Hotel's Favourite
I feel the need to post a review since I found this gem of a spot on Trip Advisor -- it was a perfect family vacation spot! We had just been traveling in Italian cities where it was HOT and we walked for hours every day - it was such a treat to arrive here and have nothing to do other than swim and relax! The slide boats were a hit with my kid and we even rented a speed boat right in front of the hotel to explore the island. Great breakfast, great rooms, great pool - highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights, 21-23 June. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a very nice, modern and clean hotel with a great pool area. It is not crowded at all - in fact it was quite quiet. The staff were all wonderful, extremely accommodating. The balcony and view from the room were excellent (we had a lake view). It was too hot for us to really appreciate the balcony but if we came at another time of year then we would sit out there. The bed was very firm, which is not ideal for me (but some people would prefer it). The breakfast was fine, good enough, with plenty of options. Near to the hotel you can walk to some restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also good) and you can walk along the lake to various beaches, including a beach for dogs around 3 mins from the hotel! It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Peschiera del Garda for lunch one day. When we left, the hotel organised a transfer to the train station for us which was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Vision Hotel to anyone wishing to stay near Peschiera.

Amazing hotel! We were 6 people for a week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are big and very comfortable. We recommend to the the lake view because it worth the additional price. Breakfast is wonderful and includes lots of options hot and cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all hour need.

The perfect place! Overlooking the lake, we had a ground floor garden suite that very conveniently gave us direct access to the pool/sunbathing area. The whole experience was spot on, the restaurant/bar, service, there is even a hot tub...the decor is very stylish and contemporary, being quite a new hotel, often difficult to find in Italy. Only stayed one night to start off our holiday on the way to the mountains but I would definitely come back. It's a little pricey (we booked quite late and for August, the most expensive time in Italy) but I can see why.

Just moved on from a two night stay at Vision and wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is Modern very clean, very clean. Rooms are a good size. we had a great view of the lake and pool which was lovely to wake up to. Bathrooms very big with a great shower. Breakfast was good. Due to covid there was no buffet, but you ordered what you wanted and the staff brought it to your table. Worked very well compared to some hotels. Parking directly out front and plentiful with EV chargers. Prices at the bar were very reasonable for a hotel. Reception staff were so helpful they deserve a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything I could ask for in a hotel was delivered. We are already planning when we can go back as two days wasn't long enough

We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of September -- overall had a lovely time! Booked into a lake view suite, Room 003 -- two twin beds plus a pull-out sofa. Highly recommend staying on the ground floor, as the floor-to-ceiling picture window must have been about 12 feet high, making for a bright, sun-lit room. On top of this, your can walk straight out from your patio to the lawn, very convenient. However, if you worry about privacy, you may prefer the floors with their balconies as our little patio was open to the lawn, though protected from the patios on either side with fencing/bushes. However, I'm quite certain the giant picture windows and high ceilings are unique to first floor rooms. The patio had a couple of padded lounge chairs, plus a small table and chairs. The room was very spacious and clean, fitting for a hotel that is not even a year old. Beds were comfortable. Storage was very limited -- if I had been staying for more than a couple of days I would have found the lack of drawers very annoying, and it really is an oversight that they didn't include at least a dresser given the room size could accommodate it. There was an open 'closet' type of unit with some hangers, and a small space underneath that couldn't accommodate a medium/full-size suitcase. But that was pretty much it for storage which is surprising as I'm sure many guests come to enjoy the summer sun, and likely are carting around a lot of clothes, swim accessories, sports equipment, etc. Additional amenities included a small fridge, and small safe (not big enough for a laptop). The bathroom was spacious with a bidet, large stand-up shower (rain shower & hand-held shower sprayer thing), fairly generous counter space. Terrible shower cap that was more like putting plastic wrap on your head (no elastic). Body and hair wash, conditioner, lotion, vanity kit. Some of the lights in the room (including one of the bedside lights) had blown out bulbs, which was surprising as you would assume housekeeping would regularly check if everything was working. Wifi was not great -- so if you actually need it for work, etc, this might not be a good hotel choice for you. The on-site cafe was lovely -- very reasonable prices and convenient for a salad, sandwich, treat, or drinks. They had dinner service which you could book and looked lovely with outdoor seating, though we didn't try. Breakfast buffet was fine, nothing special. The location is on the Southern end of Lake Garda -- we had a car so it was easy to take day trips from the hotel. However, depending on what parts of the lake you would like to visit, you will want to consider if Peschiera del Garda is the most convenient location for your needs. We didn't have a strict agenda, and knew we simply wanted to enjoy being on the lake, and to visit one or two of the surrounding towns (we chose Malcesine which was about an hour's drive away -- lovely and picturesque, plus you can take the gondola up Mount Baldo -- though touristy). Free parking in the spacious outdoor lot was appreciated. The hotel is at the end of a street, the bottom of which is a public parking lot at the start/end of a waterfront walkway. From the photos I worried that the parking lot would be highly visible from the hotel, but it isn't really, since the hotel is up on an incline. It was really nice to go for a stroll along the walkway, past many different beaches, and there is a good restaurant (Vecchia Mulino) on the water less than a 10 minute walk away that we enjoyed dinner at one night (recommend going early or making a reservation, it was very busy). One thing we found rather humourous is that the lawn is Astroturf -- so it looks great and green and lush, though just a heads-up! The lawn is very spacious and relaxing, with plenty of reclining loungers, beanbag-type loungers, and umbrellas. The infinity pool looked nice (we didn't go for a swim). Since we were visiting at the beginning of low(er) season, I can't comment on how busy the hotel gets during the summer, though I imagine it would be quite full. In the lobby there are lots of tourist brochures and the staff were quite helpful pointing out interesting towns to visit along the lake. Across the road is a campsite, and we popped into its small convenience store to buy water and snacks. Overall, the hotel isn't perfect, but definitely fit our needs for a quick stop on the lake before heading to Verona!

