OK not everything's 5⭐perfect, but they're completely remodeling the entire property over this Winter, including all rooms. Nonetheless, we loved our 5 day stay in a King suite. Got up every day early enough to drive into the park. Ate Bfast at 6am Oscar's cafe, grabbed coffees to go across street at Deep Creek coffee. Went where we wanted to before the crowds swamped the shuttles (including hiking the Narrows; rented from Zion Guru). Had 2 nice lunches at Me Me's and a very nice dinner at Colony One.

Service 5/5 - The front desk is very nice and they cleaned our room very well Rooms 5/5 - The view from the patio is an amazing one. Can’t believe you can get a patio at this value. The rooms our cozy with a woody mood. Value 5/5 - Its cheap considering not only can you get 2 QUEEN beds for under 200 but a patio/balcony too! Cleanliness 4.8/5 - The place is a little run down but that’s ok! Overall - Would stay here again if we come back

We stayed for three nights to use the National Park. We were nervous reading the reviews as they seemed mixed but we were happy. Laundry room available which was handy for us. Room was large, decoration was good, very comfortable and clean and was made up daily. Fridge in the room was handy, the free coffee and microwave in reception was also handy. The bus stop for the National park was great and free of charge, very easy to use and not to busy being the first stop! Most staff were super friendly, just one lady when we tried to check in was not helpful nor friendly - it seemed like she didn’t really want anyone there. The restaurant next door was good, we enjoyed the good food on two nights. The staff in there were really friendly. It’s a real shame they don’t do breakfast, we could have done with this. Zion National park was amazing, well worth the entry fee for the days we were there. We did most of the walls that were open

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Zion. The main reason we selected this place was because it was across the street from the first stop of the shuttle going into Zion. While this was handy, we were on the outskirts of town where most of the restaurants and shops were. On the second floor, we had a balcony with a nice view of the rock formations. We didn't use the pool, but enjoyed a park just down the street a bit. No breakfast offered, but the room did have a refrigerator so you could bring your own food if you didn't want to dine out. The hotel room was nicely decorated in an outdoorsy theme and the tv was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

On the outskirts of Springdale, this hotel is at the quiet end of town opposite the first stop for the shuttle bus service into Zion National Park. This is convenient for hikers. Rooms were great, all with extensive views of the mountains. Front desk were friendly, polite and efficient. Pool was great and welcoming after a long day hiking too. Would recommend highly.

We stayed here while spe ding time at nearby Zion. The room was large, clean, and had a balcony with a marvelous view. We arrived later in the evening but check-in was a breeze. The bartender at the restaurant made us feel welcome despite knowing they were shutting down the kitchen soon, the service & special cocktail with bourbon and lemonade was fantastic!! We decided before we even checked out that on our next trip through the area we will most definitely return here again. Thank you so much!!

Lovely hotel with great views. Rooms were very comfortable with a small seating area looking out onto the mountains. Didn’t use the pool but the kids did & said it was very nice. Really friendly service too. Fantastic location for Zion if you don’t mind being a little out of the town. The Springdale shuttle stop is directly opposite.

I really enjoyed the one night my husband and I stayed here. Our room was large, clean, and nicely decorated and the front desk staff was friendly and very informative about the area. The location can't be beat either. If you have issues climbing stairs be sure to let them know at check in as the majority of rooms seem to require it.

Breathtaking mountain views. Clean, spacious rooms with balcony. We stayed in room 262 on the second level across from the pool. No elevators so be prepared to climb stairs. They do have ADA rooms if needed. We liked that no pets were allowed . They have a nice resturant, bar, shop, and museam. Shuttle stop number 9 is very convenient to Zion visitor center.

Stayed 3 nights here to visit Zion. Staying in Springdale was perfect, as it’s right near the entrance to the park. Loved the hotel, especially the location! Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we had an amazing view off our deck. We ate at the Stage Coach restaurant at the hotel and the food was good and the margarita was delicious! We have no complaints, as everything was perfect. I’d stay here again for sure. We even enjoyed a few hours at the pool and chatted with people from all over the world visiting Zion. It was a great trip!
