We stayed here for a night each side of our trip to the islands. It was fantastic! We would love to stay there for a much longer period. The staff were lovely, the apartment was huge and modern, the cafe was great too! Great location, staff, amenities, we will absolutely return

excellent all round. apartment spacious, clean, generous with detergents/shampoo/conditioner/lotions. staff trustworthy, freindly, accomodating, 2nd trip this year one in june one in oct both husband and my birthdays, great escape from crowds and close to everything. bula bus passes via next drive adjacent so able to go easily to denarau golf first stop from the palms. next door to sails restaurant (yacht club) across road from restaurants/shops/grocery store and port for trips/activities amazing will go back again and again

Wir waren eine Nacht hier um am nächsten Tag eine Fähre zu nehmen. Für eine Nacht ist es OK. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und es gibt einen Pool. In der Nähe gibt es ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit mehreren Lokalen. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung nicht sehr schön.

The Palms is definately a place to visit...great amenities and facility and helpful staff. The menu options from Cafe O is great also but some things are still pricey. We had some noisy party makers...so that didnt help. While the apartment is cool and a walking distance to the main Port of Denarau...try and avoid the rooms next to the pool...as the noise from down there can be a disturbance if you're here for some R n R. Would i return..sure...love the property and its ease of convenience...

We have stayed here for 2 nights. Only things that I would complain is during the check-in. Check-in time should be 3pm, but room had not ready at 3.30pm, I was not very happy and the front desk said you can go to the room but still in progress of cleaning. The room, bathroom are big, wifi was fast, laundry facilities, ticked all my box. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh so close to the island ferries with just a short walk across the car park, great after a long and rough trip back in from the outer islands. Quick and excellent service at reception, followed by a gorgeous 2 bedroom unit which is large and spacious, including Washing machine and dryer so not having to onward travel with wet clothes from the ferry spray. They had graciously extended our booking to arrive a day early due the the cyclone, and at the original rates. If one has to lay over an extra day it’s a very nice place to be, with plenty of meal options just across the road at the Port Denarau mall

This was the perfect place for us to stay as it's right next to the marina and we were heading out sailing. The most notable thing was the service. We asked Lita at the tour desk a question about the golf course. She didn't know the answer and told us where to go. She then set about finding out everything about it and presented this to us as we ate our breakfast. She was charming, incredibly proactive. She exceeded our wildest expectations of her. The restaurant staff were also terrific. Remembered our orders and served good food up promptly. In other places were experienced some very poor service ( Fiji time) but not at the Palms. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The other bonus is Port Denarau a minute's walk away..a modern complex of shops and restaurants with a fire dance display most if not every evening. The golf course was in walking distance as well.…

We booked a two bedroom apartment and upon arrival were pleasantly surprised how awesome the apartment was, simply magic. We only stayed one night unfortunately but found the room very comfortable and classy. Would definitely recommend anyone staying around Port Denarau staying there.
