival we were sat down and handed drinks before getting a map and an explanation of how everything works. We joined the WhatsApp hotel group and had lunch as the room was not ready. The room was lovely,we had a panoramic junior suite with a sea view, room was clean, bright and had all we needed. The hotel grounds are immaculate, all very well kept, lovely herb garden too. FOOD. We ate at all the onside restaurants and used flavours, the buffet restaurant. Our favourites were Provence and Ouzo, which you can also use for lunch. The French onion soup and the beef at Provence were a highlight. The buffet is great and overlooks the beach for a stunning setting. Book all restaurants in advance as they get busy. We also had great food delivered to the room via the WhatsApp service, pizza, burgers, gyros etc. We also used the dine out and had a lovely meal at Mouragio. DRINK. As much as you can handle, beer, spirits, cocktails and copious amounts of wine, you can't really go wrong. We took the Tesla out for the day and visited a little village called Afytos, such a nice place with great views and lovely little streets with plenty of shops and bars. The entertainment was OK,we had 2 shows whilst there,a motown tribute and a 80s show, both good fun. The beach is fabulous and no worries about getting sunbeds, everything is done for you, they bring towels, clean your sunglasses and fetch you Heineken! The pool areas are all well maintained and again plenty of beds,no rushing for towels at 9am. All the staff were great but I'd like to mention Stella,Dimitris,Olga and Athena at the pool area,Dimitris at flavours and Katerina on reception. We would love to come back and visit Ikos Olivia in the future.

Superb - everything was top notch from the checking In experience to the quality of room, the service was impeccable - staff were friendly, efficient, polite without exception. The drinks are all premium, superb wines and food was excellent. The sun beds are comfy both around pools and on beach. Pool is a comfortable 29’ and all the grounds are meticulously maintained. Our only slight gripe was the amount of children, there should be more defined areas for kids / adults. The majority of little ones used the lower pool BUT some parents decided they would inflict their kids on everyone at the top (more adult oriented) pool. The beach was easier to find a peaceful area as was better defined.

This was our 5th visit to this hotel and again we were very impressed. The familiar welcome on our arrival, friendly staff, excellent surroundings, beautifully appointment room, made us feel like we had returned home. We have also previously been to the Dassia and the Oceania, which are also wonderful hotels in the Ikos group and well worth a visit. We ate at Flavors on our first evening, where the choice of food from the buffet is excellent. However, our preference is to eat in the speciality restaurants, which we had pre-booked. We love the excellent choice of food/wine available at each of these restaurants and the waiter service. We also tried the dine out option at 4 Epohes (4 Seasons), which is located over the road from the hotel. We were greeted by the friendly staff there and made comfortable. The menu was varied and clearly in liaison with the Ikos group, but we would have to say that we still prefer the on site hotel restaurants. Most days we ate breakfast and lunch in either Provence or Ouzo; delicious. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally well maintained and a joy to experience. EVERY member of staff does their utmost to ensure you have a wonderful stay; it would appear that nothing is too much trouble. We met Alseyd, the hotel manager, who was very friendly, attentive and passionate about ensuring his guests had the best possible holiday experience. Special mention also goes to Vasiliki (Anaya and Provence), Nikolas, Spyros and Maria (Provence), Katerina (Ouzo) and Stella and Dimitris (main lobby/pool bar). All of these members of staff provided us with exceptional customer service throughout our stay. We can't wait to book another Ikos holiday.

We stayed at the Ikos Olivia in May. We have stayed at Ikos Oceana a number of times and Ikos Dassia twice. The weather was not great but we made the most of it. The service was excellent. The main bar/pool staff Dimitris, Olga, Stella and Anna were excellent and so friendly. The food in all the restaurants was excellent and beautifully served. Thanks to Nikolas the manager of Provence,Spiros, the under manager of Provence and Sakis who was in a few different restaurants. We much preferred eating in the hotel to the two dine outs we tried. The only fault was the number of small children. They outnumbered the adults by a lot. We used to go to the buffet very early every morning to avoid the noise! We do have grandchildren. Other people we spoke to without children were of the same opinion as we were. Apparently the adults only pool used to be bigger but it has been cut back. Perhaps it would be a good idea to make it back to its original size. We are booked to go to Ikos Dassia in October this year and Ikos Odisia in October ‘24.

CANNOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU!!! first things first would like to mention and say massive thanks to Ria and George who listened to my issues and resolved them and went far beyond to make my holiday great. I had an issue with reservations for dinner and George resolved instantly. so you know rooms in main building are a little dated and noisy I spoke to Ria who moved me to a beach bungalow! WOW!!!!!!!!!! it was AMAZING Vasillis at the pool and restaurants was great, Stella always has a smile at the pool for you. Fikas at the deluxe pool so helpful. all staff cannot do enough for you. BRAVO food on the resort is exceptional great choices wine lists could be better especially the reds. eat out one night at Ithaca it was really poor my advice stay on resort. I understand hotel is not as new as others could certainly do with maybe a Spanish tapas or a sushi restaurant. Fresco is by far the best restaurant amazing food and settings for dinner. my kids loved the entertainment. After a few minor hiccups Ria made sue I was going to leave happy and would be giving a 5 star review. if you can afford the deluxe I would certainly say go for it. I've stayed in Andalusia and Olivia now they are both amazing just one is newer than the other with an extra restaurant. service and quality is 5 star in them both thank you to all the staff at ikos well be back soon.

