Detailed Reviews
Stayed in a beautifully decorated and furnished ground floor apartment, comprising of a bedroom, a wet room/toilet, kitchen/diner and living room. The kitchen was filled with a microwave, toaster, fridge with ice box, washing machine, kettle and a basket of fruit, bread, tea, coffee, sugar. In fact, everything you could need for a stay there. The front apartment was accessible via steps or a ramp. Perfect relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed as 2 couples, so booked both apartments for 3 nights. Simon, the owner, greeted us at the door with a friendly smile and showed us to the accommodation. The family live above the apartments so are on hand if you need them, but leave you to your own devices otherwise.
The apartments were lovely and bright, with large windows in the living room and bedroom letting lots of light in. We had been left a jug of milk in the fridge to have a cuppa, which was a nice touch. All rooms had everything you could need and were very clean. There is no cooker, but there's a microwave, toaster and kettle. Bathroom was lovely and large and the towels were on a heated towel rail - so they were nice and warm when you get out.
The location is fabulous. Two minutes walk one way in to the town and about the same distance in the other direction to the beach. There are plenty of takeaways close by and a co-op for any necessities.
I honestly cannot fault the apartments and would certainly book again the next time we're in Hornsea.

The property was lovely, clean, modern and inviting. It was lovely to have a place to myself with my own facilities, rather than being stuck in a hotel room. Simon was a fantastic host, and the apartment had everything I could want, or need for my short stay. I loved that I had my own separate entrance and exit, which was great as I got up early to go for a long run along the Trans Pennine Trail.

Stunning apartment, and such a peaceful atmosphere, when i arrived i found so much, everything one could possibly need, bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee, the most delicious fruit loaf (which i finished off, oops, lol), everything for a lovely help yourself continental breakfast. Tv in both lounge and bedroom, so early night, wrapped in bed with a coffee and a film, no kids, life couldnt get much better. I will post pictures of apatment and let you judge for yourself just how stunning it is. The owner was just amazing, as i was leaving i had a little bit of a health problem and i mentioned it to him, he allowed me to stay in the apartment until i was ok to drive again, not many would do that. On this occasion i only spent 1 night there, but i will definately be returning, thankyou so so much for your kind, friendly outlook, i will be recomending you to all.

We have just returned from a lovely couple of days staying at this property.
Simon was very welcoming upon arrival and helped us get our luggage in to the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. I slept so well whilst staying at the apartment as the bed is comfy but also the bedroom is very quiet.
There are no cooking facilities apart from a microwave and toaster but that was fine for us. We had pre booked breakfast which consisted of bananas, yoghurt, pan au chocolate, cereals and bread. In the fridge we found butter, jam ,marmalade, milk and fresh orange juice. Tea and coffee was also provided.
We would love to return to Fishtail House.

Had a great two night stay here. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, close to the beach with the town centre a short walk away. The owner was very welcoming and helpful during our stay.
Would definitely return.

What an absolute treat to stay here. We were greeted by Simon with a warm welcome, shown to our apartment - Cherry Suite, where flowers, chocolates and a bottle of wine awaited us - an anniversary present from our hosts. We met Anna whilst going in/out with the dogs, very friendly.
I selected the breakfast option and we were not disappointed - there was bread, pancakes, porridge, bananas, 2 types of cereals, teacakes, orange juice, milk, jam and marmalade, also tea, coffee, etc.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious, there were dog beds and bowls ready and in each of the food bowls was a small treat for our 2 spaniels.
Everything that you would need was included - shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, washing up liquid, dish cloth and sponge, towels and a tea towel.
We can't wait to come back for another stay, it was so relaxing.
