Beautiful recently remodeled hotel close to Zion. Rooms were recently remodeled and look way different than the trip advisor pictures. I wish I took a picture of the room, but I didn’t. Pool and hot tub both very nice with new lounge chairs. Would definitely return. Check in and out very easy in the app and staff are quick to respond to text. Modern and luxury travel!!

We’d definitely stay at the Montclair again. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool area are clean. The pool is small so depending on how much time and the ages of your kids, know that. There’s a store across the street. The Zion shuttle is right out front. There isn’t a restaurant or anything in location or next door but they’re only a mile or less down the road. There is a beautiful grassy area to sit and read if you have time.

We stayed here for one night. We knew we were going to Zion for a few hours and then moving on. The room is outdated and the carpet was sticky but who we trying to impress? The bed was pretty comfy although slightly hard but most hotel beds are. We had a room on the far end of the facility and except for the distance from our car, we loved it. It was quiet with a sweet view of Zion out our window.(pictured) I would suggest trying to clean them a little better since people enjoy the view so much. The breakfast had a lot of nice options. Yes it will not be super healthy or protein packed but they are giving more than just a pastry in a bag! Both front desk attendants I worked with were great. Very communicative and friendly. It was the young man and the young lady- they are keepers. They answered my questions on the area and my confusion on the shuttle. They also let us keep our car there after checkout so we could shop around town before we left. We did not use the pool as we’re not big pool people but it looked decent albeit small. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: most affordable option in an extremely convenient location, a short walk or shuttle ride to anywhere in Springdale/Zion National Park. Beautiful view out of our window. Great communication from staff on room readiness/check in Cons: definitely a dated hotel. The carpet in our room felt dirty/sticky maybe due to humidity? It felt like the room overall needed a deep clean and some updated furniture/paint. If you’re looking for a place to sleep in a convenient location and don’t care for a 4-5 star hotel then this is the place for you. If you’re wanting a newer, up-to-date hotel and don’t mind a 30 min drive then Hurricane, UT might be the better option.

We got a room over the last week of spring break. My husband and I do a lot of hiking, so we booked a room with a jacuzzi to ease the sore muscles, but the room was on the very end, next to the highway and there is a shuttle bus stop about 15 feet from the front door. It was so noisy that we couldn't nap even with the door and window shut and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The shuttles start early in the morning and go late into the night. The heater/air-conditioner was so loud when turned on we could not talk to one another or watch TV. So it was not even good for white noise. All in all, I loved having the Jacuzzi in the room, but it was not worth it. Some warning about proximity to the road would have been appreciated. The breakfast room had very friendly staff but the breakfast was mediocre. Some instant scrambled eggs were the only protein. The rooms are not cheap. At this time, they are going for $199 a night. Of course it is a beautiful place and perfect proximity to Zion. However, we had to get out of the room as much as possible to have any kind of peace.

Room was clean, had good wifi, fridge and microwave in room, free hot breakfast, nice pool, and laundry facilities on the property. Right across the street from a shuttle stop. Not cheap, but worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to Zion NP and the better value than other hotels in the area, Location is at the end of the town with a shuttle stop across the entrance. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a nice sofa and desk area. Good bed too. Breakfast was not great. Place seemed to be understaffed. Basic customer care. Overall good stay.

When visiting Zion National Park, we planned to save money and booked a (non-refundable) motel in Hurricane, which is 30 minutes away. When we got to Zion and realised how cute Springdale is and how amazing the scenery is from any of the local hotel/motels, we realised our mistake and booked the only available motel that evening in the town. It was worth it! The Montclair Inn is comfortable with large rooms and a good breakfast available. Certainly the next time we visit Zion (and it’s amazing so we definitely will again) we would happily stay at the Montclair.

Reserved a king size bed non smoking room two nights on 3/22-24/2022. Key card for room didn’t work. They assigned us a room with a huge jetted tub. Quite obtrusive and basically in the way. Would have preferred a sofa or a chair to sit on instead of the tub.

Booked two nights 12/10-12/12/21, Flew to LA to meet my daughter for a hiking trip. Daughter's car broke down on side of the road. She called and asked to change date thinking car would be fixed. Car was unrepairable, so called to cancel trip. Was told we could, but then they told us we lied about issue and was not going to cancel reservation. I will go to any hotel other than this next when we reschedule our trip next summer. As a Choice Hotel Rewards member, I was totally disappointed by the Front Desk person (Cameron) and how he told us we were lying about the issue and wasn't going to refund the reservation.
