This was a nice quiet hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, Grounds and rooms were extremely clean. Received a e-mail the night before we arrived. The e-mail told us about the shuttle and that they had a breakfast. Walked into to register and they had a huge sign with a photo of a waffle, hot coffee, and fruit. We booked this hotel of the Majestic because of the breakfast. The GM was ver nice and pleasant but the the check in person new nothing. It was obvious that the e-mail was generic and had not been changed in a long time. The shuttle was not running that was ok. The breakfast was the problem. Everything was pre packaged because of Utah laws, No coffee or tea, they only have Chocolate milk they do not have regular milk packaged juice, but just apple and mixed, 4 oz, and cheap packaged donuts, Fruit was behind the counter so ask for it, no cereal ask for it. one of each per person. Overall a good experience just not happy they had it posted that offered breakfast and had signed promoting the breakfast in the lobby. BBQ is in the back corner bring charcole and a chair. No place to sit. Walking distance to town.

The Montclair in Springdale thanks you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than perfect. We had just open about a week before your stay with us. We were still making changes to they way things were being done. The emails had been changed the day of your arrival. We lowered our prices due to not having our normal breakfast and to help guests still make it here during this time. We do also have a variety of pastries, muffins, 3 to 4 varieties of juice, and a variety of yogurts. Coffee and tea are in the rooms and anyone can request more, as we have it at the front desk. We are not able to have coffee pots in the lobby, due to another rule of the health department to help contain the Covid-19 virus. Receiving and listening to customer inputs is key in providing you with the best stay possible. If there is anything else you would like us to know to improve on your next experience with us, please feel free to leave us additional comments. We are pleased to hear the everything else during your stay was pleasant.

We arrived hours before checkin and they provided us with a very nice room that had a king size bed, couch/sitting area and bathroom. It was very reasonably priced, we were able to do laundry ($2 wash/$2 dry) and they still provided a grab and go breakfast. Customer service was excellent and the location is very walkable. We walked to get dinner and the woman at the front desk was able to direct us to other shops as well for what we needed.

My hubby and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect because it is towards the end of the busy main street in Springdale. Very conveniently located to the second bus shuttle stop to take you to Zion Park. Also lets you off in front of the hotel when you are returning from the park. We felt the rooms were very clean. We requested not to have maid service due to covid. The room was quiet. Very nice pool area with beautiful scenery. The hotel is set back so there is minimal road noise. A grab and go breakfast is provided in the lobby which includes cereal, pastries, milk, coffee. Nice way to start the day. We would stay again. It's been awhile since we stayed in Sept. There is plexi glass between you and the front desk when you check in / out and come for breakfast. I really can't remember if staff were wearing masks but I do remember alot of plexiglass. I felt they were being covid safe.

This is a well run hotel, very clean, efficient, and reasonably priced. Great experience with the rooms. Hot tub is great after a long day hiking. Location was very convenient as it is right on the strip near restaurants, the grocery store,

Complimentary breakfast had eggs/bacon/potatoes, yogurt, juice, cereal, bagels, toast and of course, a great waffle maker.

Only complaint was the woman at the front desk was not really friendly at check-in, but the rest of the experience overwhelmed that small detail

We got a room over the last week of spring break. My husband and I do a lot of hiking, so we booked a room with a jacuzzi to ease the sore muscles, but the room was on the very end, next to the highway and there is a shuttle bus stop about 15 feet from the front door. It was so noisy that we couldn't nap even with the door and window shut and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The shuttles start early in the morning and go late into the night. The heater/air-conditioner was so loud when turned on we could not talk to one another or watch TV. So it was not even good for white noise.

All in all, I loved having the Jacuzzi in the room, but it was not worth it. Some warning about proximity to the road would have been appreciated.

The breakfast room had very friendly staff but the breakfast was mediocre. Some instant scrambled eggs were the only protein. The rooms are not cheap. At this time, they are going for $199 a night.

Of course it is a beautiful place and perfect proximity to Zion. However, we had to get out of the room as much as possible to have any kind of peace.

When visiting Zion National Park, we planned to save money and booked a (non-refundable) motel in Hurricane, which is 30 minutes away. When we got to Zion and realised how cute Springdale is and how amazing the scenery is from any of the local hotel/motels, we realised our mistake and booked the only available motel that evening in the town. It was worth it!

The Montclair Inn is comfortable with large rooms and a good breakfast available. Certainly the next time we visit Zion (and it’s amazing so we definitely will again) we would happily stay at the Montclair.

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to Zion NP and the better value than other hotels in the area, Location is at the end of the town with a shuttle stop across the entrance. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a nice sofa and desk area. Good bed too. Breakfast was not great. Place seemed to be understaffed. Basic customer care. Overall good stay.

Pros: most affordable option in an extremely convenient location, a short walk or shuttle ride to anywhere in Springdale/Zion National Park. Beautiful view out of our window. Great communication from staff on room readiness/check in
Cons: definitely a dated hotel. The carpet in our room felt dirty/sticky maybe due to humidity? It felt like the room overall needed a deep clean and some updated furniture/paint.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep in a convenient location and don’t care for a 4-5 star hotel then this is the place for you. If you’re wanting a newer, up-to-date hotel and don’t mind a 30 min drive then Hurricane, UT might be the better option.

At the end of town, this hotel has no night staff. The vending machines are located in the office which closes for the night. I was advised to go to the gas station to purchase items. The rooms are arranged in a sort of circle and parking is hard to maneuver. The pool appeared dirty. Our room window didn't lock (told staff, they did not care) and windows face the rear of the hotel, so no one would notice if someone broke into the room. The hook in the bathroom was broken. There is a piece of furniture right outside the bathroom door that is easily bumped into. There is laundry available and the breakfast was great. Notice also how the path to the room is blocked by a parking spot.

This is a very convenient hotel to visit Zion National Park. It is a bit far but the shuttle stops right in front both going and coming from Zion. The rooms are large and clean. Rooms were serviced every day (not as other hotels are doing, giving no service under the excuse of covid). Breakfast was ok. Has a nice pool and hot tub.

We didn't try to park after we checked out but they did have an area where they let us park before we checked in so we could grab the shuttle to the park and check in when we got back. Very accommodating staff. I'm sure they would let you park after checkout.
