Located next to a landfill in the middle of nowhere. Too bad. Staff and perfect welcome. Nothing to say.
Poor breakfast. For a gluten allergic person unable to eat anything. Luckily there's a store next door that has plenty of food. Drink. Disappointing, too. Apart from tea and coffee no other thing available. And you have to get up very early if you want to have more food.
The room was nice and clean. Only flats the bathroom. Dirty water to wash and very very small shower. Bedding okay.
The Pension pool was fine even with the little cats that were around.
You must have a vehicle to move from the... if not 17 min walk to the nearest beach.

First impressions were dire because as you enter the carpark in front of the hotel there are several scrap cars. Then immediately next door to the hotel there was a massive rubbish dump/scrapyard. Lesson learnt - always check out Google earth! The photo taken was back in 2016, so the present day rubbish tip is massive. I suspect despite being separated from it by a wall, the smell will be awful in the Summer. You could also see it from where you had breakfast.

Staff are friendly and try to be helpful.

Hotel small and peaceful.

Hotel appeared to be struggling - restaurant not yet opened, various maintenance issues, ragged towels yet it's a 4-star, no spare wine glasses, problem with coffee pod supplies and tissues....

The website needs to state when they are open as we tried to contact them before our holiday many times via email and phone, so we thought we had been scammed.

I discovered that this is one of 8 hotels run by the same company, so be careful!

Hotel very nice but small. Staff very friendly and efficient. However, it's in middle of nowhere. No lighting on roads leading to it, not very safe for walking from the little town nearby. Pool area very nice and breakfast was sufficient and good quality

First impressions when you arrive are not good as there are old scrap cars in the car park on one side .
When in the hotel it’s better ,nice views of the surrounding mountains . A reasonable size pool that is kept immaculate .
The rooms are basic (typical of a small Greek hotel ) but quite large .Freshly painted white .
Fresh towels every day and the room was kept very clean .
Breakfast is fairly basic ,nice coffee and a selection of cakes ,cheese ham ,eggs ,fruit .
A 15 min easy walk to a lovely beach with lots of good restaurants and bars .
Quite a few restaurants and bars a 5 min walk on the main road .
Staff were excellent extremely helpful and friendly .
There are some up market hotels nearer the beach but double to four times the price we paid .
We enjoyed our stay here and thought it was good value for money .

We had a great stay at this hotel despite some inconvenience. Good thanks to the kindness of the staff. Exceptionnel. The location is great, close to the beach and the city (10 to 15 minutes walk). Simple and good breakfast. Small nice swimming pool. Comfortable room, impeccable cleaning and good bedding. Only black spot: the bathroom, too cramped, and water problem (no water when too many people use the shower).
An indispensable car to travel quietly. Our awards: Oia and Fira of course, to think outside the box: Megalohori, Astra Square. The beaches of Perissa (black sand) and Akrotiri (red sand, attention heat and acrobatic access). Sunset at Akrotiri Lighthouse to avoid the crowds of Oia.

Help flee absolutely, on a trip with private trip, on their site 7.4 but on site 2 because the staff is kind and I put only the bathroom , breakfast a shame, located in a garbage dump for information like the rest of the city
Dirty beach and I don't put all the pictures it would be too long. I'm not putting the outside on. I'm leaving you surprised.

No, view of the garbage room, on the back of other rooms with their air conditioning, no brightness in the room since located in a lower courtyard, everything to please! We asked to change rooms, but they refused.
The Pension is next to a vacant lot with car carcasses and other metal sheets of all kinds
Hole in the wall of the bathroom
Only positive, not far from downtown
To flee!!
Breakfast, minimum but nothing planned for an early Check-out unlike other hotels

Our stay at Aspro Phos was fantastic and we would return again. All members of the staff team were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and a decent size with tv, fridge, safe and air conditioning - a nice touch to have a robe and slippers! The bathroom was perhaps a little small with small shower space, but that was in no way a deal-breaker! Our room had its own wifi access point and wifi was available at the pool area too. Rooms were attended to daily by the cleaning team with fresh towels available daily too if requested. Breakfast was no frills but plentiful and regularly re-stocked - fresh bread, pastries, eggs, fruit, Greek yoghurt, honey, meats, cheese, olives, tomatoes etc. with tea, coffee (which was surprisingly excellent), juice and water. The pool area was superb - with towels available too. The hotel and pool didn’t have a bar as such, but a variety of drinks were available on request. We were also able to book a boat excursion with the team for a very reasonable price. The hotel is set back from the main road so quiet. A short walk takes you to the bus stop and not much further to the beach. Overall, we had a superb stay in a small, friendly Greek hotel that had a family-run feel to it! 🌟

Having been to santorini twice before, I was looking forward to taking my wife.. To see how lovely it is.
We got to the hotel late-ish
10pm.
The hotel was off the road, down a track.
But only 4mins walk to the main road for coach to fira etc.
We got shown to our room.
All seemed fine.
Went for breakfast on our first morning.
To be greeted by wild cats.. That apparantly are always around.
The breakfast set up was outside under some canopies, which is OK when not raining, but it did roan on one of our days.. So they tried there best to cover the buffet food up, and the breakfast tables for guests to eat at. But wasn't very successful.
Anyway back to the breakfast buffet.
Meats and Cheeses olives etc all lovely.
They did some hot eggs but then put them into a cold chaffing dish.. So went cold within 5 minutes. So if you wasn't down first thing.. Had to ask for a fresh egg.
Other items on the breakfast buffet, pizza sausage rolls..
Unfortunately very basic and poor breakfasts.. Through our entire stay of 5 days.
The hotel staff, young and very new to the hotel industry.
Which you could see when asking questions, or for information.
We had to move rooms after the first day.
Due to poor plumbing, the sinks don't work.
So the pop up sink plug, just pushed through the sink.. And water flooded to floor.. Which luckily was a wet room bathroom thank god!!
Safe didn't work. So had to take our passports and valuables with us till we moved rooms.
We was told by staff, it was recently opened again, and a new owner.
So plenty of teathing problems to sort out.
Views from the hotel.
Mountain one side.
And from the side looks like a car scrap yard.
As the hotel carpark also had cars ready to be scraped.
Overall.. Will not be back.
But we did see some lovely hotels, better views etc.. When we looked around perrissa.. For if we go back to there.
