We stayed a week family of 4 with children ahed 14 and 17 and picked this hotel because of the on-site water park and also got a great deal from TUI in UK. On arrival check in was quick and easy and bags taken to our room for us, there was a pre packed sandwich waiting for us which wasn’t great but filled a gap. The room itself was a good size well kept and lovely balcony with a pool view, beds comfortable and air con was lovely and cold and did its job perfectly. 10/10. The breakfast was typical all inclusive with wide selection slight disappointment no omelette station or any deviation we could find off the offering in front but enough there and was refreshed often. The seating for this is outside and was nice having Al fresco dining. Lunch is served in the same place again typical all inclusive with cold options along with plenty of hot and was always something to eat , we only ate here a couple of days as found the snack bar to be better suited for us with baked potatoes or toastie as well as other snacks worked well and sit round the pool bar. Dinner again varied choice with different themes each night some themes better than others however dinner experience wasn’t great as they had the children’s entertainment on right next to where you eat which is great for those families with younger children but for us listening to the same program night after night got very tiresome and meant we were in and out quickly as the entertainment grated on our nerves but could see lots of families enjoying it. The pool area is a great size and we never found an in issue getting a sun bed and the queues at the pool bar were always manageable and the staff were all very polite and often very chatty and got to know your drinks. We tipped 5 euro per bar daily. Our preferred area to sit out was the swim up bar across the road only a 2 min walk however often not beds together or any available so had to get here around 9am to ensure we had 4. The swim up bar is lovely and the bar man Manolis was great loved chatting to the guests and served with a smile and never without a drink. The pool itself is freezing even when the days were 35c upwards the pool was cold and took your breath away. The water park is a few minutes walk from here and was well managed all be it the life guards likes blowing their whistle a little to much. There is meant to be a height limit on the rides but we noticed this was not enforced however one ride of it was windy you had to be 60kg which was a shame as one of our children are t and meant he couldn’t go on this one. Water park wasn’t to busy rarely waited more than 5 mins to get a raft. No bar open when we were there so had to walk back to pool area to get a drink which was only slight downside. Water park is shared with the sister hotel so a mix of nationalities. The evenings is where we feel the hotel could improve with entertainment away from the kids time at dinner. 5 out of of our 7 nights had no entertainment on and that meant sat in the bar or by the pool just talking and we were often one of the last families to go to bed at 11 or so which I have never known on holiday. They did have 2 nights with singers which was great to see and tried getting people up dancing and joining in. We ended up going out 2 nights one for a meal and drinks and once just for drinks which we enjoyed was specially the star cafe where kids played mini golf. The A la Cartes where very enjoyable the lady who served us in the Greek taverna was very passionate about her country and the hotel which was lovely to see and the food really nice and in the Grill A La Carte the double burger was amazing and highly recommended and a lovely location to enjoy a nice meal and drinks. Special mention goes to Manolis on the swim up bar, Raluca on the lobby bar/pool bar and 2 other members of staff on the pool bar who were great. All in all a great holiday lovely resort super clean and comfortable we scored it 4 because of lack of entertainment for adults and also the kids entertainment meaning we couldn’t really enjoy dinner service.

This hotel is in a stunning location!!! The gardens are so well kept and the whole place is really clean! The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. We stayed in a family suite facing the pool as there are 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children aged 10, 14 and 16) and there was plenty of room and storage. The food was really good, and I found there was always plenty of choice, I liked the Atlantica app that advised you the days dinner theme ie Mexican, Asian, greek etc. you could also book the a la carte restaurants on the app. We went to the Green and grill and loved the whole experience. The snack bar was a big hit with the kids too. My teenage boys spent a lot of time playing pool by the pool bar. There’s a great children’s play park and lots of activities to join in with throughout the day. My daughter went to the hangout club which she loved and she loved the rep that worked in there. I had a gorgeous massage at the hotels spa. It was really relaxing and I would recommend it. The hotel has a waterpark that is located at the Aegean Blu (the Aegean blu hotel is much busier and more hectic that the Aegean park). The beach is accessed through a gate from the hotel grounds and there’s loads of water sports that you can do there. There are a few tavernas within walking distance, we ate in Micheals one night and there are some supermarket type shops right near the hotel. We walked into town one night which we found by following a map that the hotels reception gave us. It took about about 15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. It was a 5 star experience thanks to the gorgeous hotel and grounds and also the amazing staff. As parents we felt so relaxed when we came home, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was simply amazing, small but perfectly formed. We stayed mid August and boy was it hot! Rooms are beautiful and modern, food is really good in the buffet restaurant and snack bar, drinks flow freely and the service at theas coffee bar was brilliant! We loved our daily chats with the gentleman there on an eve and he always made me the perfect espresso martini without asking him haha Pools are lovely and chilled out. A really friendly happy vibe. A few bars nearby, star bar is great on eve for the football and the kids to play on the go karts and bouncy castle, about a 5 min walk from the hotel, a few shops close by or a short bus ride to kolymbia centre. This hotel is highly recommended 👌

We are leaving on Saturday, this hotel is simply amazing. The staff are outstanding here, Ali at the pool bar goes above and beyond and deserves a special mention. Nothing is too much trouble for him, the hotel manager is usually present and he has really supported my family when a party member fell ill, changing our rooms to accommodate this. The pool area is so beautiful, none of the usual having to get up at 6am for a sun lounger, prime position beds are always available so no need to set an alarm which is a blessing! The blue over the road is just bedlam, sardines, people everywhere, chaos, we prefer a much more chilled vibe. Guests are mixed, 50/50 UK and Nordic and everyone was so nice. Food in all inclusive was generally very good, again, none of the loud cattle market feel you get in the larger hotels, nice food and nice service. Tui reps are always floating about should you wish to speak to anyone. Rooms are fab!! We didn't want a swim up as we prefer to chat to other people round the main pool but they looked beautiful and peaceful, my kids would be bored just using the swim up and they loved playing with their inflatables in the main pool. Take your own as they are quite expensive to buy in the shops. We had a family room with sliding partition. Huge comfy beds and pillows, lovely view of the main pool, kept clean by the maids, lots of space, just brilliant! We loved our stay here, Thank-you for everything