After visiting three previous Ikos hotels, this time we chose the Ikos Olivia. Similar in layout to the Dassia and the Aria, the Olivia is on a much smaller site. Beautifully kept gardens with ancient olive trees and pretty flowers, lots of pathways to wander through and all on the flat so easy to find your way around. It's great for for pushchair/buggy's and for little children to cycle and scooter around, so this hotel is especially suited to families with toddlers. During our stay, couples were significantly outnumbered by the families. Maybe the time of year affects the mix too. As the weather was not great for the majority of our stay, we made good use of the many facilities on offer. We went to several yoga/pilates/stretching classes in the lovely yoga deck area overlooking the sea. We played tennis several times and also table tennis. We went into the indoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities and we had great massages, thank you to Anna for my lovely relaxing massage. We took one of the Tesla cars out for the day and visited Sani Resort, Ikos Oceania (lovely lunch - thanks Tanya at Ouzo) and also the little seaside resort of Nikiti. As usual, the theatre shows were fabulous. We only managed to see two during our stay but thoroughly enjoyed the professional show, enthusiastic team and great costumes. We also enjoyed listening to some live music in the pool area and in Helios bar, both before and after our meals. No opportunities for adult couples to have a dance on this holiday though, as the little ones and their parents fill the available dance area. Same goes for the White Party night. No problem as we still enjoyed listening to the great music from our nearby room. We are giving the hotel a 5* review based on our overall impressions during our stay, although we did have a couple of blips with regard to our meals during the first few days. Communication between newer, younger members of staff being trained and the fact that the Greeks do not generally put as much emphasis as the British on serving food as hot as possible, were the main issues. However, when an opportunity arose to mention these issues (in a constructive manner) the management really responded in a very positive way and overall we enjoyed the exceptionally high standard of service and quality that Ikos is known for. All the staff were friendly and helpful and a few stood out for us. Namely the 3 Assistant F & B Managers, Vasilis, Eneo and Ceri who were so hard working and professional, drinks waiter Dimitrios around the adult area of the main pool, smiley manager Maria in Helios Bar, the tennis team, Fontini in Flavours, Androniki in Ouzo, Spyros in Provence, the wine tasting expert who serves in Anaya and everyone who welcomed and indulged our attempts to speak a little Greek. We took advantage of the Dine-out option for the first time and enjoyed a lovely meal at 4 Ephoes ( 4 Seasons), a 5 mins walk away and Ikos menus and wines were served. We had a little walk in the immediate area around the hotel. It's a quiet area, not much traffic with very little to see. Unfortunately, there are no courtesy bus excursions from this hotel, so other than the day with the Tesla or local buses/taxi excursions, you will pretty much spend the whole time in the hotel grounds. Our double bungalow with a garden was absolutely great. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of storage space and everything we needed (except the Chrome casting facility on the TV didn't work during out stay, so suggest you bring your own bluetooth speaker if you like to stream music). We have already booked our next Ikos holiday so that says it all!

We are leaving the fantastic Ikos Olivia later today, but what a great holidahy we have had. The service, food and drink have been of the highest standards and with the brilliant staff, both old and new, have made our holiday very very special. If anybody is thinking of visiting this hotel, then don't hesitate as you will have a superb time. Although there are too many staff members to mention, I would like to thank in particular the following for going above and beyond to make our stay special. George Perashvilli and his team Vasilis, Ceri and Enea. Vasilis(Bro) the Bars Manager, Makis, Leon from Deluxe. Nikolas, Spyros and the Provence team. Stefano, Winnie and Stella from Indigo and finally Sakis from Anaya. Thank you to you all and we hope to see you in the near future. Martin and Karen

Wow 🤩 The Ikos Olivia was a holiday to remember, exceeded our expectations! each member of staff couldn’t do enough for us. Always on hand to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hands on approach always making sure your ok goes a long way. The food was delightful with so many options to choose from, complimented by some of the best wines we have had. The delux room upgrade was a lovely gesture and made our holiday an extra special experience. We will be recommending the Ikos to friends and family 😊 and are going to book a return visit for June next year Thank you so much to the whole Ikos team we had the most magical holiday 😍 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ohhh Ikos Olivia... we miss you already!! Thank you to manager Vasilis and his amazing team for making our stay OUTSTANDING. The weather was a bit hit and miss, but who cares?! The Ikos Olivia team ensure that you don't even notice. We feel we have left our new friends behind.... Special thanks to Vasilis, Nickolas, Stefanos, Manos & Leon plus all the staff around the pools and lobby bar. We took the Tesla out - how much fun was that? It was a bit chilly that day so we went to Afistos - beautiful medieval town - so pretty. Sorry we can't remember the name of the lovely man that sorted that - but he was very helpful & made our excursion easy. Food was delicious and paired with exquisite wines - like being in a top class restaurant anywhere. You just need to ask Nickolas or the restaurant manager to suggest wines for you to suit your chosen dishes. Entertainment was on daily and we really enjoyed the Greek duo playing traditional music. Overall we were made to feel very special.... so hard to come home. Book direct with the hotel and the transfers to and from the hotel are included. It is a very smooth, slick operation from start to finish that makes you feel rested and recharged from the minute they start to take care of you.
