We stayed one night here because the hotel next door was short on accommodation during our 5 day stay. So by happy accident!
Friendly, welcoming, breakfast is ordinary but then everywhere we tried on Koh Samet was.
The room and bathroom were more than adequate, contemporary style.
If you have trouble with fairly steep stairs to the 1st floor, remember to request a ground floor room.

Stayed in a bungalow. Really comfortable bed but have a suspicion pillow cases had not been changed. Window permenantly open in shower room lots of mosquitoes, surely it wouldn’t take too much to put up insect screen. Breakfast was nice but oh so small, a real let down. Would have paid extra for more. Thankfully there’s a nice little cafe a two minute walk away. Good WiFi. No English tv channels. Kettle provided in room but no cups or coffee/tea. So why the kettle? Quite location 10 minutes walk to more lively part of island. Don’t use the taxis they’re complete rip off! Hire a scooter or take a stroll and listen to the geckos and crickets chirping. Shops near the resort are ridiculously expensive. Get what you need in one of the 7-11’s. Really recommend getting the speed boat which drops you of on the beach opposite the resort takes about 15 minutes instead of 45 minute ferry to the main pier and rip of taxi to resort. Speed boat tickets are much cheaper at the kiosk near the bus station then at the pier.
80€ for one night for two people was almost worth it. It’s a real shame that no effort is made to fix the little things like the breakfast, tea/coffee facilities. Rooms are only cleaned on request but guests are not informed about this until they complain.

We loved this place. We had two bungalows. They were beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was different everyday. The owners work very hard and we appreciated their service. It is easy to get a tuk tuk to various beaches or town. It was a relaxing & quiet place to stay. Would love to visit again!

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and the facilities are average. Though breakfast is a major disappointment. There is toast, jam, butter, tea and coffee and that is it. The kitchen offers a daily dish which is a variety of eggs (omelette, sandwhich or fried) but there is certainly no buffet. This makes the hotel rather overpriced.

I chose this resort regarding the rewiew i read on internet. Resort is nice but a little bit far from city center. You'll need to rent a motorbike.

The Owner charged us 5000 extra baht because we had an incident and spoiled the mattress and sheets. He knew we had the Boat to take so no Time to negociate. This incident should not have been charged over 1000 bahts . The owners are really dishonest and this évent totaly disapointed our stay in Samet.
I totaly dont recommand this resort to you .

I loved my staying there. close to beach and the staff was nice. The only thing not so satisfied would be breakfast. I fogot my bikini in the bathroom and went back after i have checked out. well they throwed all of them in the bin. If you came later it would be gone.

We spent 6 days. Lovely place, great air con, tastefull (modest) breakfast with fresh fruits and toast. I would recommend this place for people who like peacefull place.

It is a 30 minutes walk for the main pier and the "town" but there is good resorts with reastaurants 10 minute walk.

Nearest beach (Ao Noina) 3 minutes walk.

We liked the place verry much and the people who keep the place are lovely and friendly.

Very quiet and nice resort. Not easy access to the resort ( rough roads ) . Best is to hire the resort motorbike , so you can visit all other places ( beaches ) .
Breakfast very simple . Staff very friendly , rooms are clean . Overall we had an awesome stay .

Stayed at one of the bungalows for four nights in January. The rooms are nice, the equipment is new. Service was nice all over. The lady who is running the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the service cleaned the rooms perfectly. The location is not the very best for people who lie to party as it's located in a quiet area of Koh Samed.
