It was the best experience and I wouldn’t imagine doing my engagement in any other place. The hospitality, the set up, the food were top notch and I cannot forget the amazing staff that helped from the moment we entered till we left. A special thanks to Elise, who I consider a friend today. She coordinated everything perfectly. Thank you Burj on Bay for the service and I cannot wait to be back soon ♥️

Had an amazing experience at Burj on Bay. Attended a fansy wedding. The food was amazing and so tasty and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with so many varieties. I highly recommend this hotel.

I celebrated my engagement at Signatures restaurant. Everything was just more than perfect! The team is well-trained and very welcoming. Concerning the food, the portions are very generous and all the ingredients used are premium quality. I would like to thank our planner, Elise Doumit, for her professonalism. She handled every single detail from A to Z and made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It was a bad experience, i will never recommended to anyone. The restaurant in the roof should close. Your food are badly presented, no stuff, no service. Burj on Bay was in a perfect location for us, in between downtown Beirut/Antelias and Byblos/Batroun so it was very convenient to travel between towns as we wanted to explore everywhere. Our room was the Executive Room and it was huge - very comfortable and spacious for our week long stay. The balcony had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean to the right and mountains to the left! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was big as well. Housekeeping was very kind and attentive. The breakfast on the 14th floor was delicious, it was buffet style and had lots of yummy Lebanese foods to choose from, and of course the view was amazing. The hotel also arranged taxis for us which was so helpful and convenient. Everyone at the reception desk was kind and friendly and we enjoyed speaking to them. You can walk a few minutes from the hotel and find grocery and food stores as well as an OMT for money exchange which was great when we had to buy a few last minute things. We will definitely stay here again next time!…
