Nice and quiet hotel, great location and good staff. We booked the room with terrace and were very happy with it. We got a room in the main building. At first I was a bit afraid of possible noise, but that was certainly not necessary. Because of the very thick walls you don't hear anything in your room. The room itself was nice and cozy. Very little storage space. The breakfast was sufficiently extensive but the same every day. You can also order à la carte, but this is an additional charge. There are two beautiful swimming pools. We stayed three nights for a family wedding, arrived on Tuesday 24/10/23. To be honest I’d not recommend it, room was dark and depressing as it’s late in the year very little sun didn’t expect it to be bright. But having to keep every light on. Had to take the shade off a lamp to be able to see to put makeup on. ( No makeup mirror) Food was average, breakfast was mainly continental with cooked being chopped up Frankfurter sausage scrambled eggs or boiled and bacon, some chopped up veg for vegans. Normal meats n cheese bread rolls. Main disappointment was the reception staff came over as being rude. Unable to even see the spa as not allowed unless pre booked also no children under 16 accepted ( but still charged as an adult on booking) Didn’t feel welcomed, other than the first night and the actual wedding day left the hotel. The bridal party had lots of issues including the hotel wanted to charge to hang the wedding dress in the bridal suite over night even though it was paid for to get ready at 09:00 on the next morning, Even with Wedding discount bulk booking, we still paid €160 a night per room. We could have got it cheaper on here. We had two rooms for four adults and two children. All together the wedding party spent thousands of Euros in the hotel but was treated badly. Sadly spoilt our Italian experience.

We had the pleasure of hosting you and providing an excellent service. In planning D. and M.wedding, we answered to hundreds of emails, where every detail was considered and implemented with the utmost care and attention, as we always do with all our guests. Everything was perfect for D. and M. Special Day, and the bride and groom thanked us for the flawless organization. For the wedding guests we also organized additional services for example more than 30 transfers in 3 days, which were not included in the expected services and not even agreed upon in the above mentioned emails. During your stay, you all expressed enthusiasm with compliments to the entire team and took photos in every corner of the resort. However, when it came the check-out time and you had to pay for the extras, each of you made nonsensical excuses for not paying for the services you had already enjoyed (massages done at our spa and drinks consumed in considerable quantities at our lounge bar, until late at night). Regarding the rooms mentioned in some reviews, we would also like to point out that several of you received free upgrades; all other rooms corresponded perfectly to the types requested in your reservations , of which you had received detailed confirmation. To conclude, from 8 p.m. to midnight, 5 of our receptionists and also our manager, stayed at the reception explaining you several times all the cost items, which were well known to you but you kept presenting excuses for not settling the due amount. Honestly, your reviews are not an opportunity for us to grow as we see them as a petty way to damage our reputation. Breakfast is incredibly rich and enjoying it while admiring such a beautiful landscape is truly the best way to start the day. Nature is so beautiful to experience in every season that the natural oasis represents an added value to the stay. The spa is an oasis of beauty and relaxation.

Lovely location but completely let down by the terrible service from the receptionist.
We were attending a family wedding and there were circa 80 guests in attendance in the hotel for the best part of a week.
We were surprised to find out that despite all this custom out of peak season it made little difference to the attention and care given the guests spending copious money in the bar and restaurant for over 5 days.
The rooms offered for a quad room were clearly triple rooms (it wasn’t that there was a shortage of actual quad rooms available and could be offered!).
Some guest who booked single rooms were in the same room as a family of 4. Yet real quad rooms were left empty!!
The staff were rigid, rude and seemed to be so irritated with any reasonable request for shuttles or taxis. The hotel is in a lovely setting but in the middle of nowhere!
Wedding was lovely. Restaurant and bar staff polite and friendly. Shame about the rest of the staff.

In wonderful surroundings in a nature resort you will find beautiful Le Ali Del Frassino. A hotel that will make you lower your shoulders in every way. The staff will meet you with a service-oriented attitude and will certainly do what they can to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful stay and made use of all the facilities. Like Spa and other services. As a guest, you may experience that the one pool is visited by many families, which for some can create quite a bit of noise. Then it's good to be able to retreat to the pool, which is intended for adults. The bedrooms are spacious and of high quality. A nice little detail about the hotel is their friendliness towards pets. Here they allow guests to bring pets which may be welcome for some guests. Matter of fact, we were greeted by one of the hotel cats in the reception while it was walking over the keyboard to the receptionist. The breakfast was of a class of its own with a fantastic view of the lake. The location is somewhat out of the center, but with the shuttle bus and other organized transport this is solved quite easily. The location is also what makes this hotel good. The rooms cost money, but surprisingly it is not very expensive to eat or drink here. We thank you for a wonderful stay and perhaps our path cross again in the near future.

A gem immersed in the natural park of Lake Ash. First stay at the hotel for us, the weekend of November 1. We stayed in a Deluxe, type of room reserved for those with 4-legged friends. The room was spacious, bright, tastefully decorated and spotless. We slept very well. Absolutely soundproof. We had a French door to the park, so we could go out comfortably with our little dog. The only note I would like to make concerns the total lack, in our bathroom, of shelves to place personal effects. We used the spa, which is small but has everything. Unfortunately it was a bit crowded being a busy weekend. To the side of the rooms there is the outdoor pool, with sun loungers where we could enjoy a few hours of sunshine in costume. The staff is very kind and friendly. We already knew the restaurant, Ardea Purpurea, having already been there and in fact it has proved excellent, in the menu and in the service. Yours accompanied by spectacular views of the lake. The same restaurant serves breakfast. The buffet, complete and neat, offers everything and you can of course order other dishes directly. Enchanted oasis, you are in nature five minutes from the center of Peschiera del Garda. Equipped with parking. Welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and smiling staff. Sweet and savoury breakfast very varied and well cared for, with home made desserts to be enjoyed in the restaurant overlooking the pond of the Ash or directly on the terrace (in summer it must be a dream). Excellent times for breakfast which can be accessed until 10.30. Well-kept and elegant. Clean and quiet rooms with magical views of nature. Really comfortable bed. Rooms for business meetings and parties. We refreshed ourselves several times at the Lounge bar, in the lobby, an elegant place with comfortable sofas, armchairs and style tables, where we tasted superb wine and you can also access it in a bathrobe after the sauna! Note of merit to the Spa, where we gave ourselves a fabulous couples massage, putting ourselves in the hands of Manager Roberta and her colleague Alessandra. Smiling and very professional, as well as nice... they really knew how to give us a space of well-being and relaxation (highly recommended!). The wellness area with saunas and whirlpool is also elegant and equipped with all amenities. This hotel is magical in all seasons. If you're not in love... you fall in love!
