The perfect place to meet up with old friends and family and to make new friends in a relaxed and comfortable environment. While the food is of good quality the choice of evening meal is very limited and can become even more so as they often ran ut of popular options very quickly.

A lovely, cosy and unpretentious hotel with excellent gardens and private beach access. The parking is good and the location is easy to find. Dogs are welcome and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. All COVID social distancing guidance / measures are in place. Bathrooms are a little tired and could do with some renovations but are hygienically very clean. Good value for money. Good basic English / continental breakfast available. Very relaxing.

Great food, comfortable beds, friendly staff. What's not to like. Situated a few minutes walk from a dog friendly sandy beach. A wonderful park next door and fabulous grounds. Teignmouth boasts a museum, cinema, and many independent cafes and restaurants. There is a ferry to Shaldon where there are cafes , pubs and tropical gardens. Buses to eeter, Newton Abbott and Dawlish run frequently. There is a railway station with trains to Exeter and Dawlish. A great place to park your car and explore.
