We were there with an organised group. We were booked for half board, but it was a mistake. The hotel has a really good location for skiiers, however there aren't enough boot holders which are warm. Be careful your boot might end up on the ground for the next day... The walls are too thin so you can hear whatever happens with your neighbours. In our case that was a non-stop crying and shouting kid. The receptionist ladies are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is good but there is not a big variety of that. The dinner is really poor and not lving up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel. There was 1 type of soup, 2 types of pasta 2 types of main course with 1 type of garnish. Needless to say one of the trays were always empty when you could get there to the buffet type dinner. The food didn't taste so well, and there was not many options for vegetarians. Cleanliness of the hotel was ok. Toilet paper quality is really poor. Too thin to use for anything. Bring your own!

We stayed for two nights while on a cycling trip. The cycle storage facilities are excellent..

The room was spacious with a balcony facing the town. The decor was a little strange and dated. The room safe was one of the smallest I have ever seen….couldn’t get stuff like a laptop in there. No air con.
It’s located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of town up quite a steep hill with no pavement. We decided that as it was raining we didn’t want to walk into town for dinner so we ate in the hotel. It really wasn’t a great experience. The hotel appeared to be full of families with pre school age kids. They made a lot of noise. The food was average and served quickly. Seemed to be surprise to the staff that someone might want to order a bottle of wine. Condiments dumped on the table as a bowl of plastic sachets, not sure if this is a covid thing but given they made a big thing of the refillable glass bottles provided in the room for water it seems strange to wipe out the environmental benefits of these with all those plastic sachets!
Breakfast was only average, didn’t seem to be any cheeses or cold meats, omelettes and other eggs available to order provided you could get one of the overworked staff to take your order.
It was €10 per person to use the pool for 2 hours. Didn’t bother.

The superior room is spacious with a nice balcony unfortunately not suitable for kids due to the space from the railing. The Staff at the reception is very kind. The food at breakfast and at dinner is poor, not well cooked and poor quality (especially for a four star hotel). At dinner Staff rushes you. The parking space on road in front of the hotel is not enclosed and spaces are not delimited by lines allowing guests to park randomly occupying in most of the cases a double space forcing other guests to park almost in the middle of the road. It is not acceptable for a four star hotel that claims to have a parking lot.

Although it is called a “wellness-hotel”, in a hotel for for 2-300 people, only 12 persons is allowed to get in the wellness area at the same time. You have to book days before to get in to the wellness, but nobody says anything about it when you arrive. Our group was made of 3 families (14 people) , so we had not in any way to get in together. 🤦🏻‍♂️
They wanted to get 1,5x more price for the entry then it is written on the information sheet in the room and at the reception, because “the sheets and the homepage were not upgraded”.
Who cares about it?

The selection for the breakfast is very poor, it was the same for 6 days: scrambledd eggs, baked ham, raw ham, some vegetables, some cakes, yoghurt, muesli.
The dinner also leaves something to be desired: Half-cooked hamburger meat, chewy ribs, etc.

Though this hotel was still quite empty due to COVID, the staff gave peak performance. Giaochinno and Martina made our family feel so welcome and comfortable in our first trip since COVID. They handled the safety restrictions in a very easy manner and truly made this a pleasant weekend. Thank you!

Good location c. 200 m walk to the slopes.
Great staff in the kitchen and great waiters.

But our room - needs a new bathroom.

Instead of replacing the shower box they placed a curtain. This sticks on your skin when you are wet.

When you open the tap water comes at varying temperatures so you can freeze and get burned within 5 seconds (should be a thermostat tap... just doesn't work (101).
When I called reception that the lights in room 102 don't work I got the answer 'you should wait ' well I said I did wait but one bulb never really turns on while the other stayed dark completely. I could not finish the sentence as the receptionist just hanged the phone on me... just unbelievable and they didn't come to check the lights ever...

later my wife had to use a wheelchair and when I pushed her towards the entrance door the young receptionist didn't even look up from her screen. So I opened the door ahead then kept it open while pushing the wheelchair and opened the second door (large swinging fire evacuation doors).
Amazing really.

The waiter at the bar was very kind and very helpful as were the kitchen staff overall. When leaving tried to get the deposit for the ski pass from the reception back. They sent me to the ski equipment guy who was a kind person and said he doesn't deal with ski passes (in Italian so I may be wrong) and he sent me to the reception who started to quarrel with a staff member about who does what but didn't even talk to me. I left them where they were in the end...

Overall a mixed picture - not bad but needs a kind reception and a technical upgrade.

We stayed here overnight on our trip to Croatia. The room was absolutely fine, probably 3.5* in truth. The rest of our experience at this hotel was 5*. The staff were excellent. From the reception staff to the waiters at breakfast, the staff were so friendly & helpful beyond belief. We were late arriving, no problem, a trolley full of cold food was in our room on arrival. The snow was coming down thick & fast as we arrived. The morning after our car was buried under a thick coating of overnight snow, no problem, the waiters finished serving breakfast & were outside clearing the snow off guests cars & clearing the road. Excellent job staff!

We spent three holidays in this wonderful hotel two in summer and this last one in New Year’s Eve.
In summer it is the perfect location to rest your self and bring the kids visiting the amazing surroundings, mountains lakes and forests. In winter, the slots and the official Italian Ski and Snowboard school are just 60 mt ahead. Rooms are clean and food is excellent. There is also a mini club for kids between 3 and 9 years! The owner Mr Anselmi is simply a gentlemen : very attentive and caring as well as all his staff nice and helpful with adults and kids. The Spa is well maintained and clean with swimming pool, jacuzzi steam bath and sauna. We will come back soon!

Clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff, good food and comfortable rooms. We opted to eat in the Hotel's dining room and had a superb meal with regional seasonal specialities, good local wine and excellent value. The restaurant was frequented by locals which we took to be a good sign. The staff were lovely a recommended a great local walk around a lake. Definately will stay again and book the restaurant for dinner

We stayed for a ski weekend with kids. Room was more than great. In fact it was more apartment than a room. Two floors, all together 5 beds and two bathrooms, everything was new and interior was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. They deserve excellent grade for rooms, but... There Are also rooms that are not renovated, except bathrooms and that Are not so nice. All parts of the hotel that Are spaces In hotel that Are renovated look very nice But there is still much to do. Breakfast and dinner Were Poor and they need some improvement In cuisine.
But hotel is situated on walking distance from the ski slopes, it is 15 minutes walk from the city center, has nice playroom for kids ... IT has good potential when the renovation will be finished.
