We have just arrived. The place is very pleasant and well maintained, but the hygiene is a big problem. There is very greassy small kitchen and problematic bathroom. I hope that this happens by accident.

The apartment we stayed in clean and functional but very small; really only suitable for a weekend stay. There is no tourist information in the rooms or anywhere else and as the nearest shop is a good 10 minutes walk, a welcome pack of complimentary tea and coffee etc. would not go amiss as there is nowhere to get a drink on your arrival. Even a vending machine for all guests to use would be beneficial. The surrounding gardens to the property are extremely well kept and have a barbeque area, hammocks and plenty of playground equipment for the kids. We booked this through Booking.com and the information on their website is slightly misleading. It states the apartments are in Lefkada town giving the impression they are central when in fact the town centre is 10 minutes by car (40 minutes walk). Also it says the proerty is 300 meters from the beach but it is nearer to 750 meters away. The beach area is pleasant and not too crowded. There are around half a dozen cafes and bars along the sea front which are all OK. If you enjoy a relaxing beach holiday then this place is OK but if you like shopping and nightlife then a car is essential .…

Stayed here for one night in August 2016. The owner is very nice and helpful. The property itself is fairly new and the rooms are large and clean. Free private parking is also available. The only downside is the slow Internet connection. Very good value for money.

Me and my wife have been there for two weeks with our two children of 8 and 5 years old. Droula and Kristos (I hope I got their spelling correctly) are very kind and nice people, and they are always there to help. The apartment is small but it has all you need. The garden is huge with slide and swings for children. There is a great BBQ you can use all the time you want, and if you need any help on light it up, you can rely on Droula or her father in law, always there to help. We had a lovely time. The location is perfect not so far from the city center, not so far from Agios Ioannis and not so far from Lidl. However you definitely need a car. You cannot rely on public transport in Lefkada especially in August when the sun is really hot. There is also Wi-Fi and it works fine as well as TV and Air conditioning The rooms are cleaned every single day and they change towels and bed sheets every two nights. I would definitely recommend Drosostalia whether or not you have children.…

Stayed there for 6 nights after carefull search via tripadvisor of course. As rated before the room was spacious and clean and quite new. The owners have the state very well maintened and are helpful if needed and discreet. The location is about 4 km from the port or about 5 mins by car ONLY. Don't bother if you don't have one. The beds are OK and the TV, fridge and A/C all work just fine. Nice location for travelling around and going to the beaches but there is nothing around to see or do except the rest villas around the area. The beach of Saint-Ioannis is very close by, but except the High winds all the time, there is nothing special about it. The parking is very close and with shade too. Hot water is always and plenty. The bad part now: The bed is on the loft with a very steep ladder that could be quite dangerous. I wouldn't recommended it for people of some age or that have any kind of moving difficulty. So beware and be warned. Other than that, it was an easy stay with no other problems and I could recommend the stay.…

We stayed there for 4 days. The welcome was very friendly. The apartment has all necessary amnesties . Room was daily cleaned , bed linen and towels daily replaced. Silent and relaxing site - balcony overlooking the yard is great. Free Wi-Fi, free roofed car park.

We staied there 2 weeks. The apt is confortable, is very good for family with young children becouse the garden is safety and there is also a baby play ground. The garden and the apt are well keeped, every morning the apt was been cleaned so the service is excellent! The owners have been very frendly. The position on the island is very good becouse very cloused to the most important village and to the continent if you want to visit also outside Lefkada.
