The Locanda boasts nine rooms and suites, all spacious and fully equipped with every possible amenity. To provide a warm, inviting atmosphere, all accommodations have been elegantly furnished in the original Tuscan traditional and look out onto the broad green expanse of the estate. The main hallway of the erstwhile farm house leads to the Locanda’s most alluring accommodations: the white room, with its wrought iron balcony giving out onto courtyard, the enchanting play of lights in the bedroom that was once the granary, up to the large glass door of the wing offering a panoramic view of the horizon and mountains. The architecture and furnishings have been designed to make your stay at the Locanda Sant’Agata a unique experience: the large walk-in closets, comfortable oversized beds, bathrooms cared for in the smallest detail and the Italian-designed room furnishings. What’s more, your house pets are welcome; we will even provide pillows and bowls! .

A friend in Italy recommended this place for my two day stay in the area. The property was everything I was told 5 star service. The property is very clean, with 9 private rooms. But the main item was the restaurant with a variety of Italian inspired dishes and great outdoor and indoor seating. The quality of the dining equal to a Michellin Star restaurant

We stayed here whilst in Tuscany. The old building is a nicely converted old farm building surrounded by farm land on the outskirts of the town. The hotel is set back from the main road & the entrance very easy to miss especially at night. We stayed in the old part of the hotel & enjoyed our couple of days there. Dined in 1 night & found the food a revelation. The staff were very good & you might expect with a small family run establishment. We made use of the local trains to travel back & forth to Pisa which we found much better than trying to drive in. Happy to recommend

We booked to stay here on our last night of the honeymoon before flying from Pisa the next day. The room was very nice and quiet. The food in the restaurant was superb and an amazing surprise to eat so well on our last night. We decided to splash out and have the taster menu (meat one) which was only 50 euros each and there was soooo much food! The wine list was the most comprehensive we have seen! We opted for the local Chianti wine which was only 4 euros a glass and very nice! Well worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation if over towards Pisa again

This was a absolute fine. We went to Pisa to view the Leaning Tower. On the way back to Montecatini, we spotted this restaurant. It was another great experience in the Tuscan region. Homemade pasta, risotto, seafood, and vegetarian options galore!!! There are meat and game options but we opted for a lighter fare since it was lunch time.

Boutique family run hotel just outside of Pisa. Situated in a semi rural setting surrounded by fields with the mountains as a back drip. I would recommend this hotel, the family were friendly, the food amazing and are knowledgeable about their wines. It is beautiful and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the Micheletti Family.

On our final night of 2 weeks in Tuscany we stayed and dined here. The wine selection is fantastic and the food was great. The service was good although a bit sporadic as the night progressed which I saw other reviewers mention too. However a big storm kicked off and power went out so I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt since they obviously had to deal with that too. We still got food under emergency lighting and it was one of the top 3 meals of the holiday. The hotel was OK, although in need of some attention in terms of tidying up from what seemed a party on the lawn and the bathroom was not very clean. All in all a good experience.

Unbeatable small boutique and family hotel. Difficult to define as it really is a Gem close to Pisa. The rooms are spacious and superbly decorated. I suggest the Livonia rooms. The park is very nice and weather permitting you can relax below the "Joshua Tree". Managed by the Micheletti family with a delicate and friendly touch. Superb. Will be back soon with my friends from Dubai ;-)

We had a very nice experience here. The room is big and comfortable. The shower is nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty, in a toscan tradition way. The hosters were nice and we got some good recommendations from them. Only one thing, 2 of the four walls are glass which can harm the privacy of your stay. Also 2 entry cards for the room would help. We would like to go back one day..
