A nice hotel, a little aged, but clean. Rooms are sufficiently large even for a family. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, breakfast was reasonable, dinner nothing special. Situated in nice park-like surroundings and far enough away from the town center to be quiet.
The hotel is costy and when we arrived the hot water in the shower was absent. We asked two times but we never received assistance and any kind of reimbursement! I do not recommend this hotel since they did not find any solution to the problem
The room, grounds, and restaurant were nothing special, but fine. It has a good location, free parking, and wifi. We had some trouble getting hot water in the shower. The "pool" was more like a concrete pond. We did not go in it and did not see anyone else in it. We had a good stay with no major issues. However, with small kids, we did not like the multiple, loose dogs on the grounds and sometimes right outside our room.
It is a really good hotel, near the El Valle town (aprox. 5 minutes by car). The hotel is well accommodate, the room could improve the presentation by including blackout curtains. The breakfast was really good, doesn’t have too many options but it was really good. There is no elevator but there is only one two floor so there is no need for an elevator.
The room was clean, as well as the bed, sheets and towels. The breakfast was good, but served too late (8:00am). Maybe they need to set up the coffee and tea early, and let the guest self serve. Other than that, there was a situation during our visit with a lady with 6 dogs, which was a little bit too much. Other guest were with their dogs and they were considerate. I would recommend setting up a limit of two dogs per room.
