I stayed here this April for 5 days , I’m not sure what part of the hotel I stayed in but it wasn’t the main hotel the room I stayed in wasn’t the best quality as the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great as there was a lot of dust and hair behind the door , in the rooms a couple of the plugs didn’t work and the room was so dark if felt like a prison cell as the lights were very dim and the door didn’t let much light through and kept opening throughout the night letting lots of bugs and flys in and a lot of draft . The buffet has a wide range of food options to choose from although I didn’t eat much of it wasn’t very flavourful . The staff were very helpful when directing us into Peschiera and telling us what’s best . Throughout the night the toilet kept running it wasn’t the biggest of my concerns but it was rather annoying. The shuttle bus was excellent and very handy .

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Upon arrival despite being a beautiful resort it took some time to find where the actual reception of the place. We had to drive all the way around the back of the resort and we only knew where to go because we stopped and asked someone. The staff were very friendly and I have to make a special mention to "Lorenzo" as he was amazing with the kids in the kids club. The apartment we stayed in was very far from the main hotel where it was all happening so it was great we had a car to come and go. The apartment itself was very clean but basic enough but saying that it was comfortable. I was disappointed however when we discovered that there is no iron in the rooms and the hotel doesn't provide one. I was also disappointed that when we asked for extra pillows that they told us they only had one and we had to collect it from reception ourselves. I was again disappointed that when I asked for some more toilet tissue...again.. they wouldn't drop it down to us. We had to collect it from reception and they only gave us two rolls. Not very classy! When checking in the hotel asks for a deposit which they take from your credit card. This is in case you do any damage to the apartment which is fair. However they ask that you clean the place and take out any rubbish and put it in the bins. I kinda feel like that when I go on holidays that I shouldn't have to do that stuff. Especially when I am supposedly paying for it. Other than those things listed above I can see that its a great place to bring kids and the grounds are huge with lots of swimming facilities and playgrounds and the like. It has a good gym and indoor swimming pool too. We would go back but we'd bring an iron, extra pillows and toilet paper!

Good location, good hotel, good service, well furnished and equipped room, good cleanliness. Internet services need to be improved and parking lots with charging stations for electric vehicles should be taken care of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Lake Garda and this hotel is a good base due to the shuttle bus which takes you to Peschiera which has ferry, bus and train links to the nearby towns (including Venice and Verona). The rooms and outside areas were kept very clean and tidy (but the pool could do with some extra cleaning) and the staff in the all inclusive restaurant were quick to clear tables etc. However, there is no shuttle bus between 12 and 4 and they only run hourly so planning your day around them can be tricky. If you’re looking for good food and drink choices in an all inclusive, unfortunately we were disappointed. They have a very small selection of drinks on the all inclusive menu, no cocktails at all, you get the impression they want you to buy your drinks so that you have to pay for the ones you actually want, despite them being drinks that would normally be included in an all inclusive hotel (absolutely no diet options on all inclusive either). When we arrived we were told we owed another €1000 and had to call our travel provider to sort this out for us, it took about an hour because our travel provider knew we didn’t need to pay but the hotel insisted we did. We were stood at reception and really tired after all our travelling, not offered to sit down or have a drink, only to find out it was a system error on their side. We were never given an apology, they just said they would deal with it when the office opened on Monday and we didn’t hear anything else. Beware of this as it wasn’t a good start to our holiday! One other thing I wish I had known is that the hotel is situated on a highway so you can’t walk to any sort of supermarket and the all inclusive restaurant closes at 8:30pm so there’s no food available at all after that time. If you’re on a trip and back late, you would have to get a taxi to a supermarket if you wanted some snacks and the taxis are not cheap and sometimes there are absolutely none available and occasionally we found that we couldn’t book one in advance either. Lake Garda is a beautiful place and we had a lovely time, but we would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This is actually our 3rd time celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Everything here is perfect: Room size, cleanliness , bathroom is always clean, the food is great, outdoor facilities (swimming pools, mini-golf, go-kart, bars and restaurants) are wonderful. We also commend the wonderful staff - Giulia and Sabrina (reception), Alessia and Luigi (pizza and pasta bar) and Raphael (mini-golf and go-kart). Giulia from the reception is very professional, excellent customer service and very warm and friendly. Sabrina also from the reception is wonderful . These staff are very kind, helpful, and really accommodating. We paid for the all inclusive accommodation. I can say that this hotel feels like home. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back here again for our 28th wedding anniversary celebration.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Parc hotel. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 teenagers). We arrived late morning (after a quick transfer from Verona airport) too early to check in, but you can store your luggage and we were given cards to get welcome drinks and lunch. We were told we’d be emailed when our rooms were ready and they were ready super quick. We had two twin rooms, next door to each other, near the relax pool. The rooms were lovely (pool towels, robes, slippers, mini bar,air con) and were cleaned daily. The hotel is set over quite a large area next to the golf course. It was well run and always clean and tidy. I would say the majority of guests are German but everyone is catered for. We tended to stick to the relax pool as it was quieter and always managed to get loungers, no need to rush! Can’t comment on the other pools but it looked like there was plenty going on for younger children. The food in the buffet restaurant was generally of a good standard, we all always found something to our liking. Drinks are self service in there - beer and wine perfectly ok. We were on a full board basis, which included drinks at meals and house drinks from the bar throughout the day/evening. As the hotel has guests on different board basis’s the restaurant never felt overly busy,no queuing. The nightly entertainment didn’t really appeal to us as our kids are older,so we headed into town most evenings for a couple of drinks after dinner. Peschiera is a lovely little town with a station and harbour, lots of shops, cafe bars and restaurants. The hotel shuttle bus runs hourly and is a short 10 minute trip. From the station we did a day trip to Venice (which was fab) and also got the free shuttle to Gardaland from there (the hotel gave us entry tickets) which is a good day out. Beware, the shuttle bus doesn’t always stop at the station, so if you’re on a return journey you’d need to walk to the harbour to pick the bus up to go back to the hotel. There really is lots to do if you want to do some trips. All in all, we all had a fantastic stay and felt it was brilliant value for money.
