I was greatly disappointed with this property. We are Marriott members, and this was not the Marriott quality that we are accustomed to. Luckily, we were just staying one night as a result of an overnight layover. I would not have an overnight guest stay in my house with conditions like this, and they actually get money to have a guest stay here. They even charge a resort fee, even though I didn't use any of the amenities that fee would cover since we were there for such a short duration. It was conveniently located close to the beach, but the other side of that is the night clubs blaring their music late at night and then trash/delivery trucks causing lots of noise early (5am!) in the morning. No way would I stay here again, and I certainly would not recommend it to friends/family.…

Excellent stay at Sheraton Princess Kaluliani. Great location, excellent food/lounge selection for casual dining by the pool. Doorman/Bellman, Michael, provided professional yet friendly "Ohana" feeling when we arrived.

We have to compliment Michael the Doorman/Bellman who was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful in every respect. Thank you Michael, you brightened our days. Five stars for you. Our hotel room was clean and serviced daily. Great location over the road from Waikiki Beach.

This is a lovely place to stay and was close to everything we were planning on doing. The travel people there were great, efficient, and friendly. The people at the desks were helpful when I sprained my ankle. They sent up a waterproof bag for ice, Additionally they were helpful in other ways, whenever needed. The small classes were awesome and quite informative.Last but NOT least, Our maid was Neva Jean and she bent over backwards to help and supply and clean. She was so so sweet and wonderful!!!

Great location centrally located in Waikiki. Because it is smaller, for those in the Ainahou tower, your elevator takes you straight to your parking too! It is more intimate than the larger Sheraton Waikiki with friendly staff that takes care of you as a guest and not just another number. We appreciated Kapena and Celeste for taking the time to research our past requests and making sure everything was set despite having a full occupancy! Their grab-and-go breakfasts are great! Your choice of beverage, pastry, yogurt, and cup of chopped fruit!

Nothing wrong with the stay and the staff was friendly and attentive. My complaint is the cost and the $33 ‘resort’ fee tacked-on. The hotel is fine, but there’s little resort-ish about it - it’s a standard Sheraton. For $33 I got wifi (which I get as titanium anyway) and 2 towel tickets for the pool (I will acknowledge The pool is nicer than the average outside Sheraton affair). I know, it’s Waikiki so you’re going to pay a ridiculous sum anywhere you go, but I expect a little better from Marriott. As an aside, the AC couldn’t cool below 73° for my stay.

Stayed here for 7 nights and what a top location it was . Had a ocean view room, was gorgeous and although this hotel is one street from beachfront it was more than enough, felt close enough anyhow .. it’s location is what makes it , right in the middle of everything . Its not 5 star but fantastic in my opinion for the price !

This hotel is in a great location but very dated./tired. We were very disappointed in the room we were given. It was booked by our travel agent by choice of a “city view room”. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and lets just say the room well had a view of the parkade. Upon discussing further I brought this to the attention of the hotel management they suggested I indeed had the room choice I had booked also called a standard room. It was to say the least very disappointing. We have travelled to a lot of destinations over the last 16 years and this by far would be the worst room we have been given. We may as well left the curtains closed. Upon check in I asked to be moved it was all about costing us an upgrade and they were busy. My travel agent called them and they had to look into it. By week two on our 3rd last night they offered to give us a free upgrade. We had a 14 day package. Just so disappointed in this hotel. The one manager agreed they should not be booking this room. We did finally settle on the resort fees being comped for our stay. We had a great maid and the room was always cleaned early. The only way I would stay at his hotel again would be a Pool View Room simply because they have balconies. The other rooms Do NOT. As they are small the balcony would make you feel you would have more space and you could enjoy fresh air as well as the sun a bit longer if all the loungers are full. Menu at the one restaurant..hmm kind of boring. Coffee could also be a quick grab and go idea for the lobby. This is not a thing there. The best part of this stay was the bottled water. We checked in to the Sheraton Princess (Oahu) hotel on March 15th. We were placed on the 6th floor in a corner. After entering the room we began to notice things that were not right; 1) The view from the balcony was obstructed and we could barely see the ocean at all which was contrary to the pictures shown online Marriott. We were also struck with a lot of noise from the pool area. Being on the 6th floor placed us close to the pool. 2) The room and (SMALL) bathroom are dated and although the room was clean, the furniture was chipped and cushions worn and the room did not look anything like the pictures on line. 3) The carpet was wet when we entered and we noticed that the air conditioning had been dripping water on the floor from the ceiling. 4) Because the room was placed right beside the elevator it's all we heard all night long the rumbling of the elevators going up and down which did not afford us a good night sleep. 5) Before we went to bed my Wife decided to take a bath and noticed that the water was not hot and was only luke warm. She was disappointed and could not take her bath after travelling for 10 hours !! We reported this to the front desk but they seemed to ignore our complaint and offered us no solution implying that this is all you get for what you paid for. I did not want to call the front desk back for fear of being blown off once again, so I decided to write to you directly. I am a long standing Bonvoy member, as is my wife, and usually we have very little problems with Marriott, but this time we had no choice but to speak up. Let us know how you can remedy the situation to regain our faith in this Sheraton brand and Marriott. Also let us know before we do a write up to Trip Advisor and to our other accounts that we are signed up for. Marriott gave me only 3,000 lousy points for this disaster of a holiday. …