We did enjoy our stay, but have a few comments to make hoping they might be considered, as it could have been great. The hotel is brand new and so is the hardware. There are a few more details to be attended to make it more worthwhile. We made the effort to make some suggestions during our stay, which had been partially accommodated. Thank you for that. E.g. did we point out that there were no options to hang your wet swimming clothes and towels despite the balconies are extremely spacious. One is forced to hang them over the balustrade, which is not suitable for the outer appearance of the hotel. Two days later, we found a dryer stand on our balcony :-). The balcony furniture — only small coffee table and two chairs (while we were three persons) — wore birdshit, so it was difficult to sit on. After our feedback, that was cleaned. The room we booked (junior suite) did not provide storage space for our luggage. So, everything had to remain in our suitcase or be hung over the chairs. Generally, it is the attention to detail, that is still missing, like no fruit plate, personal greetings or water on arrival (at least not in our case). We would expect this from a hotel management demanding more than 240€ per night. Housekeeping only roughly cleaned the room during our stay: mirrors not polished, no dusting of surfaces, dropped items were not picked up, complimentary tea bags next to water kettle never replaced, no obvious set standard of towels, as everyday we got different replenishment (again, we were three persons, not two!). Furthermore, as a guest I do not want to see a big mess in the hotel’s hallways when walking through it. Obviously, the trolleys need to stand there, but is it necessary to keep everything untidy and to leave the back office doors open at all times?!? It just looks unprofessional. The pool is simple, but great. Water really cool and refreshing. The plastic grass surrounding the pool area does make sense, as no mowing nor irrigation are required (no noise, no water waste, no bugs). If the parking lot would provide some kind of shade, you would not be scorched in your own car, as it really does heat up in the bare sun. The breakfast is really nice and most enjoyable when you arrive before 8:30. The food was good, especially the jams, baguette, coffee, fruit salad, and the even the scrambled eggs, if they were not too old. Staff was always polite and committed to their work. There are luckily no real masses of guests, as the hotel is rather small and intimate, but it does become challenging when the majority of guests arrive for breakfast after 8:30. Even on a Sunday (felt busier than weekdays), only two service staff were in charge of refilling the buffet, cleaning and resetting the table. Obviously, a much too challenging task for only two people. One more waiter or a chef ensuring a full buffet would have made a whole difference, as it was empty during those moments. All these comments are shared in goodwill and the aspect of the fairly high rate you pay for this property, which sets high expectations and we believe these are feasible to be considered for improvement to justify the rates and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Being so new and stylish, this property sticks out of the many around the lake, but ownership or management should not rely on it. Some small changes to hardware, training and implementation of standards would enhance the guest experience.

From the moment we arrived it was a delightful experience staying at this newly opened hotel. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice, even a glass of Prosecco if you so wished. When we asked for advice regarding trips to Venice, Verona and the Airport, the staff could not have been more accommodating, all adding to a most enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended!

I must start by giving some back story to why the service was a little lacking, we visited Italy with my disabled mother, we had a week in Tuscany prior to the two nights by lake Garda so as imagined most of the stay had been to enable my mother to see her historical family lands, Florence, Rome and Siena. I had booked the vision hotel for all the reason most would, the views, the pool, etc but with special emphasis on a view of the lake for me and my partner to enjoy at least one or two nights of the stay to get some romanticism from a place we both adore. We arrived to check in and were taken to our rooms, we had booked the family suite with two balcony’s, one at the rear of the building (view of car park) and one at the front lake view and on most advertising) only to find that the Twin room had been set up with the lake view. As you can imagine I was somewhat disheartened by this fact as I had set this time for me and my partner to enjoy the views. I asked at the check in desk if the double and the twin could be swapped I was told that as it was after 3pm it wasn’t possible to do so as the maids are not around. I didn’t make a fuss and I was offered the option out to swap the next day but this seemed silly as we would have been checking out so declined the offer. In conclusion I would say that if it is to be believed as a 4.5 star establishment then changing beds etc should be a very simple task anytime of the day! Especially when someone had so much pinned on that beinthisg the case , staff were helpful but lacked some experience. So if your stay isn’t to complex you should be right to stay in this loverly new hotel, if not then ring more than once and ensure they know what you want, as if not your not likely not to get it after 3pm. It is such a shame for me as without it would have been 11 out of 10😩.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Tripadvisor. The family room you have reserved consists of 2 rooms with 2 large adjoining and equipped terraces, from which you can admire the lake. In the booking confirmation of the family room, was only requested a composition of one room with separate beds and one with a double bed . It was not specified which of the two rooms was intended for you. Our staff, always careful to the needs of our Guests, has proposed an alternative solution to satisfy your request, which however has been refused. We are pleased to learn that you have enjoyed a pleasant holiday and enjoyed all our services. We look forward to welcoming you again as a future guest for a pleasant stay on Lake Garda. Sincerely The Direction
