We enjoyed this hotel's proximity to the park. We stayed in a suite. Enjoyed the kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keuring coffee maker and the outdoor seating area. The service was very accomodating. I had an excellent massage, while my husband's was only mediocre. I wish i could remember the name of the masseus, maybe something like Cullen? On leaving, i went to the front desk and wanted to buy a can of coke, they told me to take it gratis. We had a great visit.

My family and I stayed at the Cliffrose for the second time, in a 2-bedroom unit with the best view of Zion in all of Springdale. We stayed at a different hotel on a previous visit, and knew that we wanted to return here for the better view and perfect location to walk in to the park. We had great service when we arrived, and were even able to rent hiking sticks from the young man at check-in. We wish the on-site restaurant had been open for dine-in service, but we did order take-out from there, and the food was good. When we go back to Zion, we will stay at the Cliffrose.

We stayed in a Riverside view suite for 2 nights. The hotel grounds are beautiful and so convenient to the park entrance. The staff, especially the young man that works at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good and the staff was fantastic. We were not real happy with the room we had. I booked it almost a year ago for a very high rate. I accidentally booked a non refundable rate which was my fault. The rates were considerably lower at the time we stayed. The room was not comfortable. There were 2 lounge type sofas without a back and the tv was on a sidewalk making it hard to see from the bed. The room could also use an update. We had a wonderful patio but the furniture was in awful shape. It was worn with tears and very low to the ground. There was also some exterior damage on the wall. The pool lounge chairs were also broken and only a few inches off the ground. The adult pool waterfall wasn’t working and appeared to have been broken for quite a while from the way the stagnant water looked. I would stay here again but in another type room.…

This incredibly convenient, luxury hotel is a beautiful property - well manicured, flowing water everywhere from pool waterfall to the Virgin River flowing outside a perfect open meditation spot. The spa & restaurant manager Chrystal is very pleasant and keen for suggestions. The restaurant is more four-star than five, but the overall property is so nice. If you're looking to gaze at stars at night, you'll need to get into the park - the hotel area is quite well lit at night.

This was our second trip to Zion and our second stay at the Cliffrose. Could not stay anywhere in Springdale but this beautiful property with wonderful, attentive and accommodating staff, Deer and bunny viewing each day from our balcony. Sounds of the Virgen river gurgling downstream are soothing. Abundant opportunity for relaxation in the pool, hot tub and Five Petal Spa. Really difficult to leave and return home. Arnold, Ivan, Carlos, Raphael, Dustin and Raljoy were particular standouts during our stay.

One of the nicest Hilton properties we've ever stayed in--and we stay at a lot of them. The location is a very short walk into the park which is great cause the traffic into the park can be tedious. The views on the riverside were awesome (truly) and it felt like you were within the canyon. We enjoyed the restaurant enough that we ate there several times. The large hot tubs were welcome after a day in the park.

We loved our stay at Cliffrose. It’s super convenient to the park. Less than a 10 minute walk to the visitor center to catch the shuttle bus. Rooms are big and clean. Hot tub and pool area are nice after a day of hiking. The spa was also a great bonus to have onsite. Also good restaurants only a short walk from the hotel.

The location is excellent, but the staff and service are what puts this Hilton location over the top in my eyes. We cannot give DJ adequate praise for his attention to the guest experience. DJ helped me make an ice pack for my mother's knee after a very strenuous day of hiking. I would stay here again over any other property in the area on service alone. Our room was also perfect. The bed is super comfortable and the variety of pillows was an added bonus. You have flatter down pillows and a more substantial option if that's to your taste. The pools and hot tubs are well-maintained and plentiful. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but we had drinks and dessert, which were both fantastic. The hikers menu was something I had never seen before and was very clever. They will pack you a full lunch(from a very extensive menu) in a tote with a built-in ice pack for your long day exploring. We decided to stay at this resort complex as it seemed the best choice in Springdale near Zion. The grounds were beautiful; nicely landscaped with two pool complexes. The location was also convenient as it was within easy walking distance of the entrance to Zion. We were, however, disappointed in the condition of the room, as it badly needed to be updated. The sink and tub fixtures were absolutely hokey and difficult to use; they were large and looked like pipes put together by connectors with wheels instead of hot and cold handles; see photo attached. The finish on the edges of the bathroom mirror were peeling and unattractive, as also shown in the photo. The carpet was a riot of colors and pattern, maybe originally selected as it could easily hide any mishaps and no one could tell (to be fair, I did not feel like it was dirty, but also did not feel confident that it was clean, given the colors/pattern). The drapes were very dated and in a few places not properly secured to the rod as it looked like they were missing some connectors. This property was a family-owned resort originally built in 1988 and sold at some point to Hilton, but Hilton has invested zero dollars in badly needed refurnishing and updating. I usually overlook a few missteps in how a room is decorated, but at over $600 per night, before taxes, I felt ripped off. If you are considering this resort due to its proximity to the park entrance, consider other places. There is a free shuttle up and down the main Springdale street that will quickly take you to the entrance of the park, so most of the other hotels will be almost as convenient. Also consider why you are coming; if your interest is in going to Zion, why pay extra for resort facilities? Book a hotel anywhere along the main drag in Springdale with a pool for a quick dip after hiking, and save yourself some money. As we were leaving, I needed to wait to check out (no issue with a quick wait), so I sat in their small waiting area. I seated myself in a chair, but could see that the couch in this area was old and needed to be cleaned. Then I looked at the carpet underfoot and it was visibly stained. As we were checking out, I politely mentioned it to the person manning the front desk, who thanked me, but it was clear that my observation would not be passed on.
