This is my go to hotel everytime i visit to Kuwait due to the location as our office is just nearby. Being connected to the mall is also very convenient for visiting tourist like me. Staff are superb and very friendly most especially the guy who always meet me at the airport arrival and the chef during breakfast who cooks special fried rice for me! Thank you Hyatt for taking care of me all the time. One thing that can be improved is the breakfast menu as staying for a week may too boring for me since no changes on its menu. For sure you can do better.

Was a pleasant stay if even from 9th floor I didn’t hear stupid people almost every night burnout or accelerate and sound like shotgun their cars. After all place is good and mall just attached to the hotel is just a bonus for staying at the hotel. Thanks again for good stay

I found this hotel on the internet and my colleagues and I took 3 rooms for 2 nights. All of us were pleasantly surprised that such a nice hotel could be located in such an area close to the industrial area. Good food, excellent service and the area around the hotel was very interesting

I stayed at the Hyatt Al Kout and it was very pleasant. Rooms are large and have good views. The mall is very close and has all of the most popular brands from expensive to moderate prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A neat and clean hotel with excellent service and very good behavior and great customer response Hotel staff found to be good cooperative, supporting and helping at any needs. specially I like persons at reception most.I want to give special credit to Mr Abdu,Fahad and Prashant to maintain such a pleasant and helpful environment at reception Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Restaurant staff was courtliest Special thanks to akash,Sagar,sameera,Abdul qadir and Yahia. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Thanks to them... It's a best choice to go with Hyatt group for my all future stays I would also suggest the Hotel administration to encourage this man ABDU for his compassion and being so true to his job.

The hotel is of high quality, with respect to cleanliness, room space and forniture and staff. I only had problems with the duvets, too heavy for this country. Breakfast was excellent, all type of foods were there. Also the restaurant offers a large variaty of meals

Inside of the Mall and very clean HOTEL, great value but parking is limited. The breakfast here is phenomenal and with great atmosphere, very welcoming Chef and Manger and above all Wonderful staff. The parking area and helping to get into hotel was not the best experience and no welcoming refreshments or seating area
