Very bad experience here! We came late! The owner took advantage and put us in a lousy room. Told us all the place is booked! In the morning we saw we were almost the only stupid in this hotel. About breakfast better I don’t write! O k you took our money, but let some other people read this review

We were here for four nights. Very nice breakfast included an the restaurant also cooks huge portions of Peruvian food. You have to ask for service, as in room cleaning and towels, but a little tipping goes a long way. It was nice and quiet w beautiful grounds. On Friday and Saturday it got a bit crowded w Panama City folks looking to cool down. They have awesome pool, too. You will need Spanish to stay here, they have no English. Nice place tho!

Visited this restaurant while on a tour of coffee plantations. Had a great meal, excellent adult beverages and enjoyed the meal service. This is a place we would return to if we ever get back to El Valle De Anton

We stayed three nights while weather was not that good (lots of rain). the place has a nice Peruvian restaurant (excellent pisco sour) with a very friendly waiter who tried so hard to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious; there is a nice pool and very nice gardens. The rooms are not modern but have all you need and were clean. It is about 20 minutes walk to the centre of town but very doable.

I don't think we got the best impression of this place. The first room we got smelled badly of moth balls. The second was not too bad, but in the night the wind was bad and the branches of the tree right over head made some extremely loud noises on the roof all night long. The furnishings were pretty outdated. This would have all been acceptable possibly, but the price was too high to make it acceptable.
