My husband and I stayed here for a week. I would say that there were good points and some not so much. On booking this hotel we didn’t realise it was a ‘complex’ (similar to but not quite centerparcs). We had a junior suite which was spacious, with high ceilings, a terrace and a dressing room. Plenty of seating. The bathroom was ok but not 4*. We struggled to get the aircon working and when asked was told we needed to ask for it to be switched on. The pools, wellness and gym are very tired with some areas not working. A bit of work all these could be lovely. We were half board and I must say this was the best part. Maximiliano, Anthonio and Adrian were so friendly and helpful. As usual with Italian food there was so much of it but it was all delicious. We enjoyed a bottle of wine too every night. We did have a mini bar in the room but found it strange when we were asked what we’d had at the end of our stay! The hotel is a bit out of Peschiera but the hotel shuttle bus was spot on! We also hired bikes locally. They were delivered to the hotel and were very safely stored outside. The river is only 2km away and has safe riding.…

Could be so much better Staying at active paradiso should be fantastic based on the write up but it’s tired and dated. The cleaning service is really poor yes they come and make your bed and empty the bin but that’s it, The pools all have tiles missing which you can easily cut yourself on, the gym equipment is old and rusty. It could be an amazing hotel if a bit of effort was put in

Great find, bus slightly out of town but run free shuttles. Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was great. Grounds of the hotel and how they are kept are superb... Access to all pools across all the various establishment under the parc hotel complex. Don't have a negative thing to say, would love to come back

Everything was perfect Tk you so much for making our stay so pleasant. Rooms so clean and well kept. Staff really friendly couldn’t ask for a better atmospheres. Breakfast really fresh and tasty. Golf course very enjoyable and pro shop couldn’t have been more helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel on bed and breakfast. We stayed in an economy double room, it was clean and a good size. The breakfast could have had more variety. The food in the restaurant was good. Will definitely return again.

It was a very nice experience in this hotel, especially the environment of the breakfast restaurant at Il Pirlar Restaurant having a very nice view of the Golf Course Area. Buffet Dinner at Leonardo Da Vinci Restaurant was very very good with a variety of food to choose from Antipasto, Pasta, Main Course and Deserts.

Nice to have golf course right at the Hotel. The shuttle bus to Peschiera works very well too. Breakfast is very good and so was the dinner. The golf Club downstairs had a good pasta lunch and good birra!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The attention is very good, Hotel very clean, confortable and spacious rooms. Perfect if you go with a dog, you can go with the dog to the pool and you have a lot of spaces to walk with him. A very good hotel if you are golf player, the golf camp is just beside the recepción of the hotel. The field is very well treated. You need a car to go downtown, but hotel has a shuttle bus several times a day for free. Very good breakfast, variety and quality.

A large complex providing various amenities with a good breakfast and reliable courtesy bus. The room were very spacious with air con and comprehensive maid service. We had two rooms and the experience was across our party. The breakfast was a good quality and plenty of choice served on a open terrace with great views - our older children loved the waffles.
