Everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Activities were good. Food was great. Service was top class. The staff were attentive and friendly to everyone, and especially to our adult son who has an intellectual disability which meant such a lot to him and to us. I think they gave him a little bit of special treatment. We came here for a renewal of wedding vows in the chapel and it was so special. I would recommend it to anyone. We’ve had an amazing time. A special thanks to Susana (Sue) in 6/9 Restaurant. Thank you Sue!!

This resort was beautiful and well kept. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets we have experienced. Sefa, was the omelette extraordinaire who greeted us every morning with a huge smile on his face. Inya, the pool security guard checked in with us daily to ensure we were having a wonderful stay. Maika, the gardener did an outstanding job keeping the grounds near our block immaculate. Sandy, from housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed to have a comfortable stay in our room. The resort was stunning but the people who worked there were even more beautiful.

- the staff were extremely kind and friendly. We appreciated the way that they made our daughter (one year old) feel special throughout our stay. - the food was very good at Tatavu Grill & Bar. the outlook on the beach is beautiful. I would recommend the whole grilled fish which was cooked perfectly and a reasonable price. - the pool was amazing. Always clean lots of room for our family to be comfortable. - the single Ocean View room was big enough for our family of three with a crib. it was always kept clean and well stocked by the staff. - there was enough to do, to keep our family occupied over our 7 day stay. I would recommend the day trips to the surrounding islands (Malamala Beach Club & South Sea Island) - we made lots of friends with other young families around the pool and at dinners. …

Just returned from a relaxing week at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. The resort is set in beautiful grounds and you also have the benefit of using the facilities at the Sheraton Denarau Villas. We had an ocean front room which was clean and very comfortable with a great view. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. We ate at the Tatavu Restaurant a few times during our stay and both the food and service from Sau and Joeli D were great. On our last evening staff sang Isa Lei to us which was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the Wet Edge which serves Thai food in the evenings. Menu prices are quite expensive and we were glad we had a room credit as part of our package. The breakfast provided a large selection of food which many people seemed to enjoy but we were a bit disappointed by the quality of some of choices. Overall, this is a lovely resort in a beautiful location with friendly and welcoming staff and I would recommend it and return when I am next in Fiji.…

We were very happy over all with our all inclusive package at this resort. The buffet food was amazing. The lunch options were mediocre but filling. Drinks were great (cocktails, beer and wine) just make sure to ask for the all inclusive menu as it is different from the full menu. We loved our poolside server, Marika!!! She was attentive and very prompt. The pools are great and the ocean is good for a quick dip, but don’t expect the iconic Fijian clear waters. Non motorized water sports are also included with all inclusive package so taking a kayak or paddle board out is a fun use of a morning. The only con was the number of cockroaches in the room despite many calls for spraying…this was only an issue after dark.

This resort is fine if you like a very big resort with a lot of kids running around. I felt the ever present “Bula” was rote rather than from a place of true meaning. We arrived before check-in from a long flight from the US, and there was no attempt to find us an available room; we were told “check in is at 3:00, you’ll have to wait.” I understand that, but an attempt to find a room would have been nice. On the morning of our flight out, we asked for a golf cart for our luggage at 6:15. Someone showed up at 6:05, and we said we needed five minutes. He never came back. The fruit in the room ( probably because I am a Marriott Bonvoy member) was well past its “use by” date. The bottle of conditioner in the room was empty and not refilled. Restaurants are overpriced, and the dinner buffet we experienced was mediocre. Also, don’t stay here if you have mobility issues; our room was a LONG way from the lobby and restaurants. Why am I rating this resort so highly? The grounds are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated. Heineken House at the golf club was a good option for dinner. Next time I will try somewhere else in Port Denerau.…

We came to Sheraton for our Anniversary. We were very pleased with the service given by every staff we encountered at Sheraton Resort! The staff remembers our name and deliver personalised service! The Resort has recently been renovated to an exceptionally high standard! We couldn't believe it looks as good as shown on the photos. Located right in front of the Denarau beach. We love the adult pool just right in front of our room. Adult pool is amazing, quiet and away from kids pool ln the other end of the restaurant. There are complementary activities throughout the day with live band and show onsite. The room has been renovated to a high standard as we would expect for a high end 5 star hotel. During our stay we visited other hotels nearby and felt they weren't as good as Sheraton in many aspects. We would definitely come back to Sheraton again in our next visit to Denarau.…

Great resort, but even better staff. Plenty of fine dining and facilities, but staff are the ‘Magic Dust’ that makes the Resort our choice to spend our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Marika and his team at Island619/Tatavu Bar & Grill, bar and pool and room staff, gardeners (Maike), and security, make the Resort what it is! First stayed there in January 2018, and we’ll be back before another 5 years passes.

I recently spent six wonderful days at Sheraton, and I must say that Yvo and his team have created a truly fantastic atmosphere following the recent renovation. The guest service provided by Mohammed was exceptionally professional and friendly, as he made a point of asking us every day if there was anything he could do to enhance our experience. Travelling with two young children (aged 5 and 2), we were delighted to discover that the resort offered a range of kid-friendly activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast selection was top-notch, with a wide variety of choices available. For families travelling with infants or toddlers, Sheraton even provides nanny services and a baby-friendly pool area.
